I was approved for cataract surgery by Dr Sjaarda, a fine retina specialist, waited over a month to see Dr Shah. She actually laughed and told me to get glasses. My vision is blurry, tried glasses by 2 different drs..didnt work. My mother had AMD and yet they performed a cataract surgery on her, fifteen years ago! Mom was in her late 70s. The young Drs of today like Dr Shah, are not qualified or experienced to do what needs to be done. Still looking for a good opthalmologist, Dr Shah is obviously not a good doctor. The machines that tested me were unique in that they seemed blurry and then focused in...so the charts were readable sometimes and sometimes not.A disappointing unpleasant experience.

I just called the office and spoke with BARB trying to schedule a new patient appointment. Her attitude and demeanor were HORRIBLE!! In her words,YEAH GO FOR IT in regard to attempting to schedule an earlier appointment there. She was not the least bit helpful or cooperative, as a result, Ill be looking for an Ophthalmologist elsewhere!!

The providers were very pleasant however the girl at the front was very rude and unprofessional she kept rolling her eyes and speaking in a tone.
