Fixed appointment twice, the doctor bailed on me twice, once ont he day of the appointment and another 1 hr before the appointment. This happened TWICE after confirming my appointment. The office assistant Steve was very apologetic but I guess the doctor does not want the business nor cares for the patient. The previous management was excellent.

Great eye exam. Care was taken to insure my prescription would be correct - versus those other places that read your eye glasses.

Let me tell you about the customer service I have received from Peepers.I am working on renewing my license and due to the pandemic, I needed to do it online, but to do so, I needed my eye exam details submitted to the MVA. The MVA is well....stereotypically difficult. I have made numerous calls to Peepers to get my eye exam sent to the MVA, they keep sending it back to them, sending it back to me, etc..... But every time I call in to ask Peepers to send again or for their assistance, they cheerfully try to help me out.If this review was for the MVA, it would be one star, because that is where the breakdown is. The poor folks at Peepers must be getting tired of hearing from me about this issue, but they never waver in their customer service.

The doctor was great! Very knowledgeable and friendly. The service was good. They have a nice selection of frames.

The appointment was easy to schedule and super simple. I was in and out within 40 minutes as a first time patient! So happy I found an eye doctor in Towson that I love!

Easy to get an appt. They practice proper safety guidelines. Took weeks to get glasses in but not store fault everything mailed out gets delayed. staff friendly & professional

Quick and easy! I usually despise going to the eye doctor, it always feels like a hassle and everything is so expensive! I was able to get my contacts and new glasses for a very affordable price and the doctor and sales associate were extremely helpful and perfectly pleasant! I will gladly go back for years to come!

Dr Hamida does an excellent job with eye exams. I have astigmatism and struggle to get a good fit with contacts. Dr H. worked tirelessly with me to get everything perfect for my vision. Shes not at Peepers every day, but its worth scheduling to get an appointment with her. Front desk staff have been professional and friendly.

If I could give this location negative stars, I would.After multiple emails and text message reminders, I showed up to my appointment on time only to find out that there are no doctors at the Towson location on Fridays and all I could get out of the person working the desk was that they could not understand why I had an appointment scheduled at all. After multiple phone calls, he said that he couldnt find anyone to take me that day (NOTE: when I called around myself, I was able to find another peepers location that was willing to accommodate me).There was incredibly poor service on this day for me-- I had to take an entire day off work for this appointment since it was in the middle of the day and it was the last available day to have this appointment since my FSA was ending. There was no help offered to find an alternate location. He offered me a free eye exam but that doesnt compensate for the fact that my FSA would also have covered glasses and sunglasses but he was unable to give me any discounts for purchases.

Nice doctor and staff. They answer all my questions and give good advice to take care of my eyes. Only negative thing, they take 2 weeks to get your new glasses.

A hidden gem. I was shopping for glasses at vision works and my eye doctor and neither had the customer service peepers did. I always need help deciding what frames look good of my face and Craig was so helpful and patient through my decision process. The doctor was friendly and thorough and I am very happy about my glasses.

This office is a nightmare! There has been a recent staff change and the office has gone downhill since Craig has left. When I arrived for my annual eye exam, I was advised that my chart was missing, indicating that there was no record of me even being a patient-(although I’ve been a patient at the Towson office for 5 years). It took two visits to get my prescription right, which is ridiculous! When The Dr. was FINALLY able to document my prescription and had the staff place my contact lens order, they waited weeks prior to placing the order. (Appt was 12/3 then again on 12/10).I found this out when I called to ask if the order had arrived. The staff advised that they will call back. I waited a few days for a returned call, which NEVER happened! When I called back to inquire again, they tried to use the same, “I’ll call you back line.” I drove up there 2 days afterwards (on a Saturday) and was told that the order will arrive on Monday. I drove up again to pick up the order on Monday (now 1/7/19)......and the contacts still weren’t available (one month after my exam.). I was given two different balances of what I had owed prior to pick up, so KEEP YOUR RECEIPT so you don’t fall victim to their disorganization and get ripped off! When I became upset and voiced my opinion, they treated me like I was crazy and they acted as if this was normal practice for them.....which obviously is normal for them based on other reviews, so I will take my business elsewhere. Any business who doesn’t hold staff accountable probably won’t be in business very long. I know I won’t be returning.I just received a text message stating I’m overdue for my yearly eye exam (visit 12/3/18, text arrived 1/12/19). This place is NOT recommended!

If I could give this place a negative 1 I would! They are soo disorganized. I also had to have 3 exams for them to get my prescription correct. Then almost a year later told me I needed to make an appointment for an eye exam before I could order any more contacts only to have me leave work early and rush through traffic to show up and find out it wasnt necessary. The next morning they called me to tell me I missed my appointment (huge eyeroll) They also dropped the ball on ordering me contacts that I desperately needed. They never call you back when they say they will. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! The best part of that place was this guy Craig who no longer works there. I will be taking my business to elsewhere.

Since new management, customers service has gone down. Order contacts three weeks ago and still waiting. Never took that long before, normally a week tops. Also every time I go there they have a different doctor. Not going back.

I wish I can give 0 stars, it is that bad. They ordered glasses for me and I had chosen the best coating available for my glasses, but in 6 months the coating started wearing out. At first I thought they are scratches, but soon all my glasses were full of small small scratches and when I went there, they told it is defective piece. I have reordered since July, and it is end of September, still no replacement.

I order glasses on the 6th of Dec. an its the 3rd of Jan an no glasses or frames.. an they screen phone calles. I called at 230pm.. no answer.. i called from my googke number they picked up.. the worst place ever.. not wortg the hassel even with the groupon.. Dissatisfied an Angry customer..

Great customer service.

Aweful. Go elsewhere. It has taken three weeks to get glasses. Their lab kept sending the wrong script. After today, it is still WRONG. My husband was told it will be rushed, again. The last rush took a week. It is ludicrous that a pair takes four weeks due to incompetence. Pathetic exuse of a business. Will be pursuing a refund if they are not correct.
