Amazing group of people. Jeff was very helpful and consistent with communicating the entire process with me, even going as far as a after purchase check up with me and my bike. Robert was very professional and made the financial process completely harmless. Parts counter was helpful and quick to answer any questions I had about gear. Overall a great team and definitely a dealership I would recommend to all my riding friends.

Mike and Freddy are a couple of good guys, they made a mistake that had been committed, right. The owner is a man of his word. As far as buying a bike they will continue to have my business. They have always done right by me and given me great deals on all the bikes Ive bought. They definitely go out of their way to make the customer feel welcomed and needed.

Nothing but problems with this place I have purchased 2 motor cycles from them Nothing but issues. And now I feel like I have to baby sit these clowns just to get a tire fixed. Just took in a rear tire to be patched and I run beads, instead of getting it back like I brought it in I get home and realized they put weights on it instead of how I had it. Every time I go there its always something, my fault for doing it again I will never bring anything to them again or purchase anything from them again. This place is a joke!!!!!

So hard to get someone to talk to you. Maybe dont wear your gear or ride your bike in..they Maybe think you arent serious to buy if you already got one. Customer service is meh? Good place to see used bikes but for me...I cant get a salesman to come talk an I hate chasing them down....phoenix here I come I guess

What an amazing company to work with. Unfortunately, I lost my father back in October and inherited his Side by Side. I worked with Steve and Nate to sell it and they were extremely accommodating. I didnt have a trailer and they were able to come pick it up. They were extremely friendly, professional, and courteous. Stay away!!I took a quad for an air fuel screw.First they charged 113 to look at it!They dont bother telling you this updront on the phone.They had it for 3 days.I went to pick it up and when I tried to start it nothing!.They had fried all the wireing on the battery.They said things happen and charged me ANOTHER 113 to look at it again on something that happened while they had it.I had never had any problems with this prior to Take ing it there!IT Stinks!So it cost me almost 300 for a 8 air fuel screw!!!!theives!!!

Need to hire more then one part person to answer phones. Called for parts and was redirected 3 times to operator and she took # and motor cycle info to have parts person to return phone call. No phone call back after 3 days, guess Ill go get my parts some where else. I get yr busy but custumer service drive yr bussiness.

My 5 star rating is based off of ONLY the maintenance shop. I’ve personally never dealt with sales before so I can’t rate them. The service department it great! I’ve worked with them 4 times now. I’ve also taken my work vehicles to them as well. I had a motorcycle that I wrecked and had them fix it for MUCH cheaper than Ride Now here in town. The price per hour was much cheaper and the work looked great. I spoke with the technician working on my bike and he kept me in the loop the entire time, adding and subtracting everything I wanted him to do so that I got my bike back the way I wanted it. I’ve also ordered parts from them as well without any issues before. So I recommend them all day for the Tucson area.This is the same bike in the pictures, before and after CSA repaired it.

I had no idea what I was doing but I wanted to buy a quad, kind of a midlife crisis thing.. I told Bobby what I thought I was looking for and he picked something out that was perfect and not overkill. He worked with me on the price and went above and beyond on the delivery. Be very careful with their huge hidden fees. None of them make a damn bit of sense. Theres a freight fee of $249, and then a dealer prep fee for $199. Then to ship the bike was over $800. Insane.

I took my 2008 Harley Davidson to Cycle Skis and ATVs and had new tires put on it approximately two weeks ago. After 600 miles a couple of the wheel weights flew off and I got a wobble in my front end. I took it in they said they rebalanced the tire and said it was ready, I took it down the road, wobble was still there. Took it back they called me the next day and told me the wobble was fixed,went back test rode it wobble still there and pulling to the left.At this point they told me my wheel bearings and or steering bearings were bad. As a mechanic myself I would have checked the wheel bearings when installing the tires originally. I had the wheel off not long before I took it to them, to replace a newly painted fender. They replaced the tire thinking it may be bad,wobble still there although not as badafter new tire. By this time I had lost all confidence in them and did not want them to messing with my wheel bearings or steering head bearing. I checked my air pressure before I left the dealership, the new front tire had 47 lbs in it and the rear tire had 42 lbs. I took the bike home and per the Harley manual checked the steering head bearings which were spot-on. Worst part was they severely scratched my newly painted fender and when I confronted them about it they said well where the scratch is we cant be sure we did it! It was not there before I took it to him thats all I can say. They had the front wheel off maybe three times, and in all those times they never cleaned the 3M tape off from the previous weights which anyone who has ever used a wheel balancer or tire machine knows you always clean the wheel weight tape off if for no other reason than cosmetic. I just pulled my saddlebags off to check my rear tire alignment and noticed that the new brake pads they put on the back wasnt setting properly under the anti rattle spring. Also left side adjuster is not up against stop. Just so you know dont plan on getting good service there or reimbursed if they mess anything up I wouldnt hold my breath! I will never darken their doorway again!!

Came in while on a road trip to replace a bald tire on my brother in laws motorcycle. They were so accommodating to us on our trip. I road away on a used harley. Their prices are spectacular compared to the harley dealer. Without even asking they replaced the tires, battery and fresh fluids on the bike for free so it would be ready for the rest of my trip. Highly recommend.

This place is run by a bunch of good dudes. Bought a 2020 Artic Cat Prowler Pro Crew that had a weird heat issue with the muffler. Brought it back and not only did they fix it quick, but because of the inconvenience they put on all the extra items I bought (roof and street legal kit) for free. Also, with all the trips back and forth they offered to let me use their trailer to haul it back and forth. Awesome experience through the entire mess. Ill be coming back routinely for service and just to hang out.

Got to be one of the best places to get any service done, fair prices and the guys got above and beyond to do things the right way. Highly recommended!

Had some hiccups with a part during a service. Later, they gave me a call and we talked things through. In the end, they took care of my problem and sent me back down the trail with a new part!

My husband and I purchased a motorcycle here. After riding it for about 2 months we contacted them with our concerns and we wanted to trade it in for another one. The service was horrible. The associate what helped us purchased the motorcycle was no longer working there. Another associate offered to help but would not answer our questions about the value of the motorcycle nor did he show us bikes in our price range. They would not return our keys for the bike until we signed papers. They had dropped the value of the bike significantly which made us angry. They would not work with us. Most places are about customer satisfaction but this place seemed as if they did not care about the customer. We decided it wasnt worth the trouble to get another motorcycle when the one we purchased is practically new with only a couple thousand miles on it. We left very disappointed. We will not be returning. Youre better off looking somewhere else and with a business that actually cares about customers.

It supposed to take couple of days, hmmm it took couple of weeks for you to find out that you need a special bolt for the forks of the Kawasaki . I will be there tomorrow to pick it up fixed or not . This time is not my son . I strongly suggest dont try to persuade me .

Please dont get me wrong. I have absolutely nothing against this place. That said, I dont see myself buying a bike here. Though If you are in the market, I do think you should at least check this place out. Who knows, maybe a good deal awaits. But I wouldnt be surprised if you walk in and then walk out.

I went by to get the spark plugs done on my wifes Ninja 300. Because Id put a race cage on it, I wasnt looking forward to fairing removal. I called before I dropped it off to check availability and make an appointment, and they were able to see me the next day. I dropped it off during my lunch break and was able to pick it up on my way home. They quoted me two hours, but were able to complete it in half the time and charged me for only an hour of work. Absolutely fantastic place, and Ill be taking the Ninja there in the future for any work that it needs.

To me this is the best place to take a quad to for repairs. They always look my quads over and let me know what they find but they never try to up sale me. They leave it up to me to decide what I want to do. Very friendly and knowledgeable people.

Found a motorcycle they were selling online. Went in to look at it. The staff was friendly and helpful. The next day I went in to buy the motorcycle and they got me in and out of their in just over an hour. A lot faster than another local dealer. There was no pressure, they answered all my questions and they offered a fair price for my trade in.

Double-check the necessity of the repair before you give them the go-ahead. Their work is good but it may be a little Overkill at times. But then again you can never be too careful on a motorcycle.

I love these guys! I came in for a standard oil change, and didnt know that I just recently picked up a nail. They told me about it, and proceeded to see if they could patch it. They did an excellent job on the patchwork, and saved my wallet... I was extremely happy they took the time to go over my bike! I am a husband, and a father so I really appreciate my ride being in perfect condition.

I always had good experiences here, until they tore the bead swapping out my dirt bike tire. I had no idea until the following day I got it back. I took it back the next day with the receipt and they wouldnt do anything for me. I go elsewhere for work now. Before that I had been using them as my main atv shop. Their doc fees are less than ride now.

I had new tires mounted on my gl1100 rims and balance. I was pleased with their service. Also the price.
