I bought new tires here for my 2007 GSXR 1000. They damaged my front wheel on their tire machine, causing a vibration at highway speeds. They insisted it was fine, convinced me it was a problem with my forks, took 26 days to R&R my forks, still had a vibration, they had the nerve to tell me I was being hypersensitive and my bike was riding smooth and fine. Two other mechanics rode it and agreed it was not fine. I took the wheel off and two other shops confirmed the wheel was damaged in a tire machine. They also lost one of my bar ends, mismatched hardware, left my front fender loose, and improperly adjusted my gear shifter. Every concern I expressed was answered with Its fine. or We didnt touch that. I am appalled by their poor ability as mechanics and poor customer service skills. I will never give them my business again and you shouldnt either. Shame on them for not taking responsibility for their mistakes. I would give them 0 stars if it was an option.Edit (reply to response):On Any Moto: Maybe you could address the photo I posted and explain how my wheel has a flat spot where it was obviously attached to the tire machine, and why my wheel is now warped, causing a vibration that you and your techs couldnt feel or find. You guys dont know what a bent rim looks or feels like? Scary. Its VERY obvious you knew this happened and are just trying to avoid being responsible for getting me a new wheel.I dont want to have anything to do with you unless its an apology and an acceptance of responsibility for damaging my wheel. If you didnt know thats what happened youre incompetent and should find a new career. The other stuff would have been insignificant if I could have been riding my bike after 26 days for a mistake you made.If you have documentation of when you guys noticed my wheel was bent, Id LOVE to see that.
We love my new Yamaha e-bike. We searched for a lighter weight bike which allows us to remove the battery for transport. I received immediate responses to my questions on Facebook Marketplace. Upon visiting their store, we were able to test ride the bike and bought it on the spot. Jay and his team went out of the way to provide a kickstand and make sure the bike was ready to go out the door. I would highly recommend you consider them for your next purchase.
I was traveling from San Francisco down to Palm Springs then across the country to Sarasota Florida where I live. My Ducati multi-Strada 1260 SGT was brand new with 4 miles. I had to get the bike serviced prior to my trek across the country and was worried about how I was going to get it done. I contacted any Moto and spoke with Justin in service who probably made me an appointment even though it was a month and a half ahead of schedule. He told me what I expected to hear they will do everything they can the day of to help out but cant promise anything. This didnt bother me because its exactly what I expected. I contacted Justin Tuesday afternoon the day before my appointment to reaffirm I still had one. He probably said yes sir we have you down look forward to seeing you. Took off from Palm Springs at 7 AM and arrived in Tucson at 12:58 with two minutes to spare! I walked in was warmly greeted to a gorgeous show room by very friendly and warm staff. I checked in with Justin and Josh in service and by 115, Sonny was rolling my motorcycle back to get started. The guys were more than willing to shoot the bull with me even though they were very busy, and made me feel very comfortable. Sonny completed the first service on my bike and walked in when he was finished to greet me with the bike parked out front. He explained everything he did and that he found nothing abnormal. He then blew me away by telling me that he clean the bugs off the bike and saw that I only had 35 miles worth of fuel, he added some fuel to make sure that I make the gas station!! Please understand the gas station was less than 2 miles away so this of course was just over the top. I wish I can wrap these guys up and bring them back to Sarasota, we do not have a Ducati dealership here.I hope this review finds the team there and they are paid their due complements. I would tell anybody and everybody to go there if they were in the area. Everybody I have told of my trip to has heard about this dealership.Thank you for adding to my 50th birthday trip across the country memories.Christopher La Selva
These guys were so helpful when I first visited, and when I returned to buy my first new scooter, they were patient and beyond helpful. They gave me and my bank 2 weeks to finalize financing, and held my scooter for me with a low down payment. James Bautista was the rep that helped me out, and he kept in close contact, emailing me and responding when I had questions and concerns. Plus, they have Saturday hours, important for me as I am a busy teacher with no spare time on weekdays! I highly recommend this shop and their awesome staff! They have a great selection of top notch scooters and motorcycles too!
I have a Harley, and needed a back tire and brakes* They had to order the tire and parts. They got them in right away. I took the bike in, they performed the service while I waited. The mechanic was awesome. He went above and beyond. It needed 3 minor changes like air in front tire, drained the extra oil and adjusted the clutch, with no extra charge.I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone, with any kind of bike.GREAT PRICES,GREAT SERVICE, and GREAT PEOPLE.
Sadly, after being customer from day 1 (literally, I was at the first opening), I will not patronize OAM anymore. The team has changed, so has the customer service attitude. I remember the good old days when Michael was calling me by my first name and was always smiling to every customer. Now, it seems that I always bother the guys at the counter, even when I pay $650 for changing a seal that I have to buy by myself because they cannot figure out how to find it online. During the last service of my motorcycle they screw up and gave it back to me not working anymore. Did they call me? No. Did they apologize? No. I am giving the new team a couple of years before they ruin the business and fold. I feel sad, I fell sorry, Tucson lost a good neighborhood motorcycle shop. Fortunately, there are others, and I will go where my patronage is appreciated. See you soon Evan.
If I could give more stars, I would! I called looking for some last-minute help as part of my moms off-roading trip pre-check. From the moment they picked up the phone it felt like theyd known us for decades. Corey, in the service department, was welcoming, friendly, helpful, and professional - a true paragon for the industry. Garret, on the shop side, was tops. Mom had a blast in the shop. The guys treated her with respect, kindness, and equity - never speaking down or assuming she didnt know what the h*&% she was doing - as is too often the case. I cant recommend OAM Tucson enough. Thanks all!
Best motorcycle shop town! Always best sales and service for my bikes! If youre not going here youre getting bad advice!
Amazing shop, professional people. They are really people people helping people. I was witness to the craziness they deal with, and it was done so with grace. *See the review about a scratches scooter* Im excited to bring my work to them, I trust them and genuinely appreciate the advice they give. I really wish more businesses were like this one. Thank you OAM.
I purchased a Yamaha electric pedal-assist bicycle. Working with Jay was a real pleasure. I would definitely do business with this company again. When my old scooter quits Ill be talking to Jay.
Went here for a new front tire in 2010. I was passing through Tucson on a very long motorcycle trip and originally had plans to head into Mexico. I was repeatedly warned by people in Tucson to NOT go into Mexico because of the danger. I cant remember the name of the guy I talked to at the shop but I think he was an owner. I told him why I wasnt going to Mexico anymore and he asked me, In any of those conversations did you ask how many times those people have been to Mexico?. I honestly answered that I never asked. He then said, Probably never. I go to Mexico all the time and its totally fine. If you dont go to Mexico you will regret it for the rest of your life. Well, I bolted that front tire on and blasted for the boarder immediately. He was right, it was amazing!
Bought a Zero FX - love it so far. Great service -- a very cool, local, eclectic motorcycle shop.
While I rarely review businesses, these guys meet the criteria for one exception. Ive had them rebuild the ohlins suspension on my track bike (GSXR) and the ohlins suspension plus full workup and service on my KTM dirt bike. However, both pale in comparison to the service I received with my BMW R1200GS.While in for an 80k mile service, the Service Manager Josiah spotted a broken throttle cable and found the primary coils to be going out. Having planned a trip to Northern California that I could not change the dates of, OAM had the replacement parts expedited. Saturday arrived (departure date of the coming monday) and my parts had yet to show up. Surprisingly, the shipping company dropped the ball (SARCASM) and the parts were scheduled to arrive on Monday, a day that OAM is closed.Knowing the situation, Service Manager Josiah and Parts Manager Ken came in on Monday to both receive the parts, and repair my bike. Let me reiterate: THEY CAME IN ON A DAY OFF to repair my motorcycle. Not only that, one of them had attended the funeral of a a close family member that very morning.Words cannot express my love and gratitude for these guys. Im 33 years old, have lived in various places around the country as well as Australia. Ive been in and around the industry since I was a kid. And I have NEVER seen any motorcycle shop go this far above and beyond the norm to help their customers and friends. On Any Moto has made me a customer for life. More so, they treat their customers as family, something unheard of in 2020. If you have a need for service, parts, are shopping for a new bike, or just want to kill some time, you will be doing yourself a grave disservice if you dont make it a point to stop by.Thank you On Any Moto. You are a shining star amongst a darkened void.
One star is too shiny for OnAnyMoto shop and their squad of employees. This rating is based on two simple factors - customer service and mechanical service. On first one - the human customer service does not exist in a vocabulary of four-five representatives that I interacted with...basic greeting, sincerity/respect towards their customers, acknowledging the difference between righ and wrong - fuggedaboutit. Two hour prior closing, came in for a oil change, tire inspection, and possible multi-point inspection on the scooter.Upon arrival, I presenting myself, in the plain mouse-clickin-monitor-starring behind the counter environment, barely got hello from one agent. The other silent-mute-agents, got the first one background strong, looking good...pizza slices were missing to complete the professional setting.Oil change will take around 1.5 hours, multi-point inspection 2-3 days. An 1.5hr oil change is priced at $99, two-to-three day multi inspection is priced for additional $20. A friend that was with me, was not impressed and addressed personal opinion on the customer service, the time length and the cost of the basic services. Considering that the scooter was already off-loaded, I selected oil change only.At this point, I did not realize that the scratch damages occurred during this offload. The scratches on the top of front lower cover, just under the handlebars became noticeable. I reported those scratches upon the scooter got serviced. I pointed the scratched areas to the agent, who mentioned that the scratches were present when the scooter was brought in the mechanic shop. The OnAnyMoto agent stated that the scratches most likely occurred due to the windshield that is not properly installed. FYI, this is an original windshield with original brackets and a label on it, never got modified. To prove their innocence, the OnAnyMoto mechanic took the photos of the scratches, affirming me that the scratches were present as the scooter was brought in for the service. The crew behind the desk pulled out the video footage of the scooter being in the mechanic shop while it been serviced. The off-load video footage, where I believe that damaged occurred was not available. In addition, there were two more OnAnyMoto higher-rank reps, looking busy in their glass cubicles...not raising any concerns to assist their front-desk crew and provide a proper customer service.I can ride and live with those scratches. Not worried if I need to replace the front cover for a few pezos and yens. The scooter is in a great shape, and rides well.I am sharing this post as an guide for the potential customers of the OnAnyMotoAs far as the OnAnyMoto front line employees - I shall place the responsibility on their previous life-chapter coaches for not educated them on fairgameplay and the basic ethics. If can rewind the film - I shoulda taken that left turn at Albuquerque and avoid OnAnyMoto shop.
Jay and the rest of the crew were very easy to work with. I wouldnt hesitate buy from On Any Moto again. Nice showroom, too!
Great crew! Repair cost was exactly the same as the initial estimate. Repair finished ahead of schedule. Excellent communication. Highly recommended. Very professional and respectful of my time.
These guys are amazing. Ken in the Parts Dept. is a genius with service and parts. Whole staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Take your bike, scooter, ATV or whatever to these guys and get it done right the first time!
Very friendly people, fast and efficient work. Would highly recommend to anyone. Went to several other shops in the area to get my dirt bike tire fixed. One shop had guys standing around on their cell phones and I was told that they were too busy. Would take 4 days to fix. Another place, said it would take a week to get done.
Just purchased a new Vespa Primavera. If your looking for one go see Jay the sales manager, great customer service, good prices, nice show room. Great buying experience, couldnt be happier. Thanks Jay
I needed to replace a tire so I took the rim with the old tire on it to them, purchased a new tire from them and they put it on for me and had it done within an hour.Had a few questions about other issues and found their staff to be very helpful and informative.
Over the last 6 months my classic Ducati Monster has been undergoing a major overhaul. After being parked since 2015 after it had a proverbial stroke (piston jammed in the cylinder), I finally decided to do a complete heart transplant and get her running again. Needless to say, this was no small job or request to bring to technical staff; it required a complete tear down and heart transplant (engine replacement) in my faithful steed.Although I set personal expectations knowing that IRL work like this isnt like you see on TV; so I was prepared for the time that it took. I was aware that this was not their only project and refrained from working with lofty expectations that it would be done in record time...after all, this isnt Overhauln!!!OAM has gone through a number of changes over the years, grown organically, and has experienced some of the pains associated with trying to be a multi service center. They are busy and they prioritize quick service jobs from walk-in customers over larger projects. So its a juggling act for them to manage oil and tire changes with a project of this scope. That said, I have nothing but praise to say for the front desk and technical crew, and management who work there. The work done on my Monster was handled by Kasey, who did very good work and left me feeling both happy and confident throughout the duration of the project. Never once did I question his ability to perform surgery on my Monster or worry about the expected outcome. So to Kasey; great job!!The service center underwent a change in management mid-project and the only area that was really impacted was getting regular updates on the status of things. That said, a simple call to periodically check on progress was all it took to be brought up to speed and I never really felt like it was a big deal.I would like to extend a special thanks to Josiah (who was involved with this project from the very beginning), to Ken (for his passion and enthusiasm as well as for triaging my questions), to Kasey (for his solid mechanical skill set and positive outlook), and to everyone involved in this project as a whole. It took some time, involved a fair number of logistical challenges (thanks in no small part to COVID-19), and overall was a major project. In the end, the result was the rebirth of a great bike that Im thrilled to be able to enjoy riding again.Im elated to know theres a crew both running and working at OAM who truly love riding, who relate to the customer, and strive to make everyone feel like theyre part of a community filled with passion and excitement.I know everyone has a different experience and opinion (see other reviews), but this was mine, stretching over almost 6 months, and it was very positive. Thanks!! Ride Safe!!
I caught a screw in the rear tire of My Harley, which left Me stranded on the free way.I took the tire off and called On Any Moto (which was near where I was) and I was told to bring the tire in.Upon arrival I was greeted at the front -door and escorted to the front counter for assistance. After some brief exchange of information, My tire was immediately taken the back to be fixed.while I was waiting in the show room I was offered bottled water. The work was VERY fast and every employee was VERY professional. This is one the best experiences I have had in a business. You could not script this!!! Thanks guys!!!
Put a new front tire on my bike for just a little over half the price the other place was going to charge. You know the place Ina next to the freeway.
Service dept. was friendly, quick, and price was very reasonable.
Id like to thank On any Moto and Josiah for doing an awesome job repairing my 14 Polaris RZR rear gearcase. These guys were friendly, professional and got my part fixed quickly and on budget. I highly recommend these guys for any of your maintenance needs!
I bought a bike from out of state and had it delivered. Process was quick and efficient.
Truly an amazing experience, better deals than other local shops. You should check them out for all your off road needs!
I recently took my 2013 Harley NightRod special into this shop to have Michelin Commander 2s put on. Was discovered by Sonny (mechanic) that the Oklahoma City Harley shop didn’t lube the rear end when they put the last set of tires on causing corrosion/rust to start setting in. He could have done like others and smacked it together, but he didn’t which sets him above and beyond other mechs. He took every part and cleaned them thoroughly, kept in touch with me on the repairs and what was needed to not only make sure it was correct and safe but to prevent anything else from popping up. He completed everything perfectly, lubed everything, and detailed the bike before he gave it back - something Harley hasn’t done at the last two shops. Sonny is the best mech I have seen so far and would def want him working on my bikes in the future!Everyone at the dealership/shop was pretty friendly and courteous except the service counter guy Justin - he could use some customer service training - my son and I both thought he was a bit of a * - never be short with a customer or act like they are an annoyance Justin especially when the customer is patient and looking for updates over a 2 day window, especially when said customer is from out of state and could have been stuck here for more days (waiting for a part to ship) if I hadn’t called to find out the issue with procuring the 2pc race bearing and found one in Cali where luckily my daughter was visiting.
Took my 2003 Suzuki Intruder VS1400 in for work after it was left to sit for 3 years by the previous owner. If I hadnt called and asked them to add tires to the work order, it would have been done same day as my appointment. Great work and great service. My bike has been running like a top since I rode it home. Will be recommending this place to anyone who needs work done or is looking for a new bike.
Tremendously helpful, incredibly friendly! Justin in service was extremely kind. James in sales is a straight shooter. Damn good folks. I give On Any Moto my stamp of approval.
Did an annual service with them that is costly.Wasn’t worth it whatsoever.Bad management.I personally will never go there again.
The Buddy scooter that I let my son ride to work has been burning oil since the oil filter popped off while riding it. I took it in to see what damage had been done and to get an estimate for future work or to see if it is worth repair. I told this to the guy who helped me unload it. The guy up front told me that a diagnosis by a tech would cost $105.00. I figured it was worth it to find out if I needed a new piston, cylinder hone, etc. In about an hour the shop calls me and says that the tech recommends an annual service (oil change, I guess), front and rear tires and a new battery. How did it run?? I asked. I was told that the tech did not ride it because the tires are old and cracked.I looked at the tires and they are old and ever so slightly cracked. They certainly could have stood 25 MPH in the parking lot. So for $105. the On Any Moto mechanic started it up and looked at the tires. No compression test, no test ride, no emissions test.
The only dealer in Tucson that I trust with my Aprilia. Great customer service, great deals, and great showroom. Service can be pretty booked up, but it’s always done correctly!
Clean, orderly store with friendly knowledgeable staff.
Today was my second visit to On Any Moto and I have received superior service both visits. Justin is knowledgeable and professional. Have not met the techs however all services they have performed have been spot on. I will be returning here for all future needs.
Finally got my Ducati back from the shop. It was a long wait, but well worth it. The long wait time was due to some unforseen problems that Onanymoto found. Im happy they did a thorough evaluation of my bike, and found a leak in one of my vertical head gaskets. It was covered under my Ducati warranty, so all is good now. Great shop for all your Ducati needs!
A few weeks ago, I called to make an appointment for my Suzuki since my friend swears by this shop. He has just made an appointment for new tires a few days ago. When I called and told them what I needed they where very helpful and said ok. The story changed when I told them what bike I had, the person on the phone immediately changed and didnt want to get me in. Said they where booked out a few weeks, then recommended a few other shops in town (ridenow, and the Kawasaki dealer in town). Seems its not On ANY Moto, but On Any Italian Moto.
Great service
Got my bike worked on here. Pro’s - The service is scheduled so your bike isn’t stuck at the shop for a month or two like most Harley dealers.Con’s - they charged me 4% for paying with a credit card but did not tell me in advance. That’s a scam. Tell me in advance and I might be OK with it but hide that fact and it should be criminal. Also, to get from the street to the parking area is a steep incline. The frame of my stock bike bottomed out coming in and going out.No reason to go back to this place.
I take my work motorcycle there, very nice people
I must have done something to annoy somebody over there. Ive been going to on any moto for YEARS. But the last two times I went there the guy handling the service department was rude right off the bat. So Im thinking maybe I did something to make him prejudiced against me. I used to like it over there. I liked all the guys that worked there and had fun kidding around with them. But this service guy is just mean. So, I wont be going back. Its too bad too, because I used to recommend them to everybody. But not anymore.
Called to get a quote to replace my CCT awhile back. Was quoted over $450 without even being asked what type of bike. Got quotes from other repair shops that were less than half of what On Any Moto was trying to charge me. The CCT replacement took less than an hour by a reputable mechanic for way less that I was quoted here and Ive had zero issues with it since. Im not sure if they were trying to overcharge me because Im a woman or if they thought I didnt know what the replacement would entail... either way this is not a place Ill ever do business with.
On Any Moto is the perfect place for great service and to have a fun conversation with guys who love motorcycles. Service was affordable and done WELL. Everyone is knowledgable, nice, and obviously love bikes. Heck, they will even make coffee for you! Ill definitely be back to this place for future work on my motorcycle or as a place to buy a new bike.
Once again great and fast service for me no complaints thanks again on any moto
If you go there watch out for bait and switch pricing in the service department. I was always taught once the price was agreed upon, it was set unless there was a need for more parts or work.
These guys are super-knowledgable, very friendly, and fun to be around. They loves motorcycles and their passion shows. The store is always clean and the showroom is always full of gorgeous machines.
Stopped in here on New Years Eve to because I needed some gloves. I went straight to the Revit display and happily noted the 25% off including special orders sign. I spent a few minutes trying on gloves. I was not greeted or acknowledged in any way during my time in the store. Walked out without buying anything and will not be back. 2 stars because I bought my bike here and had a good experience.
Love this place. Im in the process of buying a fourth (!) motorcycle from them. And thats just since March! Not only do they sell everything from scooters to dedicated race bikes, they can service just about anything too. Highly recommended!
Parts Dept. Mgr. Ken Boyer, was very helpful, very friendly & extremely knowledgeable. Fair prices & excellent service. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for scooter parts.
Theyre really good. Got my tire done in like 2 hrs or less. Super friendly and good work
My first experience with onanymoto was great. The people are friendly. Very knowledgeable about different kind of bikes. Seems if ya want service done right thats the place to go to no matter what ya have.
Great experience. I had a tire changed and their mechanic checked my scooter thoroughly. Hes very knowledgeable. The staff are a lot of fun.
I would not recommend this shop if my life depende on it!!
Potentially had to wait weeks for parts for my 17 year old Monster, but the technician was able to fix my clutch with a seal kit they had on hand.Got it done in a reasonable amount of time, AND did it for a price that was much less than expected!Friendly staff kept me entertained while my bike was being worked on. Overall great experience.
A cut above the rest!! Great crew!! All my life Ive been placed with The Best among the Rest? On Any Moto is A member of that crew!
The best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. The people at On Any Moto are very knowledgeable and very willing to help. The sales, service and parts departments are all top notch. Highly recommend them.On Any Moto has serviced my bikes for several years. The service has always been excellent. One of my bikes had a factory recall. They worked with the factory to obtain the required parts in a timely manner. The service was excellent. Warranty work on another bike was also performed quickly and to a high standard. I will continue to bring my bikes to them for service.
Brought my Yamaha VStar 650 in for new tires, oil, final gear and brake fluid replacement and a through safety check. Gerry P did a fantastic job. Bike runs like new. Only suggestion is to call ahead and make sure the tires you want are in the shop before dropping off. Their distribution network is a tad slow.
Finished on time, price was good. Staff was very nice and knows what they are doing. I felt very welcomed. Thank you for everything.
From the first time I walked in to their shop, the whole staff made me feel welcomed. These guys are as real as it gets, at to say the least treat me like family every time I walk in to On Any Moto. They were able to help me fix and repair my bike, without tearing too big of a hole in my wallet. In addition, they went above and beyond to fix my bike up, after an unexpected coolant leak, taking a part off an MV F3 from the showroom floor to avoid keeping my bike any longer. 10/10 would recommend, and I anticipate I will be buying my next bike from them as well! Awesome guys with awesome shop service and communication. Thanks again to the staff helping me out and to feel comfortable actually being without my bike, for I know it is in good hands here. Helping me restore my faith that there are honest and respectful dealers still out there 🙌✊. Thank you On Any Moto for taking the best care of my MV Brutale and myself!
Good people. Fair prices.
They did a good gob fixing the BMW motorcycle.
This is a really nice motorcycle shop. I dropped by to see how badly I fit on a RSV4, had a great conversation, and will likely be back Saturday for a short test ride! This place is Slippery Pete approved, and only gets 4 stars because I am jealous as hell that Im not the one out riding their demo bike at Inde Ranch lol
Just came from here and I had another wonderful expierience as usual. Some faces have changed over the years, but the excellent quality of work & customer service has not. 😎 I strongly recommend this business to anyone who rides motorcycles or who are motorcycle curious. They sell bikes and repair bikes at appropriate prices without any sales/service pressures. Saturdays are first come, first served and my R6 was ready for pick up before I could finish running errands. Thank you team On Any Moto for years of consistent great quality work! See you soon for more business...
All the people at On Any Moto are very knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. Weve bought 2 motorcycles from them so far. I love this place!
I would hope folks will go in and decide for themselves and not listen to negative reviews. Ive dealt with one of the technicians showing me how to lace my wheels, and other issues. He was very bright,, thorough and to the point. Ive been in there over a hundred times buying gear, and accessories for my 05 crf450r, and friends bikes, since the day they opened. You wont find a friendlier, more helpful staff to get you the right part at a great price. They havent made any mistakes for me yet! They are folks that really cared about me, and not trying to suck every penny out of me. They even took the time to show me some maintenance tips that have helped keep me safe. They are a fantastic group to do business with. Good thing I dont listen to negative reviews, I find out for myself.
Great staff... They go above and beyond for the customer
I took my 2004 GSXR 1000 in for a forkseal job and the customer service was excellent. As a first-time rider, I am not exceptionally versed in motorcycle mechanics but they explained the necessary steps and process of the work. Additionally, the turnaround time was less than 24 hours. I recently took my bike in again for more service and will continue to do so. Highly recommend On Any Moto to anyone looking for honestly and quality service.
Stellar customer service, Top quality workmanship. Happy to see a local business grow and succeed. Congrats on your new digs. Cant wait to see it. Highly recommended shop.
Speedy and great service!!
Wonderful people to work with! They are extremely helpful. Best experience I have had at a dealership.
Good people, good mechanics, l only can say good things about Onanymoto. Bill, Clint and Jeff, they care about delivery time, they are real bikers and great professionals, always answered my questions and kept me informed about when the parts were arriving, they didnt change any estimate, and were always in good mood. Most important, delivered the bike perfectly fixed and on time. What else can we ask for?.Thanks guys, for your service and for make easy and enjoyable the experience of going to the mechanics.
Been using them off and on for about 4 years..I like them but its far away from where I live. They have the best deals on tires..forget buying them online. Overall good guys that are competent at what they do.
The guys here really know their stuff. Parts can take a while to get from Italy but Josiah and his team really know how to get things done right. I recommend this place for all things Ducati!
Ive been taking my Suzuki C50 to On Any Moto for a couple years now for maintenance & oil changes ever since my neighbor recommended them. Ive had a great experience every time! Theyre friendly, knowledgeable, and communicate very well. Ive only been riding for about 3 years, so I really appreciate On Any Motos expertise when it comes to my bike.
Went to On Any Moto mid week to check out the Moto Guzzi adventure bike, as they are the only Moto Guzzi dealer in Tucson. Came in around the time they open. There were two employees in the store. On at a desk and one up at the counter. After walking around a bit, I was greeted by the employee at the counter. We began to talk out the v85 I was interested in.After speaking with him for a few minutes, I found Ken to be very knowledgeable about the bike. He showed me many features I was not aware of. Took the time to show me the accessories the offered as well as explained the service intervals I would looking at if I bought one. I could tell Ken was quite the enthusiast to say the least! He even explained that they offered service warranties, tire warranties, and had parts available. Even took the time to offer feedback he had heard from customers they had already sold to. However, when it came down to price and financing, Ken stated he was in parts and service, and would have to get the sales manager over. No problem, I get hes not in that department...but this is where I wish he was. After waiting several minutes for the sales manager to appear I was met by James. As nice as he was, he seemed preoccupied with other things instead of me, the customer, right in front of him. He also did not seem to know much about the bike. Things Ken took the time to show me, James was not sure about. Odd for a sales manger to not know much about a brand new model. When I asked about pricing, James said this will be gone by the weekend, so you better hurry up. With that, I left.About a week or so later, I went in on a Saturday morning. They were quite busy! Lots of bikes in the lot. Looked like they were serving coffee and cake. I saw Ken at the front counter and walked up to speak with him. Glad I did. He was eager again to talk about the bike. Even offered me a coffee and a pastry. I asked him if they got any new ones in. He said no, just the one I saw last time, but they were waiting for the touring model to arrive. Odd, I was told last time that this one would be gone by the weekend. Still, I wanted to know about the finance options. Ken had to contact the sales manager again.I waited several minutes for the sales manager. But I admit, I was distracted by the fancy race bikes they had near the counter. I was greeted again by James, who seemed upset to be pulled away from the conversation he was having with some customers who were over by the coffee and doughnuts. I explained to him I was very interested in the bike and wanted to talk numbers. Again I was met with a hurry up and buy attitude. He seemed more interested in talking to his buddies about the new race bikes instead of me. During our brief conversation, James actually excused himself and disappeared in the back. I never saw him again. And suffice to say, On Any Moto will never see me again either!
These guys are just the best. They ARE the enthusiasts. This is a rare shop where guys werent hired to help customers. These guys didnt like how most bike shops ran, and thought they knew how to do it better, and they were right. I remember their opening night, pizza and drinks for everyone, racing videos on their HUGE TV, comfy couch, and discounts for their first customers. It was so great that I asked to pay full price for the stuff I bought. They had a surly mechanic for a while, but he is no longer there, specifically because of CUSTOMER FEEDBACK. Seriously, if you are bummed that you and your buddy dont have your own shop, go here. Its the next best thing, and probably better, because they are smarter than you.
I was delighted to call for a tire they had In stock for my 2015 Suzuki V-Strum 650. Came in and was installed in less than an hour! Really? that is way cool thanks Guys I now have a new shop!
Hands down the best local shop in town. Owner will go out of his way to make you a customer for life. They will price match anything and can have orders for you the next day. They are also a Zero Electric bike dealership that will allow you to test ride any of their demo models anytime you want. i dont buy parts, supplies, or gear from anyone else.
Ive taken two bikes there that had been in storage for over 5 years. Neither bike ran...at all. Clint and his techs did great work. I paid what I thought was a fair price for what they had to do to get the bikes running again. I would highly recommend On Any Moto to anyone who needs competent mechanical assistance on their bikes.
Beautiful dealership. Clean modern facilities. Great selection of bikes. Friendly staff.
The staff is very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. They will do everything they can to help you with anything you need. Service on motorcycles is reliable and reasonably priced. Amazing customer service all around!
New dealership is really nice, great service department. The tech that worked on my bike was very knowledgeable & explained everything he did.
The sign says On Any Moto. Just not on my 79 Honda. I guess getting parts for an old bike is a legit concern, but I wish they wouldve at least humored me and entertained the idea of adjusting the valves and synching the carbs. They sell a few used bikes, and a few new electric bikes. They also sell parts, accessories and service, just not On Any Moto. At least they were nice about it.
The service manager is an arrogant jerk with zero customer skills. Same for the parts guy. These people think they are Gods gift to motorcyclists. Thankfully, the sales personnel have a modicum more interest in establishing rapport with customers. Unfortunately, they specialize in lies of omission.I wont go into the details of my experience with them, but let me say that Renaissance Motorcycles and its owner Steve were a joy to deal with, sincere and principled in its business practices. It is a huge disappointment to discover this company took over Steves product lines. My Ducati is at a specialist Ducati shop in Phoenix. She ran like a champ on the ride from Tucson to get there. Quite a surprise since OAM personnel were telling me she was on the brink of falling apart. Based on their fear mongering, I should be dead and the bike burnt to a crisp on the side of I-10. I am gathering quotes for a new Ducati from other dealers. I wont be doing business with OAM.If you choose to do business with them, remember caveat emptor, let the buyer beware.
Best team. James super helpful even months after purchase.
Took my 05 s2r 800 in to get some stuff repaired. They sold me on tires i was going to wait because the repairs were already expensive but they made me a deal and talked me into it. Not even 20 miles on the tires i get a nail dead center of the tire call to see if they can repair but they said no they only replace and only if you have the road hazard warranty that was never offered to me so cant help ya unless ya wanna buy another... Had it been offered i darn right i would have gotten the warranty on friggen 300$ tires. Id go somewhere else in the future but no one else will touch Ducatis really lol. But the service techs did a good job with the repairs and were nice so i couldnt 1 star. EDIT: I understand that part but the main point was that I was not made aware of or offerd the warranty
I was greeted nicely in the shop when I first arrived but tried speaking to the person in charge of the zero motorcycles but I soon found out that I felt unwelcomed here since the person I was speaking to was not listening to me and I kept on repeating myself many times and I got the impression from the staff that they just wanted me out of there since I didnt have a down payment or anything but the moment that I mentioned that I was approved for a loan last year in 2016 suddenly the person I talked to seemed to be more interested in what I had to say. but after everything I was denied for a loan. which is sad enough as it is but I hated the fact is that I had to mention a previous loan approval in order for the person I spoke with to seem to be more interested in what I was saying. will never come to this place again and will just shop online instead.
Ive been coming to OAM for over a year now for three sport bikes. Great service, they have to order a lot of items, but they usually call me when they arrive. I recommend this shop for any kind of bike you ride (Ill be bringing a new dirt bike to them soon too).
Used to be my #1 place to recommend until yesterday. Had my fork seals done here 2 years ago, 4000 miles ago and they will need to be replaced again. Obviously, its not covered by the warranty $280. This is a 14k miles CBR.
I went to check out the Zero motorcycles and no one had any clue about them. All they could do was give me a brochure. Seemed much more interested and knowledgeable about their new Ducati arrivals.
Been there several times. The employees are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have had work done on my KLR 650, and both Concours. They have completed the work in a reasonable time and at a fair price. They just started selling used motorcycles and are the dealer for Zero motorcycles.
