My experience on 10/26/21 was great, start to finish. Everyone working there was busy but still fun to talk with. I ended up leaving with the dirt bike that I wanted and my salesman was genuinely happy for me.

Dropped off my bike yesterday when they opened, was on schedule. I was also told it’d be done yesterday because it was just a fairing. Dustin was supposed to call me about a quote or an update and got nothing. Showed up today and they had to find out what was going on with it. Still not done. Service gets 0 stars if I could. Sales is wonderful Gilbert was great in helping me. Avoid bringing your bike here for service unless you want miss information and frustration. Btw a fairing they messed up upon shipping. Imaging paying almost 10k for something that they damaged and then they refuse to make it a priority. I work at a dealer man if we mess something up that’s the first thing we take care of.

It should be called Ride Never!! We have had my husbands motorcycle in there several times for various reasons, and not once have we had things done correctly. Latest example... my husband needed the front tire replaced, but after he picked up the bike his speedometer cable was broken. So he ordered a new cable and replaced it, but the new one broke right away so he took it apart and noticed that a part that holds the cable in the right position had been broken when they replaced his tire. So he makes an appointment for them to fix it... takes it in and it takes them all day, then they told him they didnt have a replacement cable even though he told them that when he made the appointment! Picked up his motorcycle, and noticed that his back pad was missing and the screws that secure it were loose, took it back and they told him they didnt think it had been on the bike... then they found it in gravel out in the back!! This place is a disgrace... never use them!!

Very disappointed in this location. Called yesterday to verify a mule was in stock. Sales man was very nice physically checked for us. Told him you would probably being seeing us. Called him back 5 minutes later and told him we were on our way. I asked if I could give him my information over the phone to speed up the process. He said it wasn’t necessary that the process was quick between 30-45 minutes that he would see us when we got there. We live a hour away and the sales man was aware of this. He calls us back when we are 15-20. Minutes away and tells us it just sold. Don’t give your business to this location. Give it to a company that still values their customers.

I recently bought a ninja 650 from ridenow in Tucson and I had a great experience there. I believe the guy who helped me was named John and was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process of buying the motorcycle! Would definitely recommend ridenow Tucson

We just bought a new general 2 seater. The experience was great, from John and Mike to financing and of coarse the tiger king.they answered every question we had and made sure we understood everything about the UTV. Would shop there again.

Process was reasonably fast and painless got the bike i wanted at the right price everyone was super helpful and got me all set up for the road

Finishing up the checkout process on our new RZR Turbo S. Velocity and it could not have been easier. Our sales guy George made the overall process seamless. Charlie gave us the crash course on our new toy and we feel comfortable in our new adventure. Ty hooked us up with a great deal on our accessories and we are ready to hit the trails. All in all a good experience at the store and we’ll be returning and referring for any of our needs!

On 3/4/21 I walked in to the Ride Now on 22nd and asked one of the sales reps (Gilbert) if they had any 2021 Honda CB500F models in stock. He quickly looked it up and found out they had just received one in stock and let me check it out still in the brand new box in the back!! I lined up financing that weekend and returned on Tuesday 3/9/21 just a few days later and bought the bike. Gilbert really took care of me while I was there as it is my first motorcycle. I also was able to utilize a $349 coupon for protective gear I received from TEAM Arizona Basic Rider Course because I purchased a vehicle from them. Got helmet, gloves and jacket all while I was in picking up my bike. Rode it home that day and I’m super pleased so far with the experience!! Going in to pick up my helmet that was placed on order tomorrow. Thanks Gilbert and Ride Now for getting me safely on the road and having fun!

I just picked up my motorcycle after getting the first service done on it and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service that was provided. My service advisor, Tyler, was awesome! From the moment I dropped the bike off until the moment I picked it up he provided exceptional customer service. Really cool guy.After picking up my bike and riding it home I could tell a difference in the performance. Everything felt very well adjusted. They even took the time to give it a good wipe down which I really appreciated.Overall a 5 star experience.

I went to the this dealership with the intention of buying a specific bike. I couldnt get help from any of the employees and even when I went to one of the employees asking about the bike he seemed very unmotivated to sell. My time is very important and I wasted it going here, I will spend my money elsewhere.

Gilbert was great. We wanted to trade in our first side by side we purchased from RideNow for a newer model. There was a timing issue as we had to be out of town for awhile. Gilbert was aware of the situation and made the whole process work. Once we were back in town, we took our trade-in in one day and drove out with our new buggy the next! Be careful with these guys.I bought a dirt bike 8 months ago and have been waiting for the registration to be sent and have tried to call in to get it fixed but never get anywhere with them. I cant even register my bike in my state due to the hold up from them getting it sent to me.My bike was bought in Jan. and still no registration.

6/13/21 I ordered a Rear Tire for my Silverwing, and made an appointment for them to put them on (they scheduled it 2 weeks out), a few days later i decided to just replace the Front as well, knowing the appointment was a week out still. I took the bike in the day before the appointment so they could start as early as possible on my appointment day, I called midday the day of my appointment to make sure the bike would be ready for me to pick up the following day and was told a Part was on back order. somehow they received 2 front tires no rear tire. (this could easily have been told to me the day I was dropping off the bike) so I then had to wait about an additional week to receive my bike back. I will give them another shot when in need tires but I will call ahead and make sure they ACTUALLY have the tires I ordered ON HAND before I ride 45 miles to town.UPDATE: 08/13/21 I got a message the day I posted this review they would contact me, still no calls or emails or any other communication, they also said they would contact me the day they made the error to compensate me, that NEVER happened either.

The sales guys were ridiculous. They didnt bother to approach me, didnt even bother standing up when I went to engage with them. Very unprofessional and borderline lazy. They had signs on all the bikes to basically ask permission to sit on one (like you are a child). And seriously???NO TEST RIDES??? Im definitely never coming back.

Do not get warranties with these guys! I ended up canceling my warranties, it took 8-10weeks to process and didnt even get my full money back. They tell you its a 50$ cancellation fee and you get a “pro rated” refund. They never gave me exact number because it wasn’t available for them. Yet, when it comes to sales they have all the numbers in hand. Bad experience. They dont look for customers best interest.

I would love to Give 5 stars.Granted they mostly have everthing I need. Rather in store, or in shipment. What bothers me though, is the fact that they Cant work on bikes ( I think. But could be wrong) older than 08 or 09

My salesman Zack was really great. Walked me around and showed me anything and everything I asked. Service was good and got bike ready as fast as they could.

I went in to RideNow because RevZilla said they were an authorized Yamaha facility and would probably have my OEM nuts in stock. She gave me part number and price. I drive to RideNow and I get ripped off with a $42 bill when it was called out it was fixed to $23. Are you kidding me!?! If I hadnt showed the employee my phone call with RevZilla and my email for my return of previous bad part shipped out by RevZilla I would have overpaid. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU GO OR YOU WILL PAY DAMN NEAR TWICE THE PRICE! They are lurking for business now I see. I was half tempted to call RevZilla and order through them just to not do business with Ride Now, but after these arrive I will never do business with RideNow again.

I wouldnt buy from them if my life depended on it!I called on an advertised brand new bike I wanted. Marked at $6900 on their website. The boss himself gave me the rundown on what kind of fees and taxes, etc. have to be added and hit me with an $10900 number! It was actually higher at first because he didnt know the bike was advertised at $6900! I took his word for it though, because I had no idea what fees and such have to be added and then moved on to discuss things with my wife. Then I had the thought of calling a Honda dealer who sold a newer version of this bike for $8099, which is also the MSRP. After he calculated all fees and taxes I ended up with $9087! Now how in the world is this possible??? If you wanna waste your money on these guys here, go ahead. I made my deal with the Honda dealer and rode off into the Arizona sunset on a brand new bike and the knowledge not to have been screwed!

I first went in and their system was down. They did not let me know till I had already been there 2 hours and filled out paperwork. I was than told it was down and they couldnt let me know if I was approved or not. I would have preferred to know that before I spent 2 hours there.

I was looking for a used RZR and was referred here after a rather pushy experience at the Ina store. John in sales was awesome to work with. I told him what I was looking for and he got me set up in the perfect machine. Never once did he try to steer me into something I didn’t want. The experience was quick and easy. Will definitely deal with John on any future purchases. Highly recommend.

I called in last week because they had a bike I wanted to check out and ride. I was told to come in, but that I needed to bring my own helmet because of COVID. I did and own my own helmet. I showed up and asked for the sales person I had spoken with before, and was given another sales person. I think the sales person knew some of the questions I had. However, and why I likely wont shop there again -- he said they dont allow riding the bike before you buy it. I felt like this really wasted my time. I dont even buy a T-shirt without trying it out, much less $10,000 bike. I then asked what the out the door price was, and even this the sales person could not tell me. He said give me your drivers license so I can tell you the price. This seems really really odd to me, imagine wanting to buy a pizza, but you dont get to decide the toppings, and they said come in and pick it up, the person you want to talk to they wont let you talk to, and then didnt have it ready, and they wont tell you the price without your Social Security Card. I am not saying they are malicious, but instead of me just being able to buy a bike in cash, they lost a customer because they cant even tell me the price. Im really fair (you can look at my review history, I have many reviews, Im pretty fair).

Ridenows servicing department is a significant problem. Pricing is outrageous, dont get me wrong the work is done properly.A quote I had for a chain swap was about 140 dollars an hour and estimated at 2 hours. I took it to a location near Dodge Boulevard, paid 90 bucks and got it back in an hour and a half.On about April 10, 2021 I scheduled a service at ridenow. The earliest date they gave was May 19, 2021. Luckily for me I had about 1000 miles to go before the service was due. I ACCEPTED THE May 19 offer. I took my motorcycle in at 9 a.m. when they opened on May 19. Got a call a couple of hours before closing and they said it would not be done until the following day. I WAITED NEARLY A MONTH AND A HALF IN ORDER TO WAIT YET ANOTHER DAY!Service sucks

Ride now is the only place we have found in Tucson that meets our expectations in quality bikes, gear, and, most importantly, customer service. Ride now associates are Friendly and knowledgeable in what they do.

From setting up the appointment to picking up the bike, everything went smoothly.

Sales experience was great, bought back in November 2020. Over the last two weeks I have left 3 messages for service and 4 online service messages. I finally reached a Service tech last Wednesday and have been waiting on a call back since. Not very responsive.Door latch has never worked and need replaced.

I called about a motorcycle advertised on the internet. Im a cash buyer. The price seemed fair until they added a $300.00 battery replacement warranty, $500.00 processing fee, and $200.00 to change the oil and tighten the cables.Stop making excuses and treat people fairly, like youd like to be treated.Ill take my cash elsewhere.

I’m trying to buy a quad for my son that is $1300, they want to charge $599.95 for “document or administrative fees”!! That’s almost 1/2 the cost of the bike. I’m okay with the title, taxes, and other small costs, but don’t say something is $1300, when you tack on this bogus fee to everything you sell.

Had a great experience when purchasing stuff a Maverick X3 and 2 DS 250. one DS 250 within 20 hrs of purchasing new rear shock started leaking oil took it back sat there for a month no one called me so I went to the store and they said they contacted can am and waiting a response so I took my quad and they were going to follow thrue on it another month and a half later no one called me back so went back and they said that there was nothing wrong with was only residual oil even though my other new ds250 didnt do that. They refuse to replace because there was nothing wrong with it they say and now they said rear shock isnt even covered under warranty even if its 1 day old Wich conveniently they forgot to mention when I was purchasing it so Im still ordering a new shock and replacing it myself never going back

I had a great experience with the guys at RideNow Powersports in Tucson. These guys are riders and they know what they are talking about. The sales rep Gilbert was very cool and knowledgeable. Gilbert took the time to work with me. I wanted to get on the bike and feel it. He held it up while I got on to feel how it was going to fit underneath me. John from the parts department helped me get the gear that I needed to make me safe out on the road. John took the time to install the blue tooth headset into my new helmet. John showed me exactly what to do and how it all worked. Charlie D from sales walked me through the bike at the time of pick up. Charlie showed me everything I needed to know about the safety features and precautions I needed to take when caring for a new motorcycle. Charlie is a rider himself and it shows. Charlie is very knowledgeable and really cares that you are going to have a great riding experience. The sales manager was also very nice and worked with me on a price that I could manage. The finance manager also very nice man and I never felt like I was being sold on anything. David was very nice and told me exactly what the best option was for me. If you are looking to buy a new or used machine. RideNow has the employees that really care and they all ride. It really shows. By the way, this is not a car company. You cannot take a test drive on a motorcycle. What if you drop it? If you dont know how the machine is going to ride. You have no business buying that machine. They do have a return policy so if you are unsatisfied with the purchase and can return it. My advice is rent one or ride a friends to see if you like it. Thank you all at Ridenow of Tucson.

They told me my tire would come in 4 days, 2 and a half weeks later they gave me an excuse that it was on back order. Offered me a different tire that was in stock. Tried to charge me another 120 on top of the 120 I already paid. They are slow to respond to simple questions, if they even answer the phone.... A terrible experience overall. I have been a customer for years. I wont be returning.

Drove 300 miles to look at a used bike, salesman spent more time on his phone than talking to me, bike had a stuck throttle even after their 100 point inspection, they do not allow test rides, horrible place !!

So he showed us through his selection and gave us all the right information for us to make a informed decision. Cole in service was great. It took 2 plus weeks to get a warranty item aooroved and replaced Polaris . I believe most of delay was due to slow approval process at Polaris. Not like going the Chevy dealer or BMW dealer for warranty work

I went in on 10/02/2020 to purchase a 2013 Kawasaki Vulcan 1700. Was greeted with a friendly smile. After inspection of the bike I was not to sure about it and saw a 2020 Kawasaki Vaquero 1700 decided I liked that bike better. I went back in on 10/03/2020 when they opened and all the paperwork was ready for me. They even helped me to get insurance so I could take it home that morning. I am definitely going back for here to buy a bike for my daughter. Sales team was very helpful to me and my family.

Shopped around and got the best price from here. Have a crazy work schedule and they even stayed after hours getting my X3 ready! Went back a week later with my nephew and he got an X3 too! All the guys were great especially David in financing.

They make buying a bike easy. We love our new Vulcan. Only a matter of time until we buy from them again.

We purchased a side by side from ridenow. They convinced us to purchase an extended warranty. I questioned them extensively on what it covered. The salesman assured us that it was a bumper to bumper warranty. The engine now has and oil leak and 4 wheel drive is not working. Guess what. Neither are covered under the extended warranty. Do NOT waist your money purchasing an extended warranty as it is useless.
