My 250 reflex was overheating, and I had no clue what was causing it. They could have dishonestly charged me to install a new radiator or a new water pump. but they told me the truth, just a simple split in a water line. Both my dad and I have had horrible experiences as far as customer service. Both times we were interested in buying a bike or coming in to take a look at one, and both times we were promised we’d be called back to no avail. If they didn’t have the info for us, that’s fine, but don’t take my name and number if you plan on never calling back.

Great dealership. Came in to order a new Honda CB300f abs; wanted a modern lightweight motorcycle that I could easily put on my hitch carrier. Price was much less than chain store. There were no superfluous other charges. Salesman did not try to talk me into a non-abs version or a different on-hand model . Didnt get pressured into extended warranties or service plans. Previous purchase here was also a good experience.

I had an emergency, caught a screw in my rear tire on my way to work and they had me done in under an hour with a new tire at a great price. Great people in the service and parts department. Will order again.

Service department was excellent! They were up front about long lead time for some parts for my Suzuki. Once the parts were in, the job was done quickly and done well.I went back again for an issue with my fan, and they rigged up a manual switch for me while we waited for a part to arrive.Great service.

Great little local owned dealer and shop. Friendly staff, no pressure attitude (especially compared to other Tucson dealers) and a nicely stocked parts department as well. If you are going to shop for motorcycle and parts locally, this is the dealership to go to.

The gentleman that works at the parts department is very friendly and helpful. Prices on oil and filters is competitive with online retailers, however, every time I call for an OEM part, they never have it in stock.

Service Manager Mike and his staff took care of my 2018 GL1800 Tour DCT full synthetic oil and filter change quickly and properly and at a lower price than I expected. They also adjusted the emergency brake.They worked me in on short notice during a ride to Tucson from Houma LA.

I worked here as Service Manager, 76 - 79..bought my retro new, CB-1100 here. Well, its ok. Asked for a Sissy Bar for my bike. A half hour later, I left my phone number. Hope they call back.. Well see. Not the same fire in the belly there, though, anymore.. Dead quiet.

I did not buy anything there but I plan to. I was treated with respect at least by the very kind individual who I was dealing with. I was dressed kinda strangely but the man who helped me was not phased at all. When I am ready to get my Rebel, I think this will be where I get it. If you are in the market for a bike, I would give this place a look.

I should have checked the reviews before I used them for a bike repair. For $900 they did repair my fuel system, but when I got the bike back, the foot gear shift lever would not shift the gears because it was so loose. I had to tighten the foot shift lever just to get it to shift properly. Then I notice the oil light is on, showing low oil. I check the oil and its not even on the dipstick! I had to add a quart of oil as well. Supposedly they test drove it? Really disappointed for spending $900 When I called back to ask about a credit for this, I was offered $17 for tightening the foot shift lever and $6 for a quart of oil. My advice, use another service center. This guy David down there doesnt own up to his mechanics errors.

Mussleman Honda rebuilt the front end on my CBR 1000rt I got it back spotless not so much is a scratch or even a water spot everything has held up perfectly I was blown away at the price way more than fair it was almost like they were giving away the work and the parts Compared to some of the other well know franchised metric shops in town Do yourself a favor and give Mussleman a try you’ll be more than satisfied if the boys in blue can trust them with their bikes I think you Can to, riding metric Street for 39 years Todd Hathaway,,,,, thank you Mussleman’s!!!

I placed an order for delivery in person on the 24th of April. I watched the sales person enter my information including phone number and address. On May 3rd, I called to find out the status of my order and was told that they didnt have my address and the order had not been shipped. So, 9 days after the order was placed, I had not received my order, nor did I receive a phone call saying that they couldnt find my address. I will not purchase any more parts through Musselman, and warn others not to either if they want their parts in a timely manner.

Ive taken all of my bikes (5) to Musselmans for over seven years, but now Im looking elsewhere. Since Nate left at the service desk, theyve been in chaos. Cant find records, changed synthetic oil for regular oil, tried to perform 4K maintenance routines they had already accomplished a few months prior--but had lost the records and claimed it was needed, replaced tubes which all now leak heavily--evidently theyve lost their tire guy. Its a nightmare. The guy at the service desk changes every several months and never seems to know whats going on. Done.

I took my 2000 CBR 600 For oil/coolant/brakes. They did a great job, and I had it back in 3 hours. Knowledgeable staff. Courteous service.

I always have a hard time dealing with these guys. Last time they cracked my fairing but at least offered to replace it at a week of phone calls and re-visits. But then it took them almost a month to get me the new fairing.

The male in the parts department ran out to wait on a man that just walked in the building when I had been waiting for help for 5 minutes. Then the girl that was helping me couldnt find my part. Very disappointed. I will not return.

I recently took my shadow in for service. Parts had to be ordered so it took a total of 6 days. Dave was very gracious and the machine runs like new again. I dont understand the negative comments I read. They did right by me!

I went to this place to get a tire mounted . They said they would not mount a tire on a Harley. Referred me to a place called bubbas, on 1st Ave. Bubba ended up charging me $180.00 to mount my tire. And screwed up my bike. Talk about getting screwed, and no vasoline. RAW..!!!!!! Thanks allot musselman. I wont forget!!!!!

I get my 2009 Goldwing serviced at C&R and at Musselman alternately. A week ago, my bike picked up a piece of rebar from the kerb, courtesy of the City of Tucson and their careless contractors. The rebar pierced the coolant tank at the bottom of the frame. Brought the bike to Musselman, they got the parts next day and I was out within 48 hours. Can you ask for more? About 3 weeks ago, I had the bike serviced and while I was there I mentioned a problem I had going into 3rd gear. Mark the owner had me describe the issue in details, looked at the bike and told me I would have to replace a pin in a bushing on the clutch handle. Musselman had the part in stock and fixed it the next day. The diagnostic proved 100% correct and my bike shifts just like clockwork since. Mike at the Service Department is courteous and patient. Rick the mechanic knows what hes doing. I say these guys are worth more than the 3.9 stars Im seeing on the profile. I give them a 5 star, no qualms.

Referred this shop to my insurance to take care of repairing my scooter. They dont seem to care too much for my service. They have been paid, the bike will be in there almost two weeks. I keep checking on the status and aks that they keep me up to date on any complications, but they just dont seem to understand my urgency to get my scooter back. Would not recommend this place to anyone I respect.

We were on a biking trip when my dads bike was overheating. We showed up with no appointment and waited for them to open. They greeted us right away and put 2 of their best techs on my dads honda in order to get it done for us to continue our trip. Not only was it done in record time they charged us next to nothing for a small temp sensor that was faulty. They are hones, l kind and really took care of us. They basically saved our trip. If your passing through tuscon this is the place to get help. I highly recommend them. Thanks again guys i cant thank you enough!
