Went in on the last day of a trade in for retail event. Wanted to trade in my bike for a used bike that was located at the 22nd street location. They transferred the bike over to this location the same day so I could experience it in person and I walked out that same day as the owner of a new bike. Bought a new bike last Sat. and was disappointed to be told Id have to come back when they opened on Tues. for delivery. I pushed back since that never happened with any other bikes Id bought there. On Tues. they said it wouldnt be ready until 5PM. I pushed back harder but they stuck to their guns. They actually had the bike ready for delivery an hour early. Now Im glad they took their time to do it right and didnt cave in to my demands. I respect and trust them more for that now.

Wouldnt trust this place to know the difference between a motorcycle and a tree. Was told my Fuel injected motorcycle would need new jets, since I moved here from Colorado. Go here, at your own risk.

He made a deal with my husband knowing we were driving over a 100 miles to buy a bike and sold it out from under us then no courtesy to call and tell us. We had cash too I hope Karma gets Jeff and I hope RideNow gets a better employee with honor and respect for the verbal agreement.. Hes giving the store a bad rep.

I bought a used motorcycle from these guys. The day I went, they were very busy. The bike I was buying was a fraction of the cost of what others were looking to buy. However, from the service they provided you would think I was buying brand new as well. Their service shop ensured that the used bike was in great running condition. I bought an FJ-09 (Tracer) here, and had excellent service. Not only did they undercut the competition, but they have performed services for me like fixing the one recall I had, and re-balancing my tires after a high speed vibration at no cost. I have also purchased tires and other goodies like a top case, where they could tell me what I needed, without high pressure sales and trying to get me to buy unneeded farkles. If you buy a tire here, they wont charge you to mount it if you bought the bike here.I wish the East side Ride Now were as friendly and social.

I write to you with great joy in knowing that I will NEVER ever have deal with any RideNow facility or Polaris product again.I purchased a RZR XP 1000 4 in 2017, had it serviced only by their Ina road (West location) in Tucson, had a warranty problem in October of 2020 and finally got my unit back in March of 2021. This time was ridiculous and totally unacceptable. But, what could I do? I had to bare excuse after excuse until it was completed. Not to mention, because it sat outside for 5 months, the stereo did not work correctly when I picked it up and they wanted to attempt to charge for a diagnosis.Not only was there the engine issue, but Polaris denied the warranty. I am not going to expound on this anymore at this time and I am sure you can recall the situation. Your so called technician and the intital pictures you sent to Polaris, which ultimately was the reason for the denied claim, were not even relative to the crank bearing problem. Any technician with any experience would know the difference between a top end and and a bottom end problem.I am happy to say I sold my RZR and purchased an Artic Cat.Thanks for nothing RideNow!!Re: Actually the unit WAS running when I brought it to you with a secondary clutch problem. This was resolved and you found it was down on power. Thus the reason for more diagnosis. And, the stero worked perfectly. The reason this failed was because you guys keep units outside.Where did I delay any part of the resolution when I had to wait on you guys and Polaris to make a decision?My recommendation, for you reading this, is to go to Sierra Vista and buy from Cochise Motorsports. It will be well worth the short drive.

Sales people can’t give out the door pricing, also don’t know if you can put a deposit on a unit either.......how do you expect someone to purchase a UTV under these circumstances. After talking to the “sales manager” they have thousands in fees. They know the banks allow 125% loan to value when financed. So they sell generally at MSRP and then add enough fees to total the 125%. So they are actually selling these units at above MSRP. They offered me $9500 for my Teryx. Nada retails for over $16k. Never will I deal with these crooks again.

Purchased a Suzuki V-Strom 1000. It makes you feel comfortable with the purchase when the staff is knowledgeable about the product.

Honestly I dont want to go here for repairs, or parts, or anything. Prices are exorbitantly expensive, the service desk guy fought with me about service intervals when I literally had the book open and was reading it to him, and it takes a long time to get things done.That said getting a tire replace here is easy enough, just bring a friend to take you home because youre sound to be sitting around for 3+ hours waiting for them.

6.5 hr anomaly of waiting for financing. Was able to finance a GSX R750 Suzuki. Im more than happy with my bike. Its gorgeous! And FAASSSST!!Omg Did I mention its FASSST!Would finance from Powersports again.

A word of warning for anyone considering doing business with this location. Be prepared for the classic bait and switch as it relates to pricing and transparency.I found a used bike I liked online and went to the store to see it in person. First issue, the price on the bike did not match the online price. It was higher by approximately $1,100. I played along and the salesman wrote up a quote. They then adjusted the price on the floor by $200 to give me a discount. They then tacked on an administrative fee of $499 (which equated to 25% of the price of the bike) because, why not? I took the paper quote marked it up to the original online price less $50 for my trouble and removed the admin fee.The sales rep then took it into the back and came back with his manager in tow who suddenly acknowledged the original pricing discrepancy but suddenly conjured up another mystery $300 charge for a warranty prep - not a warranty mind you, but a prep. We gotta charge it...In summary, honesty and transparency are in short supply here but usurious fees and the typical used car salesman nonsense are abundant. Dont expect to pay the advertised price, in this particular case the additional BS fees equated to 40% of the price of the bike...Youve been warned. Cheers!

If you are like me and dont know exactly what you want and want to look this is not the place for you. They have two guys at the front door who will not let you look at anything or get past the front door. I guess they are not open to the public. Or they just pay there employees to chase away cash business.i have purchased 4 motorcycles from ride now in the past i have never been chased away till now. So i guess they dont want repeat business or new business. Must be nice to get paid to sit on your button and do nothing

They sold me a used quad that was rolled. When I spoke to them, they were confident it hadnt been rolled and I took their word for it being a first time buyer. I later noticed that the ATV sags to the right and the frame was bent which is dangerous for the driver, my wife and my 7 year old boy who is the passenger. I mentioned scuffs on the handlebars when buying and asked again if it was rolled and they were confident it wasnt. Buyers beware, they will do anything for a buck.

I recently spent thousands on parts with RideNow West, even though the parts cost less on Polaris’ website. Amanda from parts helped with the purchase over the phone after I sent her a list of items, and she even caught some mistakes on incorrect parts. She was awesome and I believe in shopping local. The bad experience with this was when I returned $150 in parts (out of thousands) they charged me a 20% restock fee and took $30 from me. The manager didn’t even blink at waiving the fee and until then, no mention was made of restock fee. I guess I’ll be purchasing from Polaris directly.

Nice guys, but after quoting me a price on a bike, I sat down with the finance manager. They had tacked on $600 for a filing fee and another $600 for setup. Classic bait and switch. Shop around. You can do a lot better! Cochise Motorsports in Sierra Vista or GoAz in Phoenix will save you over $1,000!

I bought my son a new Yamaha 90 ATV here and it was the best/easiest transaction I’ve ever had while making a large purchase. The staff was great to deal with they were very knowledgeable and friendly, they made us feel like we were all that mattered at that moment. Tyler out front and Moses back in service were really good about getting parts for my Kawasaki, even though they dont sell the brand at this location. The work on the bike (sprocket, chain, tires) was done just right and I have been riding without any problems. I will continue to go there for service and parts.

He is very knowledgeable about the products and is always available to answer any questions or concerns.
