Great customer service. Exceptional. She took time to help me with many options and was concerned and caring. She went above and beyond and I appreciate that. Losing hair is very emotional and these gals truly wanted to help. I appreciate the sharing and caring attitude.

Fun, fun and fun, this shop is just full of hair every where you turn . So many different types and styles . You could find yourself to be in there for an hour or two, just because of all the varietys they offer . Staff is ok there could be alittle more helpful on the floor with the customers . Store is clean and fully stocked with items . Prices are good and they offer alot of sale discounts which puts more back into your pockets. I would suggest if you are looking for hair and or hair products go to Waba .

They have 2 stores. This one is a bit smaller but the girls are super nice and are very helpful. The wigs are all on display and you just take it off the manican and take it to front for purchase. They give you a discount since they only sell what on display. They have every other kind hair that you need as well. Makeup products are of good quality and brand names. I like this store. It easy access to and from since it is right off freeway.

Grabbed wrong hair color and they wont allow exchanges on unopened hair packaging. Assistant manager was very rude. They dont inform customers that hair is final sale and the store had no signs saying this. Very upsetting 😡

This place is overland lacks diversity. In all honesty it should be labeled as a Wig, Jewelry and Make Up store. The beauty products that they do carry are highly overpriced and not a good selection at all. Walmart and Fry’s usually have more beauty products than here.

I am kicking myself that I never went to any Waba any sooner! Ive been in Tucson for five years, and always heard about it but this was my first time trying it. I went to the smallest branch on South 6th. Smallest in comparison, but definitely not lacking! Theyre are not enough salons in Tucson that cater to African hair. Ive struggled for five years that I have resorted to maintaining my own hair thanks to you tube and supply stores. This is already on my favorites list. Everything I wanted I could find in one place: hair pieces, half wig, perming kit, gel nails, blush... good variety, and good quality. I went in there with the intention of straightening my hair but I had such a variety of choice that I walked out with products for faux dreads. I like that I have enough of a choice to have fun with my hair.P.S. the pregnant lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. You can tell she enjoys her job.Ive posted pictures in a natural looking wig, and with the dreads hairstyle. Im not a professional, if I can style my own hair with the right supplies then anyone can!

I usally get crochet hair. I only like this waba because theres girl associates. I dont like the other waba with the male associates. This waba usally has a great deal on acrylic. The girl showed me the packs of crochet and my options but i should have went a shade lighter. Looks like theres a summer sale on eyelashes right now.

Besides hair everything else is over priced.
