Sale was nice. Good.price, but have many issues with the car. Had to replace the back window, new A/C Unit, new battery that led to new Alternator and $600 worth of work. A year and half later, I still have a check engine light. I would have been better off buying a new car. At a higher monthly payment.

So here is my thing. We got a vehicle and it has been a reliable car. General maintenance and it runs fine. My issue is I recently received a text message from someone the day after my payment was due. It was a pretty generic message informing of the payment and the need for insurance update. I replied stating that the insurance is the same and would be in to make the payment when I could. The next response was a rude, demanding a date for payment. I can understand being multiple days late, but one day. Yea dont come at me like that. I called whom ever it was out on their rudeness and received the response still need a date. I than asked for their name and was provided Collections. So yeah you need to get rid of the collections person or possibly teach this person to be more respectful. It seems Im not the only one who feels this way. Other than that I didnt have an issue. I would have rated you 5 stars but whoever is texting people P*n*ending 4906 needs to be taught how to speak to people. Especially customers who make their payments .

Sad place still have the car cause yes I need one but I was told I had a 30 day warranty and my car has all kids of problem first it was over heating not its got electrical issues and they just told me we will look at it for 35 dollars an HR. Yeah I wouldnt recommend this place. We didnt even get a chance to look at any other cars he gave us a choice between 2 cars and that was it. I also had to take time off of work because they didnt even do the emissions test on my car so I had to lose money from work to take it down there then they didnt even want me to go with them to the emissions with them. Thought when you buy a car all of that was supposed to be done before they send it out. I still have not even got my license plate for it.

My car wasnt starting properly right away and they were able to diagnose the problem very quickly and replace my fuel pump the same day. They are very friendly and courteous. I wouldnt hesitate to take my car back there for future repairs. I took it to another shop and they couldnt figure out what the problem was and said that since the car still runs once it starts that I shouldnt worry about it.

Some Establishments should stay closed currupt company selling lemons to single moms and struggling families when your vehicle fails in six months they will still expect payment with a crazy apr dont buy for your sake!

I saw all of the negative reviews on this page and so I had to share my story with you. I purchased a car from them in March 2015, a 2001 Lincoln LS. For being a15 year old vehicle it was in great condition and well taken care of . Only a month later I crashed the vehicle on the freeway and totaled it. the insurance company valued it at $5,000 which made a dent in my debt with them however I still owed on the vehicle. I believe her name is Katrina and forgive me for forgetting her name because she worked with me every step of the way until my situation was resolved and handled business like a champ, she contacted me soon after and delivered the news that the dealership was willing to work with me on the remainder of the money that I owed them but more importantly on my credit score. I owed $2,500 and the deal was if I agreed to make on-time payments for a consecutive amount of time they would cut the remainder in half show the car paid off and I would have great credit. this was important to me because at the time I was a first time car buyer and I had unstablished credit. Sure enough I lived up to my end of the bargain and after 6 months I paid the car off and my credit is fantastic because it shows that I paid the car off in 6 months. I think the rest of the car buying experience is in your hands as a car buyer because the car dealership can only go so far I see comments on here talking about how the cars are overpriced my vehicle was a midsize luxury sedan and they valued at 12000 dollars of course Kelly Blue Book is going to say that its worth less but everyone who runs a business has to make a profit. You cant expect to go to a dealership and pay what you would pay a private salesperson. Its in your hands to be a knowledgeable consumer to do your research and to make the best decision for your own good. I also see comments on here talking about their customer service I will admit there are a few employees there who need to get their attitude adjusted (bill) but I was willing to look over that for the bigger picture that they were willing to work with me on such a delicate issue even well I wasnt the most exemplary car buyer, lets be honest with ourselves people as customers we can be very unprofessional at times. overall the point that I am trying to make is that given the circumstances given the age of the vehicle given my entire overall experience with them they definitely deserve 5-stars and they deserve for people to know what kind of a business they run. Because of their treatment I will definitely be going back to them to buy a vehicle in the future.

At first I though they were wonderful... Have only had my vehicle for 6 months and have had nothing but issues since I got it. With in the first 2 weeks I was having transmission issues now it has a major issue and I am going to have to pay out of my own pocket to fix it pluse still make my payments. Its almost to the point I just want to give it back and take the repo!!!

We where in a very bad situation with our old car it was either spend a couple grand on an 93 buick or just go get another car. We looked everywhere and no one would work with us. It was getting late and we where really in a bad spot the car was almost dying at lights it was chugging really bad and it was really just unsafe especially with an almost 3 yr old in the car. We already spent at least a grand a few weeks before. We got a tip to call Bill at Craycroft Auto.We only had 20 minutes to get there from the other side of town and i had to go to work the next day. Bill was awesome we got there with just minutes left before they closed and he took the time to talk with us and show us cars that we could afford. We didnt get a car that night but we went the next day and test drove the 2 cars we liked the best. Needless to say we had this new car for a few months now and it still drives great. We have no issues what so ever. And the ladies in the office that handle the billing and payments are just as great. I would recommend if you need a car to go talk to Bill and he will work for you.

Bill was a wonderful salesman weve gotten 2 cars from them but this time around the office staff was terrible they kept loosing our payments or messing up which payment went where and right away if we were a day late would threaten us with repossessing our car. The staff was horrible and rude, I once had them call me with major attitude saying they didnt get the payment when I got rude back and told them did they check their box for the payment the girl was silent and literally went and checked and sure enough there it was.

New time buyers and parents bought car total crap. Been nothing but in there shop every week and now car broke down they wont even help with a row. Check engine light is still on because there mechanic is silly brained. Had to many problems for having a car less than 2 months I do not recommend this place

I would give them 0 stars if I could The company is shady. Had no other options but to get a vehicle from them I informed the sales person there were issues with the vehicle I got. No actions were taken there is a 2 week lemon law in AZ and the 3rd week the motor seized up. Knoing I didnt have the money to pay for it and pay for my payment they held my vehicle and repossed it. And the OWNER of the company told me its not their fault. I should have told the maintenance employees during the times they were open even tho I told him I cant due to work.I shouldnt have told the sales person. Honestly I should not have gone there in the first place

Be careful this company will sell you lemon cars with A LOT of problems!!!! They are a bad company to get any used vehicle from. They will give you false information on the vehicle & will give you the run around if you bring it back to them!!! You will end up spending WAY MORE $$ just trying to fix it from them. They will say they fixed the problem & a couple days later it will break down again. Then you spend more money. All their cars are in BAD BAD condition & not worth looking at. And they will tell you the car fax are $60 if you want it.

I went there a year ago and bought a 99 expedition it had problems after problems. I payed it off within the year and I am still having problems. At first Mike Evans seemed to be willing to help then it all turned out that they dont give a crap just as long as they get the sale. I thought it was a fluke that the car was having problems so I went back there after paying off my 99 and I purchased a 06 expedition and I thought it was a good deal but since i purchased it in Feb I have put almost 2000 dollars in repairs and still need some more repairs done. They are a rip off and they will sell you lemons. DO NOT GO THERE!!! Also the good review you are seeing are done by the employees.

I brought a new Air Force troop here to look for a dependable daily driver. I was shocked at their prices. My troop got a loan from her bank beforehand, which they didnt like. If you use an external bank, your bank will verify the value of the car which is bad news for them. If youd like to have some fun, download the KBB app on your phone & tell the dealer what the retail value is after he gives you his price. My salesman turned red & started yelling about how Mr. Kelly isnt here & KBB cant determine what a car is worth! Dont waste your time. I would ride a unicycle around town before buying a carfrom these criminals.

Came in to look for a set of wheels on the cheap, wrong place for me, cheap meant 10 K for what I thought was a 1980 pinto, serious now it was a corvega with a great paint job, they said they couldnt start it because they just changed the oil with a special blend that had to sit in the motor for a week before the motor could be started, but they said they would give me a great deal on the corvega seeing it was a one of a kind muscle machine worth ten times what they were selling it for and the deal would only be for that day within the next 10 minutes and that they had 2 other people with cash offers wanting to buy it, so I needed to make my mind up quickly.

DO NOT EVER PURCHASE A CAR AT CRAYCROFT AUTO SALES!!!!!!!!!!! Purchased a 2011 Ford Fusion SEL AWD Flex Fuel. Had issues with the A/C unit and a misfire on cylinder 4 as well as an oil leak and a grinding transmission 3 days after purchase. While still under warranty I was told they could not recreate the issues (mind you the oil is still leaking and the transmission is still grinding when the car is cold) and was advised they would cover the issues no matter when they resurfaced. I have had this vehicle for a total of 6 weeks now and it has been back to the dealer a total of 5 times. I requested a copy of all repair bills which I never received and as of today I am told to have it repaired at my cost. Since they have yet to show me a repair bill I seriously doubt the car has ever been repaired and I have no faith in a mechanic that tells me he cant figure out why a vehicle is leaking oil after checking it 5 times and sending it down the road to another repair shop for assistance in diagnosing the issues. If you are looking for a quality vehicle that you dont have to repair prior to your first payment DONT PURCHASE IT HERE!!!!!!

If i could rate this place any lower i would, these guys are crooks and deceptive. Theyll sell you a piece of garbage that pollutes the air and wont last a year off the lot. But they have this ever so handy squad of house mechanics that are so honest that they dont mark up prices on their parts you only cover labor cost....expect to know these goons personally theyll patch job any thing, charge you and youll be in a week later with the same issue if not worse paying yet again. Do your researcb dont trust a word out of their mouths, its relatively scary how negligent these guys are.

Bull. if u get a vehical from them and get in even a minnor fender bender... ur insurance sometimes makes the check payable to you and your lender... craycroft autos owner mike refuses to sign off the check so you can get your vehical repaired ... untill after repairs... how do u get it fixed w out money genius?
