This was my first time going through Costco Wireless. Great service! Made the upgrade quick and easy! Got us the most for the best value. Ended up saving us even more than expected!

I came in to pick up a new phone and it was the smoothest sailing operation I’ve ever had getting new tech set up. The team working at the kiosk was very knowledgeable and intentional, they were tremendous assistance to making an informed purchase. Plus, I didn’t have to wait forever! Thank you so much again for the help!!

Amazing customer service! I was helped by Duy and he didnt disappoint. He was working with someone else but made sure to tell me hed be right with me. He made getting a new phone easy and I was in and out in no time!

I came in to this location not looking for anything specific. Other than thinking of upgrading my phone, to a new one and was immediately greeted by Matthew. He was so helpful with asking any questions I had about my plan and all my options when considering upgrading my phone. I was very thankful to have a great experience! Thank you Matt!

I HIGHLY recommend to visit this location!!!I have dealt with “bad” employees in the past that have mislead me at previous locations, But here, the Manager Matthew was a 110% upgrade. Very knowledgeable, very patient, & explained everything from top to bottom. I’m not one to always leave a review but the experience lead me to take time out of my day to help Matthew receive some acknowledgement for the hard work he puts in. Thank you again

Had a great experience at this Costco. I have been buying phones from Costco I think the last 3 times I have got my phone, so roughly 6 years. And this kiosk was by far my best experience so knowledgeable. I recently moved to SeaTac from Bellevue so they were the closest Costco. I will go back next time I need a phone. AJ was able to get me the best deal on the new iPhone SE I have found with T-Mobile, and explained why the phone was perfect for me to switch from my iPhone 8.
