Christopher at the Tukwila, WA location was very helpful. We arrived 5 min before closing and he took the time to help me with my new phone! Christopher was able trouble shoot and fix my phone in under 5 minutes. I will be going to this location for all of my future phone needs. Zero stars. My father and I waited for nearly an hour with no contact while waiting our turn.I wanted to use my Amazon extras as an employee (for more than a year) for myself and my 96 year old father because my phone and private information was hacked through T-Mobile a little more than a year ago.All I want is to schedule my shifts but my Amazon app has attempted to be hacked by an iPhone (I have a Galaxy A21) and the whole thing is suspended for me. With 48 hours before it will be permanently closed. My entire access to Amazon.All we needed is a comparable plan and maybe two devices. We brought everything else.
I have to say, best experience ever at this store the other day.I had managed to accidentally destroy the screen on my old phone while doing gig work in the area. The store wasnt open yet but was receiving a delivery and the door was open so, being as anxious as I was, I walked in and patiently waited for a rep to help me out.Christopher listened to my issue and helped me make a claim with the insurance co, then laid out all the options to get me back on the job asap so I could complete the deliveries I had in my car.The insane thing is that I ended up getting an upgrade for quite a steal of a deal.This just turned everything around for me. What started out as a horrible start to my day ended up not bad at all.I would highly recommend purchasing or getting help from the good folks at this Southcenter location.Rock on, Christopher 🤘🏼Manager, give this fella a raise.
I switched from AT&T to Verizon Wireless about a month ago, and Im regretting it! Verizon Wireless customer service and web portal are the worst Ive ever seen. I purchased and activated new phones at the store and I was told Im eligible for a $300 rebate from Verizon (for each new line on my account). Yey! So, I filed the claims to request the rebates. A month later, a cryptic message informed me that my rebate status is invalid. What the $$? The chat customer rep at Verizon didnt even know what the hell the status meant. I had to call and speak to a different representative. Alas! I was told that I do not qualify for the rebate. Bait and switch?
It was very easy to make an appointment online to go in store and get help transferring our service and buying new phones. Davis went above and beyond to help me and my husband choose the right phones and accessories we needed. I usually have bad experiences at Verizon stores, but this one was great from beginning to end. Definitely a great store with great customer service.

Thankful for the employee who helped me with the problem I went in for but also for a voice mail issue I have had for YEARS and that is super annoying... solved in seconds. I do appreciate the knowledge that the Verizon employees have!
Employees are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, store is clean and well lit. Always a positive interaction every time I go in. Parking is generally available and most of the time theres not too long of a wait.

The permanent hours painted on the door said close at 7, the calendar with day to day store hours that they posted on the door said close at 7 (Tue 10/19), the Verizon store website said close at 7, employee locked the doors and said theyre closed at 6.
Just updated all our familys phones and Abby was the sweetest! She got us everything on our list and we love the accessories she recommended! 10/10 would recommend. We will be back!

During this time of Covid-19 you need an appointment to go inside. I made my appointment for the following day and had to return. With an appointment made and mask on I was able to go inside and meet with Abby. She was able to help me with my new phone.Note: Customers are greeted outside by an employee with a mask on to schedule your appointment. Customers cant just walk in. Thank you Verizon for doing your part to help keep your staff and customers safe during this pandemic.
Took my mother here to make some changes to her account and upgrade her phone. She has tried over the phone with no luck so I took her to do it in person. Abby was AMAZING!!!! I could not express how grateful I am for helping my mom out so much. She walked her through everything so thoroughly and with such knowledge and amazing customer service. I don’t have Verizon personally and if I wouldn’t have just switched to the carrier I am currently with Abby would have made me a Verizon customer. We came into this location the other night to transfer our service over from visible mobile am affiliate to Verizon (since visible decided to stop working all together on my wife’s phone!); we were greeted by sales rep Deveon and explained our situation. He was trying he’s best to help us move our numbers over to Verizon; however, Verizon does not make it easy to do so. I greatly appreciate deveon eagerness to help us accomplish this task, but we decided to go to another cell company altogether. I highly recommend Deveon for excellent customer service.

Got a new iPhone 12 yesterday, couldn’t activate it, came back to the store, when checking in I told them my phone is not getting activated, They asked me to wait in line, after waiting in line for 45 minutes: Immediately on entering the store I was told the 5G card I was issued yesterday was faulty and they don’t have those anymore so I should go find another store. That was it! Did not offer to help in anyway. When I asked for suggestions as to what can be done, answer was come back next week or find someone else to help you.1: if they already knew that was a problem, why did they make me wait when I told them while checking in?2: But they were kind enough to give me a box to return my iPhone but I would have to pay a restocking fee, win win for Verizon

Manager is not helpful. I explained issues with my current order made at his store and he said he did not know how to help me. I certainly didnt know how to help me either since I dont work at Verizon. My account was trying to charge me the full price of my new phone. He assured me that it was only showing the amount left to pay on the phone. That was not true at all. Extremely frustrated with the customer service and willingness to assist customers at this location.

The people who work here are always super friendly and knowledgeable. i recently upgraded to a new phone, a different plan and added a line. I believe i was helped by Davis and he walked us though our options, answering any questions we had, and didnt stop until our new phones were completely set up.
Quick and courteous service. Not sure of what was offered, Xavier clearly explained all of the options and what each one would entail. Xavier was super helpful with a phone transfer and setting us all up on new plans. Store is nicely setup. I would return to this location.

We’ve had really bad experiences with the Gizmo watch and even more so with agents “helping” in regards to the watch. Today we’ve received the best customer service possible from Christopher and Abby at the Verizon located in Southcenter Square. They educated us and provided us with multiple options. They went above and beyond To make sure we left their store with the best outcome. Can’t thank them enough! I went in about to scream someone out, they changed the whole scenario. THANK YOU!
Great experience at this store! There were a few issues during the experience (my husband and I bringing the wrong card for one!) but Jordan was SO nice and incredibly helpful!! She made the experience great and was very personable, helpful, and KNOWLEDGEABLE! She created a quote for my husband and I and during the conversation helped tweak it and ended up saving us over $700 with some of the promotions going on. I highly recommend this location! Terrible customer service experience. First time there is when we went to switch over from Tmobile to Verizon what a terrible mistake. So we walked into the store, because there was only one customer inside, a woman associate came charging at my family and I, asked us to get out then said sarcastically that we were supposed to wait outside that is why they put the board out. We felt this was totally unnecessary and uncalled for, especially since all she did when we got out is ask why we wanted to get into the store, then let us back into the store to add insult to injury she asked do you all have to go into the store? I looked at her and told her we are a family. Then she directed us to an african american associate to help us well I found this wierd because he was located way at the back of the store and we bypassed 2 other associates one of asian origin and the other white.Second experience Oct 24th 2020: our bill was too high and I needed to go and find out why, we get to the same store we stood outside for more than 20mins only for the Store manager Christopher to come out walked past two white customers and come directly to us and asked us why we needed to go into the store. I was baffled, but explained to him and he said and I quote verbatim Well I can give you a number to call, i am not letting anybody in for anything else other than the iPhone deals we have had running since Friday, or if you want I can schedule an appointment you can come another time. We did not want any drama so we scheduled for an appointment, as we left I wanted to find out if he would also approach the white family that were standing behind us which he did the reason that his wife had asked him to enquire about something, it had nothing to do with the iPhone deals he had not made an appointment and yet he was told to wait that he will be served, now I dont want to think that we were being racially profiled but being a new customer I would ask anyone thinking of going to this particular store to save themselves the trouble. With all that is going on now I must say I am totally disappointed. Whats the point of the owner responding and promising change and nothing happens.
Waited outside in the hot sun for almost 30 minutes to get in, once inside, it took 20 minutes to figure out pricing. Seriously people, pricing shouldnt be this convoluted or complicated... and it isnt. When the price is so obviously obfuscated, someones getting bilked.
Unhelpful associate who did not explain the different options available for upgrade, what deals were current, or how to navigate the online order system. Also had us apply for a credit card that couldnt be used on that order for some reason, but he said its a cool card, so guess thats something.

I spent one day over 3 hrs & the next day almost week hours trying to resolve my phone problem. Still did not get a solution. But the staff was VERY helpful & sympathetic. The staff that helped me even called customer service for me and waited to get answers to my billing problems while I went to coldstone. When I got back I showed up to hear him reexplain the situation to customer service for me so that I didnt have to do it myself for like the 10th time. I didnt get what I wanted but I did get the confusion startin out & treated like a person. While they let me go to coldstone. Thankyou Verizon😊

Went in with a phone issue and the service rep I was assigned to had no idea what it could be nor did they bother to ask anyone else or look up anything. Since I had no warranty her only solution was maybe its time for an upgrade. Did a factory reset and phone is working better for now. I would appreciate a bit more knowledge and try outside of being there to just sell new phones.

I bought a phone from The Verizon store in Tukwila, Washington. The phone wasnt functioning with talk over wifi, so I tried to call the verizon customer service number. After 3 hours of trying to get ahold of someone I gave up. I instead went to the location with my Father in law who is also on the account. One of the people there tried to get my phone working but he admitted it was broken. He admitted it was broken when I got it! he tried to refund the full amount as I did not want the same brand of dysfunctional phone. only the tax amount was refunded back to my card, not the 50 dollar price of the phone. He told me that the 50 dollars would be refunded back to the bill. I agreed to this, and explained that if it was not, I would return so they could fix it.they money was not refunded, so again we went back to the store. This time with my Father in law, and my mother in law. I talked to the associate again, he explained that it was a mistake in the system, and that the 50 dollars should have returned to my card because the phone was bad when I got it a few days earlier. he said this to all 3 of us. He said that he would talk to the manager and that the manager would get the refund done back to the account.on 01/15/2020, I called and asked to speak to the manager concerning this situation, and asked why my money had not been returned. He told me that he cannot return that money because its a restocking fee. and that the restocking fee was on the receipt. I explained that his employee had promised the return without restocking fee because it was a defective product. He just kept repeating that its not the policy. I explained that charging a fee for the return of a defective product is not ok. he was rude and told me that he cant talk any more about the account because Im not the primary on the account. He then hung up with me.I called back again and said that he needed to call my mother in law and then talk with her about this because its not going away and I expect for his company to do what it promised. he promised to call right away to my mother in law and I gave him her number. he never called, and they are closed now. Verizon has scammed me out of my money. I have already switched to another carrier because of Verizons horrible customer service on this and stealing my 50 dollars. I will be doing all avenues concerning this situation including the BBB, the Attorney General for the state of Washington, and possible litigation in small claims court. Their actions have been horrid and I believe they have broken sales laws for this state by refusing to give the money back on a defective item.

Terrible, dishonest service. I went in two weeks ago to find out information about potentially upgrading to the iphone 11. An employee from the store held my iphone 6, inspected it, and quoted me a $100 trade in credit. I proceeded to order the new phone, only to have them not honor the $100 quote upon arrival with of my new device. I was told mistakes happen and that there was nothing they could do. Usually, when the employee of a company makes a mistake, it isnt the consumer that gets stuck paying for it. Certainly wont ever shop here again and it speaks poorly of Verizon, who I would expect better service of.
I was extremely impressed with this store both times I visited here in the last few weeks. Both times I was bringing in unlocked Moto G5 Plus phones that I bought at Costco---one to swap my current ailing Verizon phone and the other to set up a new line on my Verizon account. I was expecting a big hassle about bringing in unlocked phones. I was assuming Id be in for a fight just to get the SIM card put in. But, Ill be danged, but they were ALL as nice, fast and efficient as could be! No hassle at all and not even any wait to speak of. Saved a ton of money on these 32GB phones, too, and they were even complimentary of the phone itself, saying it was a very good phone. I didnt expect any of that. Big kudos to the staff at this store!

The Customer Service around here really knows their tech stuff, they are problem solver. Even though the tele-marketing (800 No.) are totally different story, their quee is long to get a service rep on phone with you. First bill is kind of messy for me not because it got high charges, but charges that I didnt use. (I am sure that its just a glitch or they are billing for something that they are not supposed to may be) I know its pro rated so I will be paying for this month and next month, but it charged me for July-August which is strange, I havent used my phone till the 23rd of August all new lines. will find out. Once again thx for the reps who helped me in this store, they are patient and nice.
I recently left VZW after being a customer for 21 years. The service has gotten worse and worse and after being fleeced for over $800 on a five week international trip (that was with the travel pass active, too!) Decided I needed to sort out my mobile services and went with another company.Every time I called to finalize my service and let them know I was leaving I was on terminal ignore and eventually decided to walk into the VZW store and do the t in person.I got checked in, and the two people sitting at the help bar were like we didnt get checked in so they naturally got helped before me. Fair is fair. I took a seat near the back of the store and watched as new people entered and were helped ahead of me.When the girl finally came around I could barely hear her speak my name and after 20+ minutes waiting, was finally able to deal with my situation. But wait...As the employee was helping me another employee shouted across the aisle Hey Jenny (whatever her name was) how do I do the thing on the Apple watch? And Jenny picks up with the other employee and now the opportunity for me to get my situation handled was being back-burnered once again.When a break in the conversation occurred I let out an exasperated sigh and said this is exactly why Im canceling after 21 years as a VZW customer. Your service has gone completely down the toilet.I was once a very loyal and enthusiastic client of this company but as of the past three months, they totally lost me. I would have never switched had they treated me with a tiny bit more respect.So I switched to Google Fi. Even with the near zero contact of dealing with Google the experience has been far less frustrating than dealing with the human element VZW has devolved into.

Worst experience. Went in to use my upgrade. Then set everything up and he even swiped my card. Then when I seen the delivery, it was 4/21. I told him cancel it and Ill look for a phone in store. He and another manager worked on cancellation. They couldnt do it. I left and call customer service. They were able to cancel it and they told me go in the store to get my upgrade. I went in and he said, I have to pay the last dues. I told him, I already paid. He said he cant do the upgrade unless I pay. I told him, I dont have a past due balance. He said he cant help me at. I left with no upgrade and very disappointed.
Came in just to see what they offer and they got me. Sike they had great customer service and a great deal on iPhones. If it weren’t for Elliot being attentive and friendly I probably would have stayed with T-Mobile. Go see Elliott, he’s got you covered

I went to get the Buy on get on free Samsung S7 Edge deal and the sale rep, royally screwed me on it. He said, they would take care of everything for the rebate and NOTHING was done.I went to find out whats going on and they told me I have to do it myself. So, I did and it got denied 2 times due to post mark date.I have been a loyal customer for a long time and this is just BS.
I came here to replace a broken headset that was bought at Verizon this past May. The person who assisted me was rude and not helpful. I came in to this corporate store since it was the only one in the area and my headset was still under warranty. I have never had a problem with getting damaged items replaced at any corporate store ever until I came to this store! I would expect this treatment from a authorized dealer but not from a Verizon Corporate Store. Then the store manager Mike says to me that they will replace it as a good deed to me. It was not a good deed...it was called doing your job! I hope I get a customer survey so I can rate you a 1 there too! I will not return to this store ever!

This store literally outright lied to me. I purchased a screen protector for my phone, the associate installed it for me, he assured me of a lifetime warranty on the protector and if I had any problem to come back and it would be replaced. Shortly after purchase the edges peeled up. I return to be told that I have to ship it off to the manufacturer myself and theres nothing that can be done for me in store. This is not the first issue Ive had here but will definitely be my last, steer clear of this store, they push up sells and will straight lie to you to get you to buy!

My husband and I went in a few days ago to get me set up (finally) on a plan together. Every one was extremely smiley and had a great customer service attitude with the exception of the one who helped us. We spent an hour with Corey and we asked multiple questions trying to understand the fees being put in place with a new line and how to transfer my information from my old phone onto my new phone. Instead of walking us through it he just said, as he never made eye contact, just download the transfer app and itll walk you through it. Or when I asked if we could change a method of payment he said just go the app and take care of it through the app. I literally just switched providers from Sprint to Verizon and I am already disappointed. This was my first encounter with a representative and it felt like I was not important even though I am a new customer. He was not professional, uncaring and just not a good Verizon front facing employee. I understand people are going through things at home or so on. The workplace is not the place to let those angers out on customers, people who bring you business.Like I said in the beginning though: everyone else was great at this location. They were personal, uplifting, answering questions thoroughly, plain helpful all around. Corey was not helpful (with the exception of setting me up on the plan), he did NOT make eye contact once with either myself or my husband, and he would say things like Ill be right back and disappear for 5 minutes without saying what he was doing with our phones.I am very disappointed in the customer service presented by him and do not think he should be a front facing customer service employee as he does not have the skill to make a customer feel welcomed. He was hands down the most rude employee in a customer service position that I have come across. With that being said, I still do not know what we are being charged for adding me to the account and would like to get that information.One last thing, I go into stores like Verizon to get information from a human being and not from the internet. I am one of the few millennials that actually still enjoy talking to people and getting that human interaction. If I wanted to use an app to set everything up I would not have gone into the store on a weekend day to do it. It was extremely unprofessional of Corey to represent Verizon customer service the way he did. If I go back in to this location I will be doing everything to avoid another hour of help from Corey...the only employee that refused to smile or make eye contact with you.

The General Manager Tu and Chauvana were great to us. They greeted us cordially when we came in, helped us with a referal, and met our plans needs. I would definetly recommend this location to anyone switching to or starting out with Verizon.
I used to really like this store and always was welcomed with great service but today changed that.I purchased 2 phones and a whole bunch of accessories back in May and was told that my screen protector had a lifetime warranty and if I ever had any issues to bring it in and they would replace it. This makes sense seeing as how they charge $40 for a $3-5 screen protector.I go in today to see if they can help with my screen protector which has slightly separated from the screen thinking that at a minimum they would have removed it and tried to reapply it. Instead some guy named Corey tells me that all he can do is sell me a new one. Really? Another $40 for a screen protector?!? Needless to say I walked out and bought three of my own screen protectors on Amazon for $6. I don’t mind paying a markup for excellent service (think Nordstrom) but for that high of a markup, I should get at least an attempt to fix the issue.Needless to say I would urge anyone going to these stores (especially this one) to not buy any of their accessories for their exorbitant prices and get something in wiriting in an email if someone tries to tell you anything is warrantied.

Nothing but problems with this store. First, they NEVER answer the phone. Another time I spent a total of about 6 hours over three days to resolve a problem. I purchased the OneTalk, but first they told me I had to upgrade my phone. Then they convinced me to change to a Business plan. After all that time it turns out the Onetalk doesnt work well with the apple iPhone. So after all that I never use it.....
The workers there put Asurion in check when I was using its insurance to get my replacement phone. Good guys
