One of the sales associates Luke was very kind however his coworker Anahi was hostile and straight disrespectful. Over the phone she told me “well If you have a problem then call my manager” after I simply asked what the miscommunication about raffle limitations was about even though the wrong doing and miscommunication was on their part. After calling her manager I came to pickup the shoes and asked to specifically deal with Luke and not her. And while he is about to ring me out she scoots him off the register and still remains hostile. She rolled her eyes multiple times and when I spoke to her manager on the phone he said to call customer service about my issue with her attitude however I feel she should be terminated. Her and the other sales make the same amount of money because she’s not a manager so for her to be hostile and disrespectful to customers and bossy to her fellow coworkers is unacceptable. Luke greets members coming in and apologized for the miscommunication meanwhile she scoffed and did not once apologize for the miscommunication or poor attitude she continued to have with me. I have never met anyone more rude or disrespectful.

I went to buy my girlfriend some new adidas shoes and they were dirty....i requested a different pair because the only pair available was the display shoe....was denied and told they would clean them for us🤦‍♂️they came back still dirty. Asked for new shoe laces....denied again....i only bought them because my girl really wanted them. Seriously disappointed because if their lackluster customer service.

Nice people but we were shopping for the holidays for family out of town, and they told us we could return the shoes we bought. We tried to return them and they wouldn’t let us, all sales are final, the manager came out and helped us but told us we couldn’t return any more shoes. Kinda odd considering it’s the holidays and we don’t know if or if not the shoes would fit or if the person getting them would like them. Really disappointed that we can’t return shoes at this place, won’t be shopping there again.

Great Customer Service Experience at Shiekh The store Manager Asia as well as the African American gentleman at the door I didn’t catch his name. They both went above and beyond to help assist me find the shoes for my family. I was beyond blown away with the engagement the upbeat positive attitude and knowledge about all the products in the store. I observed them greet smile make eye contact with every customer that came into the store. This is what great customer service looks like. If I had my own store I would hire her on the spot. I will be sure to let my friends and family know what awesome service I received today.

The places got a hip hop vibe. If I were to pick the key demographic for this place, its 13 - 18 year old African-American men. They play hip hop, the shoes are mostly basketball or street, and the salesperson I worked with gave off the vibe too.These shoes arent the tacky kind youd see at stores catering to poseur rappers. The couple of gold pairs look respectable.The salesperson was eager to help. Yet he seemed more interested in making the sale than in showing me what I was asking for. I asked for supportive, non-leather shoes, but the salesperson showed me a number of shoes with animal ingredients or with thin soles. It would have helped had I made it clear that I wasnt interested in any type of animal material.Theyve got a decent number of cruelty-free shoes (without leather or suede). Unfortunately most of those are Converse or Nike, both of which use sweatshop labor. See the 2011 report on workers assaulted at a Converse factory -- to which Nike responded to by saying that they could do little to help. Its absurd to think that the worlds largest sports brand cant enforce basic ethical standards.

We just had an amazing experience at Sheikh Shoes this weekend. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they have a great selection of product. Everyone at the store was warm and knowledgeable. We quickly found what we wanted, and checking out was a breeze. Thank you, Shiekh Shoes!!!

If youre running out of options when browsing through other shoe stores, you without a doubt have to come here, or youre missing out, infact you may not even need to check other shoe stores prior to your visit here.I came in looking for a single pair of shoes (which they had) and ended up finding a selection of other pairs that i had been looking at in the past. They stay up to date to say the least! They dont have any out of date, over priced kicks thatll collect dust. Their collection of shoes is well picked and up to date, and these guys know whats trending. They have a wide array of what big name brands have to offer. If youre a sneaker head, this is your store!I bought a pair of Jordans thinking i mightve gone over board with my decision, but as it turned out they were already about $20 cheaper than anywhere online, and on top of that, they had a 20% off deal! In my case this was a steal - who doesnt like to save some cash?The service was good. They werent eager to sell me the shoes, putting me in akward situations. It was more just them asking if i needed to be fitted, or informing me on which shoes are running low. If you like browsing around and looking at shoes you wont feel rushed by that nosey employee.I was so impressed with my experience there, that as soon as i left the store i went and found my brother and told him that this is the place to find your new shoes. And as i expected he found a pair too. He saved $30 from what he couldve paid online for the same pair of adidas. We both left the store satisfied, and pleased with our purchases! I highly recommend giving this place a go!
