We have been shopping there for a decade.... If your looking for the unusual, eclectic or creative... (definately NOT staged) Most of their furniture is of very high quality as in solid wood or quality laminated wood product... definately not big box store furniture that is particle board with a photo finish One will also see the tag on the product showing the manufacture retail price and their selling price far far below that... their sales staff has been there for decades... their super-helpfull and not the least bit pushy to buy ... its more like a wholesale walk through catalogue warehouse than a retail showroom .... they even have racks and racks of fabric to choose from if your looking to customize your dining or living room theme (we did that on two gliders)... wife wanted Circles, I wanted horizontal checkers we both got matching chairs with complimentary colors yet opposing patterns... Even better if you get to your car and you realize what you just picked out is WAY bigger than your vehicle they can hook you up with local delivery peoples... Oh and wear shoes with good support.... youll be standing on concrete ... its a giant warehouse

I went in to pay for a sofa I thought I wanted. The employee confirmed the sofa was in stock in their warehouse already, so it would not have to be ordered. I used my debit card to pay in full. When I asked if I could return the sofa if I didnt like it once inside my place, the employee said no. I looked at the receipt provided to me, and it only stated that there could be no cash refunds and that there would be a 20% restocking fee. I left the store to go take care of some other business and thought about the purchase I made. I didnt feel comfortable with it and the fact that I couldnt even bring it back, didnt help. I found the same sofa at the actual retailer’s website and they offered a protection plan and delivery at no charge. So, I changed my mind and returned to Sansaco within the hour of purchase. The same employee that helped me said they could only give me store credit. I didnt become upset or raise my voice, I just asked why only store credit. She turned around and asked another employee and he opened the dialogue with a nasty attitude out of nowhere and started to reprimand me about changing my mind, how they do not force people to buy anything, how I should have made up my mind during the purchase and that there needs to be a penalty for me not knowing what I want. I remained calm, even though I was uncomfortable and taken aback by his attitude. I didnt do anything to him or the other employee to speak to me like he did. To avoid him getting more upset, I just said okay. He then proceeded to say that they have to charge me a service fee for the change. I asked him how much the fee is and he thought about it then said 5%. I said okay and the other employee proceeded with the refund. I remained quiet and avoided making any further conversation or eye contact with the gentlemen because I didnt feel like being talked down to again. There is nothing on their documents that says anything about a service fee for changing your mind. Due to the sofa already being on-site, they didnt have to order anything, they didnt take it down or move anything for me. I think the employee made up this fee because he was upset that I changed my mind.

Awesome people and great furniture. Weve purchased a sectional couch, accent chair, dining table, buffet table, and 4 dining chairs from them. Whenever were looking to buy furniture, this is the first place we think to check.

Nice assortment of reasonably priced furniture. Same items at Ashley for more than twice the cost. Helpful staff that are attentive and same day pickup on many items.

The couch finally arrived after 6 months when we were quoted 3-4 months. Also it turns out that the material is made with a foam that my partner is allergic to. We were told upon purchase that there was a restocking fee but that they do take returns. We called back to inquire about returning the couch, where we were told to talk to a specific person (the manager or owner.) He spoke with us once to let us know ways we may be able to air the couch out, and then when we called back a week later (multiple times over the course of days) he avoided us all together. He was never, ever available regardless of when we called.We ended up selling this couch, and went with an eco-certified company that doesnt use harsh material. Sansaco is like the IRS, they are there and ready when the money is coming to them but if you want money back they are nowhere to be found.

I have been here a couple of times, they have tons of stuff all over the place so you have plenty to choose from and the prices are very reasonable, not high end furniture but nice enough and serve its purpose, only complain is that of course being affordable youll will find little details here and there when putting together so be ready and have some tools ready to make it work. (In one picture you can see a couple holes in one chair were missing so I just had to drill, they were there just not all the way trough)

Huge space with a ton of furniture. There was a huge range of price and build quality, too, from budget to solid wood. The staff was helpful and friendly in finding prices and other information. I was mostly browsing this time but Im sure Ill be back!

Greatest place to buy new furniture in western WA.When you walk in, you are overwhelmed by the sea of furniture on the floor. Nothing is organized in any sort of fashion...you’ll have to walk around the maze to find anything..which I think is part of the fun. There is no website, and they do not do business over the phone. You’ll have to visit their location in order to see the thousands of wonderful furniture items they have. Everything from end tables, to bed frames, couches, desks, dining tables...everything you’ll ever need and want to furnish your home.Prices are hundreds less than competitors. Most items they have in stock in their warehouse in the back...which is great when you want to bring home your furniture that day.Employees are very nice and friendly, but not pushy at all. Everyone was more than happy to help us when needed.I will continue to make sansaco my number one place for new home furnishings in the future.

This place had the worst service ever. I found a perfect large rug, and then stood at the counter being ignored for ten minutes. Five people behind the counter, all too busy to say hi or Someone will be with you in a minute. Some guy sitting right in front of me with his phone headset at his ear but not actually not talking into it or looking at me, and just flipping through some binder, flipping... flipping. WEIRD. Tried making eye contact, being patient... Another sales person then came behind the counter, walked right in front of me and made no eye contact with me or said have you been helped? Bizarre. So I walked out even though they had what Ive been looking for. Cant imagine if I was actually able to buy something and there was a problem. Forget that.

Im going to give 2 stars because I like the price of their furniture BUT you have to wait 6 months or more to get anything they dont have in stock. I ordered a kitchen table and server on Jan 10, 2021 and I still do not have the table and server, I have the chairs because they had those in stock. I really wish they had been honest with me about the timeframe because I have a large immediate family and we are in dire need of a place to break bread together. We miss having our nightly discussions at the table so it has impacted more than just eating! When I finally called and got someone on the line he told me they have the table in the warehouse, its been there THREE weeks! So they cannot put the delay entirely on COVID. Not sure how you can have someone wait 6 months for their furniture then another month to get it off the truck. I will touch back when/if I finally receive it. And I did ask for a refund, they wont do it. If they had just been honest.

Found this gem while browsing furniture shops nearby. They dont advertise so Ive never heard of them before but its a great place to get furniture. It is an overwhelmingly big place and somewhat of a maze to navigate through the displays but well worth our time. No pressure or sales rep following you around. You have to find someone if you find something you like. The staff is super friendly and they have lots of options and can order in if you find something you like. We were looking for a reasonably prices electric recliner sofa that did not have wide seats and in a grey leather. We found one with container pricing with a bit of sacrifice on the shade of grey I wanted. We saw it went home to measure to make sure it would fit and then bought it the next day. Five piece recliner sectional for under $3k. They dont include delivery so if you could move it yourself you would save some money or else they have trusted movers they cab refer you to. Overall a great experience. The sofa looks great. It is sagging a bit where we sit often but for leather and the price cant best it

I love this store. The employees are super helpful and not pushy at all! We bought exactly what we needed and we saved a ton.It seems that since covid that so many stores do not have inventory in stock. Sansaco had 12 dressers that we could pick from and they were all in stock. We picked the one we wanted that was $300 under our budget, they helped load it in the car and off we went.I bought another dresser there 7 years ago and I still love it and it is holding up great!

Ive bought two couches from here and i love them both. Fantastic customer service without pushy salesmen. If you get a custom couch expect to wait 10 weeks for production. And just use the delivery company they suggest. Its a small family owned company thats slightly unprofessional in manners but get the job done in good time for a fair rate.

Ive furnished my insurance agency with pierces from here, as well as our home. I love all the randomness, which makes it hard for others to have exactly the same pieces in their homes etc. We will always come here and have recommended to all. The staff are friendly and ready to assist! Cant wait to go back!

Great furniture, not so much customer service. Waited over an hour for a small table that could have been brought out through the front. No organization at all, very disappointing experience. The warehouse gentleman was so kind after my battery died from sitting there for so long however. Worst furniture shopping trip, run far away from here. More fun to follow up..... After returning home, I unloaded the box to find the entire bottom was broken in half since there was a hole in the box from a forklift. I called 8 different times to see if they could pull a replacement and finally got a very rude guy. Had to tie it into my moms trunk as my suv was dead in the driveway. I arrived and carried it back to the desk myself. No apology or anything for the broken table or the 4 hours I wasted. Never again!!!

RUDE employees. Does not follow social distancing. No one would pay attention to us. We were there to buy a lot of furniture, but they didnt want to talk to us. Unprofessional. Disrespectful. Very cluttered. Dust everywhere. Took over 2 hours and still no one cared to help.

Ordered a $3,000 couch last year. I was doing a remodel and asked to look at the couch when it came in and take one of the pillows to make sure it would not clash with the carpet I had chosen. You would have thought I had asked for the moon. They were incredibly rude. Acted like a 4 year old because I guess he thought it was inconvenient to walk across the parking lot to the warehouse. They do not offer delivery so you have to arrange for your own. After it was delivered I noticed 3 pillows were missing. I called to ask about them. After leaving 2 messages someone finally called me back. Then one more callback oh yeah we found them. No apology. No offer to deliver them. When I went to pick them up the guy sitting at the desk barely acknowledged me and pointed to someone else. He obviously was not interested in customer service. Or maybe it was because I was female. I called in just now and asked if we could do business over the phone. The associate flatly refused, and hung up on me when I tried to appeal. I can understand a business practice of exclusive in-person transactions in normal times, but were in the middle of a pandemic. Its unreasonable and dangerous to demand people come out of their homes when doing business over the phone is completely possible. Finally, its quite outrageous to hang up on someone after such a brief interaction when a polite no would do the job. Unacceptable!

There were a lot of crows outside. Kind of unsettling. Inside its dimly lit. Lots of selection, but a chaotic display of furniture everywhere. I didnt dislike it and even bought something.

I love this furniture store but Im not really sure why! I always end up overwhelmed ... there is a bit of everything EVERYWHERE! I dont love that they do not have their own delivery service either although they can give you information for those services. I truly wish it was a little more organized! The people who work there are friendly and do not hound you.

BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU BUY!!! Dishonest Salespeople who lie and deceive. They do NOT have their return policies posted anywhere in the store. I decided against a sofa that I told them I wasnt sure about. But they charged my credit card and have a no cancellation policy, even on merchandise in the store. Thats ridiculous. I called them less than 24 hours after what I thought was a hold, NOT a purchase. I should have never given them my CC information. I just wanted to save time and not go back in a second time. Stay Away!!They do NOT have their return/exchange policy posted anywhere in the store. I signed my credit card slip thinking the order was to hold the merchandise. I told Bill I was not sure about it, and that I was waiting to see if my buddy wanted my current sofa. I didnt even get any delivery information. I called asking to cancel the order, the sofa was in stock, and Bill told me NO. They have a NO return policy. I asked him why he didnt tell me and he pointed out that it is on the bottom of the sales check. Which I only saw AFTER he charged my credit card. No price is worth slimy business practices like this. Buyer BEWARE!!!In the end he charged me a 20% restocking fee, then had the audacity to charge tax on top of that. This is, by the way, illegal!!! Like I said buyer beware!!!

Love this place. Like a huge treasure hunt. Some of the best prices in the area, even compared to online. Low pressure sales people, informative, helpful, give you lots of options. Lots of customization too. Very cool place. Weve been buying home furnishings here for over 12 years now, and no matter where else we go to look at furniture, we always come back and buy here. They are just that good.

A warehouse full of great Furniture finds. Dont expect a showcase Style layout. The furniture is all shoved in an open warehouse and you have to wander through all the pieces to find what youre looking for. But the deals are great, the service is fabulous, and sometimes you can find a really unique find. Quality of the furniture is really good.

We went in support of son and daughter in law who have been shopping for dining table chairs. They were given very good service by the store. They ordered six chairs for one table and the store is going to order in a chair they didnt have in stock that they think they want for another table.Interesting store that carries a wide variety of furniture and decorations that fancier stores do not have. It is a crammed full warehouse.

This is a warehouse, folks, so dont expect a fancy showroom. But they have great furniture for a great price. Ive been shopping here for about 30 years. Clearly I like the place!

The fire inspector really needs to check this place out! If they have an emergency and need to evacuate this store, people are going to be tripping all over the cluttered mess this place is and not get out.

I just had one of the most disappointing customer service experiences from Roger and Steve the owner. I came in looking for help with a defect on a couch my husband and I purchased. It was implied that we were at fault. This couch we purchased has a Life Time Warranty and has started to show the defect within 6 months of purchase. Getting to the store to get a solution to the problem and being brushed off was beyond disappointing. Regardless of selection and price I do NOT recommend this store. Anyone who treats their customers with such disregard does not deserve my business or any referrals. I can not recommend this store. Shame on Roger and shame on Steve. Customer service failed!

I had a great experience. This was probably the best place to go for a console table. They also got some great bedset furniture and the prices are better than I expected. Their showroom is basically a GIANT warehouse with furniture everywhere, but its well worth the visit! we actually saw the exact same console at Ashley furniture for double the price minutes before we saw it here!

Huge selection of cheap furniture in a warehouse style environment... Worse than a box store, there is no rhyme or reason to the layout, its dark, there arent displays, its just lots and lots of cheap furniture in a huge warehouse. I would not feel comfortable buying something and expecting it to last more than a year. Might as well go to IKEA where there are at least nice displays.

Im in the process of buying all new furniture and this has always been my first stop. Well know brands at a lower cost because its in a warehouse and not a design store-lower overhead.There are older guys that are the salesmen and that have been very helpful. The best time I have found out is to go during the week day when its quiet, otherwise its hard to get help-limited amount of sales help. The other thing is that they dont take returns so be sure of what you buy is what you want.I love going here-its like a hunt as everything is spread out and not really venue-like. I usually have to go thru the store 4 or more times so I dont miss stuff. Love this store!

The furniture is crowded in and not staged. Its like the junk stores of furniture... youll never know what you might find, including an antique car that sits inside the store.

This place was awesome! They dont do delivery, but I rented a truck. Because it was raining pretty good, they put the couch in some plastic, and helped me secure a tarp I brought to the couch, kept it nice and dry.

I would love to give ZERO stars! This place swindled us out of $2k for a personalised sectional and told us it would be done and here in 8-10 weeks at the begining of October, it has now been 12 with no word on where or if its even done and everytime we call to get any kind of update or ask questions they lie to us and tell us different stories every time we call. They are rude defensive and claim they are to busy to help us with our issue. They also claim to be so busy which is an absolute lie since Ive been to the store multiple times and there was maybe 1 or 2 other customers in the entire place! This place is shadey and we are out 2k and a sectional weve waited for for almost 3 months for! I am so livid I want to cry. Now we have to frantically try and find an other piece last minute before Christmas because these scum bags scammed us!WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

VERY low prices, not sure of the quality??The customer service SUCKS. They really do not even seem to care and questions seem to annoy them.Ordered a mattress to go with the bed we bought on Saturday, told it would be ordered on Monday and be there either Thursday or Friday. Friday comes, I call and was told it isnt there, it maybe there next Monday or Tuesday.Another week gone by and still not gotten our order in, now they tell me it should be on the truck they are expecting today. At this point, the mattress is a week later than we were told when we ordered and still not here.

So cluttered that you would literally have to move another couch to try out a recliner. I bought a sofa here in 2014 or so and I didnt recall it being so unorganized and difficult to walk around. No one asked if I needed any help this time either. I moved on to another store quickly.

The lighting in the warehouse is weird. I thought I bought a grey couch but when I got it home it was, to my surprise, green. Thought they had given me the wrong couch so I called them and the guy rudely told me “to bring in a cushion and you’ll see.” Was not very impressed with their employees but at least they weren’t pushy like other places I’ve been. The prices weren’t bad either.

Sansaco is the best prices, the best styles and easy to work with on all levels. There are different furniture stores all over south center, dont waste your time going anywhere else, and stop here first.

This place is definitely a warehouse style store with no real show rooms but with the sheer volume of available furniture theres no doubt that youll find something. Excellent cistomer service as well.

I was just looking Around

We stopped in to look around and came to the conclusion that its just not our style. But thats ok. We also found that there are a lot of items that look pretty fun but are made kind if cheap or not really well thought out. It was hard to figure out what kind of quality you were buying for the price.

Shady, shady, shady.Made several visits to try and pick out a sectional. After the first couple visits and dealing with the same salesman, we made another visit to pick out the fabric. The same salesman then told us that the frame we had just picked out has been discontinued by the manufacturer. So, we had to pick another option and started picking out fabrics. Came back the next day to place the order, and the same salesman notified us that those fabrics were discontinued by the manufacturer. Came in the next day to place the order, and the manager changed all of the prices on the quote that the salesman wrote up for us. We had the manager talk to the salesman we were working with, and the salesman denied everything he had previously told us. Basically denied writing up the proposal we were holding with HIS handwriting. Every time we went in there, the story changed and the prices changed.

Great store, prices on their high end pieces are less than what you would pay at other furniture stores. Very helpful and nice employees

Older lady who worked there was fishing for my age by beating around the bush about my husband. We look far apart in age, but we actually arent, but its none of her business. YOUR JOB IS TO SELL FURNITURE! She kept getting so friendly with my husband too and we are clearly wearing rings! If you read this review, Im 29 if you must know, and youre too old for him even if he were single! Also, they sold me a headboard, which I ended up finding MUCH cheaper at Ashley Furniture just an hour later. I cancelled my order and bought at Ashley where the price was right, and the people know how to act professional. Shame on this creepy old lady.

Great selection but terrible customer service. I spoke with 3 employees there both in person and over the phone after my selection was paid for and each person was impolite, short, and rude. They also had conflicting information on the ETA of our purchase and then were snotty to myself as an already paying customer about my confusion on their misinformation.

TEN YEARS AGO WE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE BUYING FURNITURE AT SANSACO, A LARGE FURNITURE WAREHOUSE. WE FILLED OUR LIVING ROOM AND PURCHASED THREE BARSTOOLS, 2 OF WHICH WERE CUSTOM BUILT. I FOUND A GREAT PICTURE WITH DUKE ELLINGTON AND SATCHMO PERFORMING IN A NIGHTCLUB. WE FOUND EVERYTHING WE NEEDED AT A GREAT PRICE.ON 1/5/2018 WE STOPPED THERE FIRST TO LOOK FOR NEW DINING ROOM CHAIRS. WE LOOKED AT CHAIRS FOR 20 MINUTES AND THEN ASKED FOR HELP. A SALES PERSON WAS VERY HELPFUL BUT IN THE END WE DID NOT FIND WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR.
