My sales experience with mattress firm was extremely pleasant! I went in to buy a mattress and a frame, and the sales associate, Amanda was extremely helpful. She price matched me with the ad in the paper and she gave me discounts for the mattress and bed frame. She explained the entire process of what my services would include, which was extremely helpful! She was so patient in answering any questions that I needed any clarification on. I would definitely recommend going to the mattress firm in Seattle, if you are in the area looking for a mattress. If you are, ask for Amanda, she was super helpful and you won’t regret your experience!

This was my first mattress buying experience and it began at a different store. The sales person at the first store asked no questions and took me straight to his favorite mattress. Mattress Firm was an entirely different experience. Theo asked a lot of questions and worked to find me the perfect mattress! Just walked in and was told Id be helped in a minute, and the salesman promptly instead helped the guy who walked in after me. We were the only 2 customers. I just had a quick question and I guess at least the dude answered it, sorry to have bothered him so much. I normally am not picky about customer service but that was just rude.

Alex C. was not only super helpful, but really informative as well regarding the different beds and different bed bases. Ended up walking out with the bed that I wanted and a bed base I didnt know I wanted until I was presented the option. He also kept me well within my price range and gave me awesome financing and warranty options while still keeping me within that range. Definitely ask for Alex C. next time you stop by.

I was looking for a queen size bed and wanted to see if I could find one within a couple days, so I decided to go to this Mattress Firm for the first time. Abdi was very helpful and patient, he guided us through the store showing what they have in stock. In the end I was pleased to find one I was satisfied to buy.After, a week or so with the new bed I can say I’m happy with the purchase.

Big thanks to Don for all the great help!Going into the store, I had a pretty good idea what I was looking for, as I had been shopping around both locally and online for the past few days. But Don took me around the showroom and showed me a few alternatives that could also fit my needs. He was knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions I had. In the end, I was able to find the perfect mattress that best suited me.UPDATE 8/25/2020:I received an initial update from the store this past Sunday saying that I was going to receive a follow up call that night to schedule my 2 hour window for delivery the next day. Unfortunately I didnt get that call, and as such, no delivery the next day. Fast forward to Tuesday (today) I give a call to the store to see whats up. According to the other sales rep I spoke to, they receive shipments from Purple once a week (the mattress I bought), and that mine was delayed until next week. I was told that I shouldve received a call with this information, but unfortunately I didnt.This isnt a huge inconvenience, mainly on Purples distribution side. So Ill keep my original 5-Star rating. That being said, I wouldve really appreciated a follow up call that I shouldve gotten. Expecting delivery, I had already torn down my current bedroom setup. So Im stuck sleeping on a mattress on the floor for a week. Hoping there isnt any further delays again.

I had the pleasure of working with Don, who is such an honest and hard working guy. I was looking for a mattress and thought I would never find one that was comfortable and in my budget for the temporary rental I was furnishing. Honestly, it was the most painless transaction, he found a mattress for me in 10 mins well below what I thought Id have to spend while working alone and helping several people at once. it was impressive! He assured me that there was a mattress for every price range. through no fault of his own, someone sold it when I was scheduled to pick it up a couple weeks later. I wasnt going to have a place to sleep without it that night. He has so much integrity, he got me a temporary mattress and brought it to my apartment 1 hr away, hauled it into my apartment and set it up himself. He promised Id have the mattress I originally purchased in 2 weeks and that someone would pick up the temp. Plus someone left some garbage on the stairs to the apartment and he picked it up and disposed of it. WHO DOES THAT? Don at Mattress Firm in Tukwila. I would never buy from anyone but him. Hes an honest salesman and really cares about people. Im blown away!!!!! This is literally the best customer service experience Ive had in my life. Thanks Don!

We purchased two new mattresses yesterday from Abdi and he was very helpful, and took great care of us. Awesome store and staff. They all wore face coverings and there is a sanitizing station right when you walk in. I would definitely reccommend this store.

Arthur was super knowledgeable about all beds. Which was awesome because it gets confusing when you Google beds. Go in and see for yourself and ask for Arthur. Pricing was in line with Costco pricing. I was in and out of there in an hour today and my bed arrives tomorrow on Labor Day. I told Arthur I will think of him after my first good nights rest on my new bed. I learned a lot today too. Dont buy more than 400 thread count..youll sleep hot.

Shopping at Mattress Firm on Andover in Tukwila with Kyle has been one of the most positive and amazing customer service experiences we have had. Kyle made us feel welcomed, comfortable and informed. He was very thorough with every question we had and even provided information on things we didn’t think of. Our first experience buying a mattress and we are very satisfied! We looked a few other places and decided to make one more last stop here. The only they we knew is what size bed we wanted and not memory foam. Arthur was fantastic and gave us the .25 cent tour of adjustable frames and took the time to explain all the various features of each mattress. We walked out feeling like we’ve ordered the best bed for us and got a good deal.

Needed box springs and bedframe ASAP and Amanda had them out and ready to go when we got there. Absolutely best customer service and calming kindness during our stressful day. I went in this location when I was first shopping for a new mattress, and thought the salesperson was helpful. In the end, I purchased a mattress from a different Mattress Firm location (West Seattle), which was just convenient to where I was that day. Soon after purchasing the mattress, I knew I needed to exchange it (within the allowed window) for something else. I went into this location again, explained I needed to make an exchange, and was all but ushered out the door, encouraged to give it more time. What Ive now learned is that these locations, is that the salespeople love when you want to make a purchase at their location, but dont want to deal with you if your return is going to affect their bottom line whatsoever. I get that a return (or an exchange in this case) is not going to make them much money, but the lack of respect and customer service at this location is a bummer. Hoping this review sends more business to The Mattress Firm on Southcenter Parkway; they were great to work with, in the end!

I had questions about the return. The sales manager was very rude . Had me on speaker phone . While he tried to train a new employee. So unprofessional.While to return cost me over 500.00 I was treated poorly and still dont know how they return my money. .

Not happy. At. All. We purchased a mattress back in December of 2019 and the delivery men damaged the paint on our walls on the stairwell. We contacted them immediately and spoke with Greg. We sent them pictures and Greg said it would be under review. We waited for 6 months and was never contacted. Sent Greg another e mail. It is almost August now and still no resolution. We have tried to call the 1-877 phone # to find someone to talk to at corporate but are left with a menu of choices that either tell us to go on a chat line or call the store in question. When we call the store no one answers. Just a voice mail. I want to talk to a person. I want to get this resolved. Disappointed.

Wow, I had the most amazing service. I had call Abdi at mattress firm and had spoke to him about getting an affordable mattress for my sister. Abdi was so friendly and very attentive to what I said and needed.Abdi was even able to hold two mattress for me which doesn’t happen very often. When we arrive at our appointed time. Abdi greats us and help us with the mattresses that we had held, he pulled them out let my sister tried both bed and patiently wait for us to make our decision.
