We took advantage of the option to book a private shopping appointment online. I highly recommend that option. Our salesperson, Jonathan was professional, informative, and very patient with us as we made our decision. Every question we asked was answered and he even anticipated some of our questions. The store was clean and took appropriate COVID precautions to help us feel safe. As repeat Tempur-Pedic customers, I would recommend this store over going to a third party retailer.

We shopped here this morning for a replacement mattress. This will be our second Tempur Pedic bed. (The first one lasted over 12 years.) No, these are not cheap discount mattresses but they are a worthwhile investment in a quality product that will help us sleep well and feel better for years to come. We got to test a wide variety of options in a private session with knowledgeable, no pressure support from our sales rep. This was a great experience.

We were previously approved for a warranty claim and we went to this location to look at the new models. We told Jonathan our situation that we were debating accepting the one for one trade that was offered to us or possibly upgrading. Regardless of our decision nothing would be bought from this store as it had to be done through the warranty department. We visited the South Center Tempurpedic store which had Covid appointments only practices in place. Jonathan look after us right from the moment we stood outside the front door until we left. His service was exceptional both in terms of Covid precautions (e.g. mats and pillow sheets to use) and in his knowledge of mattresses. Normally mattress companies are obsessed with their own brands but Jonathan did a great job of explaining the different types and why Tempurpedic would be a really good fit us. We spend time talking about sleeping positions, softness of the mattress, the differences between those in store and a really good conversations about body heat whilst sleeping. We left without but without question will be buying a King Size ProAdapt this week. It was obvious from the conversation with Jonathan that it was worth paying the extra for to get a mattress that suits our needs.

My Fiancé and I had been wanting to purchase a Tempur-Pedic mattress for quite some time. We live in Tacoma and had visited a couple of mattress stores in our area prior and we did not have a good experience. The Sales people were pushy, not informative/educated about the products and were making up stories about prices going up to get us to buy now. We both agreed that taking the trip up to South Center was a better idea because we could see all the products and hopefully could get straight answers. We went to the store and were surprised at how nice and clean the showroom was compared to the other mattress stores that he had went to. It was seriously night and day. We met Alan and had many questions for him and he answered all of them gracefully. We really felt that Alan was very educated on all aspects of the mattress and warranty information. We also told him what we thought we wanted and he thoughtfully took us around to each type of mattress to ensure we got what we wanted. Alan took his time and let us know the difference of each one in depth and was not pushy at all. Alan also was more educated regarding the ergobase that we were not planning on purchasing. After Alan went through all of his information regarding the base and his demonstration we opted into purchasing this option as well an an upgraded mattress. This was such a pleasant experience and my only regret was visiting the other mattress stores in the beginning. This was a great experience and we are eager to be sleeping in our new mattress soon. Alan, thank you for everything we sincerely appreciate all the time and information that you gave us. If you are thinking about getting a Tempur-Pedic dont waste your time on going to other mattress places and just come to a flagship store from the get go, you will not be disappointed.

Made sure I had all the information I needed BEFORE I left the store, and ensured me that if I had any questions in the future to not hesitate to call them personally.

Sadly I had to delete my previous review. After purchasing the top of the line duo king mattress and platform and being told we had 30 days to return in full for another model (Kristin said she made an exception for us as she’s the manager and could do so but not to mention it to the man who shared the sale) we called her to change to a queen size. She never returned our phone calls. We called roughly 7 times. She answered our first call explaining the need to change the bed size but completely ditched further calls and went into hiding. When we called the Tempurapedic number on the internet, it went directly to her personal phone. Do NOT do business with them. Do not believe they will make a special offer just to get you to buy. You’ll never hear from them again. Honestly, Kristin is a con artist with zero integrity and a terrible liar. I never leave reviews but this needs to be said to prevent it from happening to you.

I really liked two of them and asked what the difference was. The salesperson was really candid about it being pretty subtle and suggested if I didnt feel a strong this is the best mattress ever feeling that I just go with the cheaper model.They were super helpful and my daughter and I were in an out with a mattress ordered and paid for within 30 minutes.Strongly recommend if youre looking for a great high-end mattress you check this place out!

Sales ability was fine. Paperwork was terrible. Mistakes. When called by delivery people they had wrong address and wrong mattress. Call backs later fixed it but delivery window was 4 hours. No flexibility nor any calling ahead. So I cancelled.

It is awful management that has decided all linens are personal items and refuse to accept exchanges or returns. Especially when the the items are so poorly described on their website. You would think small, medium and large would correspond to twin, queen and king but they have created some other unknown concept making impossible to figure out which linens go with which bed set. I highly discourage anyone from proceeding with a purchase. No refunds or exchanges for any reason.

My wife and I recently purchased a Tempur-Adapt mattress and Ease adjustable frame from the Tempur-Pedic store in Tukwila, WA during the annual Presidents Day sale. Were very satisfied on all counts. The salesman, Eugen Barbu, was friendly, informative, and didnt pressure us. He even gave me a phone call after the purchase to let me know that I feature Id wanted on the frame was available. The bed was delivered on schedule and the deliverers helped us dismantle and move our old bed upstairs. Were very happy with the mattress. Im getting up less often at night and we both feel more rested in the morning. Victory!

I can only recommend this store in highest terms. My review is more about how I was treated as a customer rather than Tempur-Pedic products (which I obviously like since I purchased from them).I looked at Tempur-Pedic and at SleepNumber, and I purchased at Tempur-Pedic thanks to their product but equally important, thanks to Victor and Eugen from the Tukwila Flagship store who approached me and my wife as people, with great patience, and no sales pressure (contrary to our experience with their main competitor). They understand that selecting an expensive mattress (no hiding that fact either) is tricky and takes time. The thank you for shopping with us-note after getting our mattress was a nice personal touch underlining their personal involvement.

Not everything went as promised. But we have the bed and it is amazing.

There are so many choices now, but with great advice from Victor Clark, Mgr., we opted for the medium-firm Tempur-Contour Rhapsody Luxe with Tempur-Ergo Premier Base. Coordinating delivery to our home east of the mountains was a breeze, and follow-up by staff every step of the way was much appreciated. We couldnt be happier. This bed is awesome!
