I came to this store a couple of days ago to try out on the pillows. Jonathan, the sale rep, was very attentive to what I was looking for and had me tried every pillow types offered in store. He even found out that the pillows I was going to buy will have BOGO sale in a few days. I was very happy to come back the next day get myself a gift too. I would definitely leave a review about the product shortly.
The SouthCenter store was amazing. All of the floor associations were very nice and made me and my family feel welcomed. The manager was also awesome, You Rock Joel!!!
We bought a bed during the Presidents’ Day sale and we were super excited to get it today, 3 weeks after our purchase. We were scheduled for 8-11 am delivery window and at 816 am a very nice representative (Debbie) called to say our bed would not be delivered because of a supply chain issue. She is sending free sheets to us. Debbie was super nice and so was the staff that sold us the bed. My problem is the called us during our delivery window to reschedule us to the end of March. We took our old bed apart and now will have to put the mattress on the floor and sleep this way for 3 weeks. Seems like they would have known yesterday that they needed to reschedule. Not happy with free sheets on a 6k bed.I appreciate your canned response but we still do not have our 6 thousand dollar bed. Still sleeping on the floor and the sheets we were supposed to get for this inconvenience came as one pillow cover. I should not have to call customer service because you have my information and already know we are not happy customers. Hopefully you can keep our delivery appointment on 3-30-21. If not we will purchase a bed somewhere else.

This was a great place to shop for a mattress. Knowing I already wanted a sleep number probably helped. Not pushy sales people at all.

We went to Sleep Number in Tukwila, WA and we were helped by Michael. He was super friendly and personable. It felt like he was more focused on giving us all the information about the beds vs. just trying to make a sale. We spent a lot of time in the store trying different beds, and re-trying beds over and over. We never once felted rushed or pressured to make a decision. Michael was patient and gave us lots of time to process and make a decision. It was a great experience and we left felling really confident about our decision. When we left we immediately drove to a large furniture store and the sales experience was so disappointing and different, such a contrast. Michael was great! We will definitely recommend his store to others.

When we bought our first bed here we were true fans and thought they were amazing. Then we made the mistake of buying another one. It has broken three times, the refuse to replace it,, they refuse to repair it, they refuse to give us a refund. If you want to flush your money this is a good place to start. Their customer service is a sewer!

I have recently bought my second Sleep Number bed. It’s a gift from the heavens! Had our first Sleep Number for 15 years. It’s now in the guest room, still going strong. Got a king size this time. I am always so happy to come home from a trip to be able to sleep in my amazing bed at home. The only con is that I don’t want to get out of bed in the morning.
Bought a bed from one of the salesmen there and had a great experience. Yes, youll spend a bit more on a bed but everything their advertising says is true. I havent slept this well in years!Highly recommend!!!
Michael was knowledgeable with the different aspects of beds and really took time to show us how the tops can feel while laying down.
I would leave 0 stars if I could. The bed I received is like sleeping on a box spring.We were told that we had 100 days to return everything if we were not satisfied. That was not true. You cannot return an adjustable base. When we asked why were we not informed that you cannot return an adjustable base. We were told it was in the paper work. We purchased the bed over the phone.On 4 different occasions we have reached out to the manager Joel. He has told me he would look into it and get back to us. Or he called support and they are waiting for us to call. When I called support they said Joel has not contacted them in any way. He has not helped resolve any of the issues we are having. When we were looking at the bed he offered to come to our home and correct any problem if we had one. We have had several issues with it since we got it. He is now avoiding call, texts and emails. Seems like he was willing to tell us whatever he needed to in order to make a sale. But now that we have it, he is no willing to honor is word or follow up with us!Responsive air has not worked at all. We had a tech come out and tell us do not use responsive air. It does not work. I called customer service and asked for something to be replaced. The bed is two weeks old and their are functions we cannot use. Their response was is your floor crooked? Really??? Then they asked other than responsive air not working what other problems are you having. I told them the other issues and they would tell me there is nothing wrong with the bed. I asked them to correct the responsive air issue and they keep asking me other than responsive air what is wrong with the bed. They kept avoiding the fact that responsive air was not working.Most of the time one side of the bed is very under inflated and one side stays really hard. Even on the same sleep setting. We wake up a few nights a week with the mattress in a V. The middle has collapsed and the sides are up higher and we are both in the middle of the bed.Then they suggested I upgrade to a more expensive mattress. I asked if that would resolve the responsive air issue. or any other issue we were having. Their response was I have no idea but a lot of people like that mattress. Oh and if you upgrade its final sale on everything.The only bright spot was Michael. When I called he was very helpful. I wish I knew of another place for him to work at. His customer service is far superior to anyone else I spoke with at this company.The average time spent on the phone waiting and talking to customer service is 2 hours. I have called a few times and so has my wife. It feels like we have an overpriced air mattress. My back is killing me. We have been getting a massage every week to deal with the pain.The best night sleep ever is a lie. It feels like sleeping on concreate and they are not willing to make things right. Stay away from this place!!!!

I went here looking for a firm bed for my mother. I had purchased a mattress from another retailer a few days earlier and after using it for 2 nights my mother said that it was still too soft. I have seen commercials for the Sleep Number beds and have always thought that they were way too expensive. When we arrived we were greeted immediately. I told them what I was looking for and instead of steering me to a more expensive model, the salesman told me that the cheapest model would be the best fit. The salesman even went as far as digging out a coupon to save me $200. I never felt pressured. It was actually a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend people to buy there beds here. I am for sure buying my next mattress here.

Just called today to ask if I could purchase a pillow online and pick up in store. Not sure why the question prompted a rude and unhelpful response but I won’t be visiting this Sleep Number store.
Information was shared in an informative way. We were allowed to make our own purchase decision without pressure. The product quality and warranty and sold themselves.
Bought a sleep number PSE and cant wait to have it delivered! Sales people were knowledgeable and friendly no pressure. Sad to say these beds are not as comfortable as they make them out to be. I would not recommend buying one at the price they cost.
The salesman had all the information about there different options for mattresses & was extremely respectful of our budget. Didnt try to push the most expensive mattress on us. Absolutely recommend this store. We cant wait till our new bed arrives!

They showed me my sleep number. Gave me a lot of options as to which bed would work best for me. Surprisingly they, had sheets, pillows, blankets as well as a machine that would keep you warm/cool at night.
Lots of options and good advice to assist with the right choice that gave us the most comfort at a reasonable price.

I love my bed. I can actually sleep at night. No innerspring mattress can compare. Our sales guy was extremely helpful, and even suggested buying a base for the bed at Ikea instead of the Sleep number branded base, which not only saved us money, but got us a nicer looking base. Thats the kind of sales experience that makes it easier to go back again for.
Already own a P5 bed but did not have the head/ foot moveable frame. Do now. Salesman very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Answered all our questions and helped us work through financing and scheduling. Recommend this store and our salesman Dustin.

It was a really weird experience. The salesman told me to lay on the demo bed and adjust the number to where I thought it was comfortable. After I did, he told me I picked the wrong number.I left and bought a bed somewhere else.

We added the extended warrantee mattress pad a couple days after our initial purchase, but before delivery. Store employees were both effecient and personable in completing the purchase.How - were eagerly waiting for the scheduled delivery of the mattress itself.

Bed is great, climate controlled air foam topper failed and getting to warranty a $1,600 part that failed in less than 2 year has been a drag, still no luck. Just keep getting the run around and very long hold times on customer service getting nowhere. If I knew the customer service was this bad, I would have though about something else as a purchase. $$$

Best part of our very long day was coming to this store and meeting Dustin. We originally came in looking for a pillow for my husband. Lets be honest, when you walk into a store looking for one thing but their main products is something else, theyre going to try and sell it to you. We didnt mind it though, we were exhausted and some lay down time was needed haha. Thing is though, we fell in love with the beds and plan on buying one. Dustin knew we needed more than we came for. He wouldnt have sold us on a bed if we had denied the experience. He wasnt pushy and he is hilarious. All around great experience. There are some trees around the shop that are pretty neat. You know that by the way they look. Neature is great. Pretty neat isnt it?
The bed is awsome. The time to get it was not. They were very short handed.
Thing to remember is you can negotiate for better price and or extras... like delivery/pickup service.

When your sales rep tells you that there is a little Asian lady waiting to sew your mattress together.....it doesnt make me want to buy anything unless Im just as ignorant as him. Also its a bit concerning that a person who works there is waiting for stuff to go on sale so he can afford to buy it. On to the next store.
