Lots of choices; good prices; the rewards program is the way to go if you buy a lot of stuff here.

The staff here is always so nice and polite. Theyve always been helpful and they seem to stay in stock of items more often than other gamestops!

This a great location I love doing my pre-orders/shopping here and they do get a big influx of people at all sorts of times. So they do there best to get to all of us.so just have Patience with them.

Im sure they are just like every Gamestop, but Google was wrong about their hours. They closed at 6PM on Sunday not 8PM

I was looking for a PS4 controller and this was one of the few places that has some in stock.

Horrible customer service very passive aggressive and disrespectful employee her name is Amy I spoke to Amy today she refused to give me her employee ID number didn’t even want to give the district managers name I just need help with returning an item I purchased 2 weeks ago she was very rude and not helpful at all I also spoke to Nick last weekend he was also rude disrespectful not willing to help. I will never purchase anything from that store ever again they are only nice when you spend your money but if you have any issues after purchase they are very rude disrespectful and not helpful at all. I told Amy to have the district manager contact me as soon as possible so hopefully I will here from him soon.

The new community centric game layout is great. Im a little disappointed that they have made the gaming centers pay to play, even for game pro members, but the new layout is a step in the right direction. Hope to see this in GameStops around the country soon!

Its GameStop! need I say anymore? its the best there is you can get games are always in stock new games and use games buying used games do them is the beautiful picture of GameStop in the future that we have today with GameStop and always has been saving so much money on a game that just because its been played before doesnt mean anything because its not like an old disc these are very well taken care of Blu-rays on the PS4 versions and never got a bad one yet Ive been going to him for probably 19 years, so five stars again!

I dont know what some of these people are talking about. I was in Europe and they answered my call to ask about if pre-orders started in June for the announced Fire Emblem game (they didnt), and every time I go in the staff is friendly and helpful. This is the best game stop Ive ever been to, and Ive visited international branches. Even if Im not there to purchase but put money down, or just ask some questions when Im with someone, this is literally the best, most attentive, and wonderful location Ill probably ever visit. So, if I could give more stars, I would.

I am a gamestop member and I spend money monthly at gamestops.This gamestop however is one I wont be visiting again.The new model is amazing, and the manager is extremely nice. However a few employees seem to ruin the atmosphere with their bickering at each other constantly. I understand not everyone will like each other when working, but act professional.Literally waited in line while they were arguing over who would answer the phone. Then after an employee answered the phone she stated im done with people, I want to go home.Go to the one in Broken arrow, the mall, or at 111th and memorial for a better customer interaction.

This has got to be the worst game stop ever has virtually no games compared to the other GameStops Ive been to you better just go to the one in the mall if youre looking for games. It has about one-tenth of the content of any other GameStop.

The stock level has dropped they dont have nearly the amount of products they used to. They do not carry what Im interested in anymore. I guess they are going down hill. Ever since they redid the building for gaming in the back half of the store, I have hated gamestop.

Got a preorder for my nephew and the clerk did not ask for which console, the account had another preorder on it for the correct console, for which she observed and commented upon and now we can’t get a refund over the phone— nor can my nephew play in the B.E.T.A. because of the wrong code given.Same clerk gave me attitude after I handed her my I.D. In store to lookup the preorder history, replying “I ONLY NEED YOUR PHONE NUMBER!”Apparently not, lady with all of the pins.

Had call of duty infinite warfare bought from tulsa hills location. Called them was told they had a copy at memorial location, but sales lady wouldnt exchange copy to me. Saying her copy was damaged. Why say you have something but not sell it.

They tried to give us 10 dollars store credit for 5 games and a controller GTA 5 and Madden 18 both cost 60 dollars and Madden 18 was the Deluxe edition
