My experience with Rick and his staff at the Bixby Costco Hearing aid store has been outstanding! Rick who is very experienced in both the testing and fittings of hearing aids. His goal is to make sure that his clients are fitted properly and does so much to insure that you are comfortable with the customers needs. In addition, Costco offers the best prices for top of the line hearing aids. I highly recommend Rick and his team at Costco, Bixby, OK.

I called this morning at 10:05 and got their voicemail, I left a message asking for a appointment and left my number. Called back at 11:30 left another message. It’s 1:40 pm now and they still haven’t called. I guess that answers all the questions I had for them. They may be the cheapest hearing aid center but their service SUCKS!
