Wonderful experience today! I wish I had gotten the gentlemans name but he went above and beyond to help us shop for our new college student. He also made sure we were set up to receive the 20% college discount that is currently being offered. This was a shinning example of absolutely perfect customer service!

Good shopping experience. The store was clean and bright. The staff were helpful even though they were obviously busy with other store tasks. They were very friendly. We got some bathroom rugs, they had a nice selection. Checking out was quick.

I am not one to write reviews on Google but I have to about my experience. I needed to exchange an item that I ordered online because it was damaged. Things happen. Well I called the store and the woman was so nice and told me to come in. I drove an hour away and had the nicest people help me. I have to wait on the new one to be delivered but the wonderful customer service at the store was amazing!!!

I enjoy shopping here. They have helpful people, and they have a lot of inventory. The prices are usually good, and I like the fact that the coupons never expire. That is very helpful. I always shop here before Christmas to pick up some special gifts. I can always find gifts for my friends and neighbors here.

Shelves were about 1/3 empty. Im wondering if BB&Bs are going out of business. This is the 2nd location that had so much missing merchandise. All departments were in disarray. Staff was very friendly.

Even though some of the stores are shuttering, fingers, eyes and toes crossed they NEVER close this location. They have what you want and need whenever you go. Plus it’s necessary to have to keep the community moving in the areas of home goods. #TEAMBBY

Great selection. Never enough help at checkouts so be prepared to wait.Wish they stocked more individual quality sheets verse sets for those of us that have adjustable beds.

Ordered online for store pick up. They emailed within a half hour saying it was ready for pick up. Things couldnt have gone much more smoothly.

My mom and I shopped there yesterday my mom walked in an the manager asked did my mom need a wheelchair and told him that she did. Mom really enjoyed the time we spent in there shopping. We did buy a few things. When we paid for the items I had my hands full Cliff asked could he help get mom to my vehicle so I said sure. I had my hands full of sacks and the store was not busy at the time. So I thought that was very nice of him to do that. My mother will be 91 her birthday June 28

Whats not to like.

Everyone here is always so nice! I was given a gift card for here and it didnt take me long to decide to use it. I picked out a vacuum cleaner that was on sale online, but it wouldnt let me use the gift card on a reserve-in-store order, so I went in store to buy it. Unfortunately it rang up more than was posted online, but it took no time for a manager to come fix it for me after verifying the price on my phone!! Then after using a coupon on my email, I saved a ton and it was a breeze!

I always like shopping at this establishment, but the last time I visited I believed it was the seasonal worker. She acted as I was bothering her. She was not friendly, I already I formed the manager about her behavior. I will still go to shop there unless I ran into the same situation.

I have met some of the friendliest associates at Bed Bath & Beyond Karlie & Cliff in Tupelo MS. Cant remember the Associate name in Dothan AL BUT they were so helpful. We bought UGG comforters for twin size beds originally $99 for $24.99, body pillow covers $4.99. We found awesome deals, to name a few. Cliff in Tupelo MS store really stood out!

Found sheet here for a king split bed. Had to order them from the store and had them to deliver to the house. It only took 3 days. Sign up on line or texts and get 10 dollars off or 20 percent.
