Although the store did not have what I was looking for...the staff (Ben) was there to help and answer all of my questions about laptops...I would recommend speaking with the staff before making a purchase anywhere...very topnotch employee... As we all know laptops are not cheap and Ben helped me to make a better informed decision before I spent money on something I didnt need...I do recommend stopping by Best Buy and speaking with their staff before making that large purchase... Who knows they may have what you need...I appreciated the honesty and sincerity I received...that is rare now days...A GREAT BIG THANK YOU TO BEN...hope your store manager recognizes you!!! You deserve it!!!
I have a 23 year old, 24 RV that has electronic locks... but no remote to lock & unlock. When a Viper appeared on the deal of the day for just over $100 with FREE INSTALL, I jumped on it.Of course my RV was too tall to fit in the bay, but Kenny H. (the tech) pulled it up as close as he could get it and worked on it for 4 hours.He did a great job... and now I dont have to wiggle & jiggle my key to unlock my door!
When I first entered, there was no greetings. Even though there is a floor station right at the door. Some sections of the store had barren selves. BUT, when I did get noticed by staff, he knew exactly where to locate that item. And even offered to carry out to my car. The register staff was patient, and completely knowledgeable. Answering all my questions with confidence. Thus my experience went from overwhelmed to beyond satisfied.

Went here on a Friday to buy a computer that they didnt have. I ordered the computer from Samsung because the worker told me I wouldnt be able to get it in the same amount of time samsung would. After receiving the Mystic Bronze colored laptop that looked like rose gold, I came back to best buy and they had the computer I was looking for and it was $200 less then I paid through samsung. Customer service was hard to find first time through, second time in they were super helpful and got me in and out of the store in 10 minutes.Reason for 1☆ down, they had received the computers the day before but hadnt unloaded them and told me itd be 5 days before they could get me a computer. I got mine from them on the 3rd day
I had a great time just looking around I really didnt go in looking for a certain item. I had many staff members wanting to help me. I did buy something. I found an AT&T phone that has five cordless phones and it connects with a two cell phone lines and the best part is you dont have to have a land line. You can make & receive calls from your land line or cell phones. I did want to get a GPS for my car but they were out of the model I was going to get if they had it in. I guess I will order it online.

Traveled 1 hour to the Tupelo Ms. Best buy to purchase a receiver for my 04 jeep liberty, I asked the associate (in electronics) for assistance.. with a simple excuse me sir.. I explained that I was interested in purchasing a product.. I was met with.. I cant help you, Im with a customer right now.. plus we dont have anything in stock..it will be months before we will.. and you will have to wait longer for installation. Do you still want a receiver?... I told the associate No Thank you.. since I was bothering him at his job, I proceeded to leave.. he asked me.. Are you mad.. we went back and forth for 30-40 seconds.. till I left the building.. Ill try Tuscaloosa, Al.. the weekend.. I like best buy.. but if this store has similar results.. Ill proceed elsewhere for my purchase...
I ordered an complete set of kitchen appliances July 8th of thins year with explicit confirmation that t all would be delivered and set up on August 23rd. I paid in advance and was totally disappointed to find two of the four appliances I purchased in early July were not the black stainless finish I has specifically ordered. Not only did I have 2 installers calling me on the day of the promised installation but neither knew about the other. The rep from wherever had no idea what was going on. Poor service is an understatement. When I went into the store today the ignorant and rude little guy told me that I would have to pay for assistance I had received from his tech for the month since purchase because I could have asked questions about the appliances I didn’t ever receive. Very disappointed to say the least. The fee was 20 some dollars but a total rip off. Buyer beware I certainly won’t be back!!!
POOR Website experience and POOR knowledge!!We were there to buy the Lively Smart 2 phone for our 84 years old father while we are visiting our parents from Atlanta, because his smart tracfone hasn’t been working for weeks. Before getting there, the Best Buy website indicated there is one phone in stock in this Tupelo location. When we got there, there was a lively smart phone but it cost $100 more than what we had expected. The lady in the counter told us that was newer model but she can order the older model online for us. We asked about porting his existing phone number, she said you can’t, you will have to get the new number (we checked the jitterbug website-she LIED). She was not interest to help us at all. Very poor costumer experience. We also had issue setting up the new phone which I wii write the review about it. For company (Jitterbugs and Lively) that advertise to help elderly senior to combat phone technology, they didn’t get it.
This place deserves a 5 star and if I was rating it solely on customer service it would get a 5 star. However, all if the good parking spots are still took up by signs that the spaces are for curbside pickup. Come the flip on! Take those concrete barriers off and let us people park where we want. I asked the guy there how many people still drive up and get curbside? He said no one really. Ok then, what dedicate four of your best spots to imaginary customers when you have real customers pulling up all day!

Video game section was poorly organized and the prices werent marked on a lot of things. Store is a bit smaller than most Best Buys.
Long wait to talk with someone at the phone department. 3 other employees walked past me and didn’t acknowledge me. The phone representative could not answer a question. Cashiers were not paying attention to me, the customer. And when bringing up the issues, they didn’t care.
I had trouble getting waited on but once we did the transaction went very quick and smooth. I bought iPads for my parents.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Not one employee said hi or Ill be with you in a minute. Several passed by me, some employees just standing around talking to each other. This has happened to me more than once. Wish I could give them 0 stars.

Very helpful place. This is my go to place for all my gaming needs. For PC parts to xbox and playstation they have it all. They have more stuff than game stop and at better prices. Staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. I also feel welcome here and leave happy. I would recommend this place 110% for any electronics and accessories.

Went with my daughter to pick up an online order. We parked in the designated space and checked in via the app. It was the last week for Christmas shopping so they were covered up but we still only had a 10 minute wait for them to bring her package. We were pleased
For one, they were the only location within 200 miles of Memphis with a Saturday appointment which was great because I work two full time jobs during the week. Arrived on time for my appointment. Got my iPhone screen repaired in an hour or less and was on my way. I’m typing this review with a new Uncracked screen 🥴🤪 shout out to Geek Squad.!

This store is chronically low on inventory. Thats a.problem for me who will likely replace many visits with more internet shopping with Best Buy -- but always with competitors too when Im online. Recently, in-store selection of TVs and computers were further slashed seems to me; replacing them are expanded appliances, and a more logical selection of audio and many other electronics offerings. I am in the market for a high-feature laptop or Small Form Factor PC and pickings were very few for the former and none for the latter.
Staff is always polite and helpful which is pretty much all you can ask for. 🤷♀️
Can not get through to anyone on the phone, I just have a simple question. Been trying for over a week to get someone on the phone. I have stayed on hold for hours ! Very aggravating.
Good luck getting help. Then when you do get help it feels like an inconvenience to them. If it can be avoided I will not spend another dollar in this store.

Placed a order online for delivery to my house, after 24days I had to drive 1hr an half to a out of state store to pick it up curbside, I was told thats the best they could do.
Handling the Covid-19 demands well without being too invasive about it. Generally has things in stock that other stores dont, if in limited choices. Clean bathroom at back of store as well.
Young man was very nice. My lap top was delivered in two days! Very quick. Would come again

Recently visited when I took my stepdad to go look for a security system. Every team member was very friendly and professional. We were very well cared for by a team member named Nate who treated us with absolute respect, patience, honesty, and empathy. He remained by our side giving his full attention to us until we were done. He was able to get our questions quickly answered and even humored my stepdad when he talked this young mans ear off. Nate was outstanding and I was impressed with him as it seems harder and harder to find younger adults who are confidently applying themselves and honoring their core values and principles effectively in our current time. It seems like morals and values consisting of honesty, respect, ownership, and integrity and accountability are becoming more scarce than Lysol spray. 😳😬

Beth, one of the employees at the Tupelo location changed our visit! We had a terrible time with corporate after our tv arrived damaged. Corporate told us it was our fault and to deal with the store we ordered it from, which was now 7 hours away after moving back to Starkville for school. We called the Tupelo location and were told to come in! As soon as drove to Tupelo in hopes of receiving some help, Beth recognized me and my roommate as soon as we walked in the store. There was no hesitation to help us and send us a new tv. We will be going back here to shop from here on out! Thank you Beth and Best Buy!!!
I have been looking at laptops. I chatted with Best Buy on my phone. I was wanting to know if they had a warranty that you could purchase additionally besides the 90 days that case with a refurbished laptop. Unfortunately, I was told I would have to go into the store to find out that information. However, they were able to tell me that they do offer one but could not give me the price. I would have to visit my local store.

Unlike everywhere else, thiis business has a table set up directly in front of the entrance that reminds you to be safe and social distance BUT they not only provide ample hand sanitizer, they also provide a brand new face mask!! I love this because it shows not only does Best Buy follow the rulez/laws, they care about the employees and their customers by providing the items weve been enforced to follow. I love this idea also because I am always forgetting mine in the truck and I know many people cant afford them. Its just a responsible, accountable, and supportive action taken!!!The business itself was well stocked, very organized, clean, and fully staffed with absolutely positive energies and great customer service!!

When in to start looking for a better PC for games like MTG Arena and Skyrim. Was always lead to believe that only PC that could play games was Gaming PCs brands like Alienware etc. Was shown and taught of cheaper brands and options. Highly recommended that if your looking anything electronic or pc wise this is the best stop for you.
