Normally have had great service here, not sure if anything has changed but after I called to see if they could perform an oil change for my particular vehicle, they said they could... I drove 1 hour to the shop for them to suddenly decline to do the oil change, leaving me to rush to find another shop to perform the work... simply put if someone calls for work and you accept then dont flake, luckily it was only an oil change and nothing major. If it was I would have been in serious trouble all because Firestone said they would do something then go back on their word.

Tried to charge me $5500 to do a few small fixes I asked & they tried to fix stuff that wasnt broken!

Dropped my vehicle off to have two outer tire rods and an allignment. I was told it would take about 2 hours and it took them almost five hours to call me back. Once I picked up my vehicle the gentleman who worked on my vehicle (DUSTIN) tried to tell me I had a knuckle issue when I previously taken my vehicle to two mechanic shops who never mentioned a knuckle. Once I left with my vehicle I had an entire NEW PROBLEM my vehicle was starting to pull. I took my truck to a different mechanic and he said that Firestone couldnt have done my allignment or unloosed the knuckle.. so I took it back to Firestone at 8am when the shop opened. I had to wait until 3pm to even receive a call to get my vehicle BACK! Max had a terrible attitude he was the customer service rep who refused to give his last name and told me his supervisor was not available. They had one job! To fix my outer tire rods and did NOT FIX anything. Mind you that someone else was bringing there vehicle back after I dropped my vehicle off this morning because they had done ANOTHER THING WRONG!Ive never felt more overlooked and disrespected. I hope the supervisors sees this but I doubt he will care if his attitude is anything like Maxs attitude. They screwed up my vehicle which had minor damage from a blow out not a WRECK MAX! They thought I would allow them to fix something that was never wrong with my truck but no now youre never touching my vehicle again. If I were you I would dare take my vehicle here. They will find problems that are not there just to con you out of your money.Thanks for nothing Firestone. I will bring my vehicle back tomorrow to speak with the manager until you fix what you screwed up. You do not have a slight attitude with customers Max. Im not an idiot and you will not talk to me like one.Have a blessed day

Special thank you to the Tupelo Firestone team Phyllis, Sam, and Rob. I called 25 minutes before they closed on Christmas Eve with one flat. I was at the store 15 minutes before close and they stayed to ensure I got 2 new tires and safe to drive during the holiday. A true Christmas Miracle.

Just had some work done here, more than I was expecting but their employee Corey was incredibly patient and kind with my dumb questions, walk me through what needed done and options. They knocked out the work in a flash and did a great job. Thank you Corey!

Their booking process, the work itself and resulting charges are all among the best Ive experienced. I still buy tires online but have them installed here. Other work is excellent.

Staff is very nice at the desk! However, the mechanic that out 4 tires on my vehicle took 2 hours just to put the tires on. There was a man that stood next to him the entire time he was doing it just talking. I’m very disappointed because it just slowed him down. This man did not work there and was in regular clothes.

They do good work,but; I had to wait 5 to 6 hours with a appointment, and they missed a item.

Went for tire sound and vibration. Tech drove it around the noisy downtown, put it on rack, looked at it a few minutes, looked at his cell phone for 20-25 minutes, then released car to us no charge, said he couldnt hear or see anything.As we drove off, the tire sound and vibration continues. Very disappointed in Firestone, whom we purchased tires from for years in Katy, Texas.

The guys at Firestone in Tupelo have always given my cars the best of care. They handle all my Company rides service, all my stealth service, all my sons Infiniti service as well as his stealth and handle what the Dodge service contract doesnt do on my Charger.

Firestone is outrageously expensive. The told me that I needed an alignment on my car and was going to charge me $96 for it so I told them no I would take it to my local shop I go to that only charges $69. My local shop told me that there was nothing wrong with it and didn’t charge me to recheck it. Thank goodness I decided to no let firestone do it cause I would have been out $96 I didn’t have.

To freaking high on tires compared to other places including car dealerships.

Very fast service. Very friendly staff. Always lets me know what is going on. Never pushes a sell on me. Always recommends things that need done but tells me if they would do it now or wait a little later. Most places are out to take as much money from you as possible and I never feel this way with Firestone. Thats why I always use them for my vehicle needs because of the fair prices and I trust them. Absolutely wonderful customer service

Great shop I would definitely use then again. They will send a tow truck for your vehicle if it is not drivable. Very glad that they were able to find the problems and fix them since the first two shops were not able to find anything.

I had gotten my oil change so I went back for an water pump Mac charge me 697.oo I called ask was it ready cause he said it would take only take 5hrs I had Tom wrecker to drop it off there the guy told me bout 2 or maby 3 they was pulling it in itll be ready the day so I called the next day bout 10 ask was it ready he said no would I like for them to put to chains on my motor cause it done stretched or go the basic way but eventually I was gonna need it I say how much he says 1500 I said no Ill go the basic way call me when its ready day 2 I call it wasnt ready day 3 it wasnt 4 its ready I can come get it get there today it want crank he said theyll call me and let me know whats wrong no call I call at 2 I need a motor because my chain done wore I said wow how much 2000 or I can refund you for the parts and labor I get there I cant get arefund and the motor went from 2000 to 5000 and before my car went there the motor was fine every thing was great I just purchased the car from sj and not driven it yet it didnt run hot GETTING there cause I had a tow truck to pick it up he can even tell you before putting my car on the wrecker he had to drive it my motor wasnt knocking at all nothing else was wrong and they even drove my car for 3days and when they tell me to come on this 4th day my car dont run

Well I have to say as far as maintenance to my car I have officially given up on the ol dealership. Why? Cause these guys know what they are doing, arent trying to take your whole wallet, and will treat you like a true customer instead of just another sale....

Active duty military officers traveling on orders from Fort Benning to Fort Sill Oklahoma. Had potential problem/emergency with my vehicle and needed someone to immediately diagnose the issue. Called Firestone for an appointment...explained the situation...and was immediately scheduled despite them being very busy and booked up. Their team did an absolutely outstanding job taking care of the vehicle and the issue. They were thorough, courteous, and treated my scenario as time sensitive due to my military obligations. These were the consummate professionals and I will not forget the kindness they demonstrated...never suspending the quality/care of the service they provided...which again was outstanding.Well done!!

I had a flat that needed to be fixed, one place had already told me they wouldnt /couldnt fix it. Last resort, called this place & they were exceptionally nice & helpful. Offered to look at tire to see if they could fix it or have to order. He quoted me a price for a new tire & then looked on Rock Auto & Tire Rack to see if it was cheapwr, he would match that price. Luckily, they were able to fix it & even offered to rotate them for free! Super nice & very helpful!!!

The personnel saw me quickly but the wait was a bit long - 1.5 hours before they repaired my tire. The cost to repair the puncture in my tires was $30, which is higher than Im accustomed to paying.

I always make online appointments for my service. I have never just dropped in without an appointment. Every time I show up for my confirmed appointment I am told that although they can get to it today, it will be over an hour at least before they are able to start on my service. Today was the third or fourth time this has happened.I had a 10am confirmed appointment for an oil change. I arrived at 9:50 and was told that it would be over an hour before they could get to me. I left there and immediately went to Havoline Xpress Lube a mile down the street. It is now 10:10 and my vehicle is next in line. Without any appointment.I would expect to have to wait if I showed up at the service bay without an appointment, or even if the appointment had not been confirmed. However, making me wait for more than an hour past my appointment time, every single time I come for service, is unacceptable.

This is the second time I have gone to Firestone and both times I find the guy at the front rude and just acts as if he could care less if I was in there or not. The last straw was when I was after I told him I needed my oil changed, two new tires and maybe my brakes changed out but to please check to be sure this is the problem. He proceeded to tell me that I needed to buy some package deal to evaluate my tires and breaks. Really!!!! Now I have to pay them additional money for them to tell me if I need new brakes or not. This was not refunded or taken off if I had the work done. I took my car down the road and they were very happy to check to see what and why my car was given me problems and fix all three things which I was happy to pay for. And I felt they appreciate my business. I will not ever go back to Firestone again.....ever.
