Horrible to say the least, not friendly at all it seems as of they dont like their job. Every single employee here is so rude! Even the one they say is the manager not sure of her name but she is chubby with dark circles.Cricket service great!! Staff horrible

One of the worst experience I’ve had in any retail store. Went in on Christmas Eve to purchase an iPhone. The lady definitely seemed like she didn’t want to be there. She told me that, that location didn’t sell iPhone’s, went to another location who were also sold out so they told me to go back to this store. She seemed like she had an attitude the entire time and ignored customers and was on her phone. She did not want to make a sale, that’s for sure. I didn’t get her name but she had blonde hair with brown highlights. Definitely don’t recommend, especially because of poor customer service. The sales lady should not be working in retail if she can’t even smile and act like she likes her job.

Simply needed to purchade a nano sim card for a phone I already own but didnt have with me. Refused to sell me one under the guise that the store representative needed to setup online instead of me doing myself as Ive done on numerous occasions. Agent didnt even want to help me it seemed. Just hurry up and get out of this store. Suppose I wasnt the type of person that generally frequents this location but we are in America...speak English please.One star only because I cant give zero.

Without thinking about it, Criket is an excellent option to recommend. I was with Timobil for several years and today I am with Criket for 2 years and I can be completely convinced that it will not change before, thanks to the Criket company.
