Okay lets just say this was a very pleasant experience. The first person to greet us, Martell, forgive me if I spell name wrong. Very welcoming and even though they were exteremely busy they took the time to greet us and assure us we would indeed be helped. Help they did. We came in to get my wife an upgrade on a phone and they made this process about the easiest it could be. The wait was not long and when you are getting helped they are attentive, fun, and answer any questions you have. Sprint or Tmobile customer this is one of the best stores to go to. And the new phone, my wife loves it. Tmobile rocks!

Relatively reasonable prices, good service, small selection.

Everytime Im in this store, Im meet with expectation-exceeding service. Brittneys team is great and they have answers to everything I have to ask. Best T-Mobile in town. Great service by great people. Never have a problem with any of them and if they cant help me(which is very rare) they point me in the direction I need to go to find the answers. Better than customer care.

We recently lost a credit card and have a new number coming. In the meantime we needed to pay our bill to T Mobile. I call 611 Christmas Day and you were so nice and told me it will be okay. I went to our local t mobile store and the employee here was soooooo helpful and nice. He let us pay by cash and set up our auto pay on our bank account. All should be well now and I wanted to let you know what terrific service we have had. That is what we heard about your company and why we recently changed from nightmare service with ATT. We were exceptionally pleased with our experience in the Tyler store. The 2 men that set up our account went above and beyond what they had to in order to help 2 old people have an easy transition in changing phones. May God bless them for their kindness and patience.

After dealing with t mobile customer service on the phone for hours i decided to go into the store. Lawrence helped me out today, I was in the store with him for maybe over an hour trying to get my account situated the way i needed it to be. He was extremely patient and friendly the entire time. He didn’t give up until I had everything I needed done even if that meant trying several different options.I left the store with absolutely no more stress and definitely feeling relieved.I haven’t had customer service like that in a very long time, so Thank you.

Went to the store was greeted when I entered. Super friendly staff, very clean store. I was adding a line, it was so easy and painless I was out of the store in 10-15 minutes max literally. I have used this store now that I moved back to this side of Texas and the employees there are amazing! I dealt with Lawrence when I first came into the store and then Andrew finished helping. I will be coming back to this store from now on anytime I need something for my plan! I highly recommend them.

I admit that since starting with T-mobile Ive had my share of disappointments. But this time, I quite pleased. I went in because my screen stopped unlocking and swiping. Although he tried, there was nothing Micah could do to open it. He ordered a replacement phone, let me know what the $$ damage would be and got us out the door quickly. We were supposed to receive a text when the phone arrived at the store, but did not get it. So on a whim I stopped by the store and it was there and I was relieved that Micah was also. He quickly got the phone set up, and, helped me retrieve most of my information. Micah has helped to renew my faith in T-mobile.

Ive visited many t-mobile stores and this is definitely my favorite in this area! I know if Brittney or Micah are working that im in good hands. Very knowledgeable and great at guiding me to the best fit for me. Cannot recommend enough.

I was there to buy iPhone 12 Pro Max and 12 pro the manager there he name is Britney help out but the shop doesn’t have 12pro so she order for us and end up put in just iphone12 light when we came back after the phone arrived is not what we wanted and ask for if she can help make exchange and all she reply is not her fault that order is wrong and she said that is my fault that I should check order...I wasn’t even blame her for fault ordering we just want what I wanted and what I paid for that all...that not how a manager should be doing ..if anyone happen go to the T-Mobile store on south Broadway Tyler be aware of Britney the manager there she will lead u around and around make confuse then lead lead u to something that u don’t want I would recommend anyone to this shop..if I could I would give zero star

The manager Brittney is AMAZING. Shes always friendly and helpful when I come into the store. She always help me fix any issues I may have with my device. She treats you like family. This is my forever home store as long as Brittney is the manager.

Britney and her coworker named Lawrence were so kind and helpful to ensure my disastrous experience I had at a corporate T mobile location on Troup Hwy in Green Acres, was solved.Lawrence was so patient in contacting customer service in finding a solution to my problem, even though he did not have any parts in causing the problem. Its people like them that go above and beyond to bring a smile to someones face, that give me hope in society! Tmobile is lucky to have two exceptionally awesome team players on their side! I was in the store today and I want to say how much I appreciate the sweet store manager Brittney and her staff. I have a compromised immune system and she and her staff had mask on, I also witnessed her politely ask another customer to wear a mask to follow company policy. It’s highly suggested by medical professionals if you are elderly or have a compromised immune system you should wear a mask. I happen to fall into both categories. I know it’s an inconvenience to most but I appreciate T Mobile and their store policy to wear mask. Thank you for protecting your customers.

THE WORST T MOBIL. I waited for someone to help me 45 minutes and finally when someone came to help me out he knew NOTHING about the current deals going on. Waited another 30 minutes just for someone to help me.

I went to this T-Mobile with the mission of switching from Android over to iPhone; most people called me crazy. You’ve always had an Android, Lacey, they said, you’re going to hate iPhone. However, the young man who works here by the name of Lawrence, I believe it is, said no such thing. He was the most supportive cell phone representative I’ve ever had the honor of meeting. Now here I am, typing this review out on my brand new iPhone, and I love it. Thanks, Lawrence and thank you, T-Mobile!

I went to this store very recently, i am actually have sprint, but my phone was acting up and I figured since the merger, I would see what they could do. I was helped by a dude named Andrew, big shout out to this guy because he helped me BIG TIME, fixed my phone and bam I am back to work. Thanks bud!

Horrible experience! Treated horrible due to my nana not being able to wear a mask due to a medical condition. Blonde lady who said she was the manager said well I have a medical condition for headaches. She is not a dr and not allowed to ask someone about their condition!
