I have used Phone Repair Pro several times over the past couple of years. They have always fixed our phones quickly and for less than other businesses in town. I went there about a good 2-3 weeks ago. Got my iPhone 11 screen repaired for around 130$ but I knew that was bad business. The first day I got it back I got a iPhone message saying “this is not a original iPhone screen” I called the store and they said it was fine, just different code. Took there word but it wasn’t true, a day later I was in my gallery and it zoomed out like a robot was in control . My screen blacks out and even the calibration was off, couldn’t even use my screen. And when I try to type it dosent let me sometimes . Don’t recommend this place.

I paid $150 and my phone still has the issue I brought it in for as well as new issues. I am too afraid to bring it back as I don’t want any additional problems to occur while they try to “fix” my phone, nor do I want to pay for these additional problems to not be fixed. I had to pay extra to replace my screen/charging port bc the home button wouldn’t work & it worked fine when I brought the phone in for a mic issue. Don’t go here.Update: within 2 days I had to purchase a new phone. My phone stopped charging, blew out 2 charging cords, the mic stopped working, the screen kept lifting up, almost came completely off, and the calibration was way off. The owner tried calling me because of this review BUT since my phone mic wasn’t working (again) & I was on the road traveling out of state I wasn’t able to even speak to him. When I went to ATT they looked at my phone and & asked if I tried doing the repairs myself.

Do NOT get your screen replaced here. It may be cheaper than other places, but in a couple months your screen will start glitching out and freeze up. It is worth it to go somewhere else and pay a little more so you don’t have to deal with a glitched out screen. I have never had an issue with a phone screen until this place replaced my cracked screen.

I went to get my screen replaced on a galaxy a50, the replacement removed tons of screen space, didnt have a working thumb scanner, and was max 720p quality for a total of $143 spent. I took it back to get a factory replacement and all I had to pay was the difference between screens, fair, I guess. We are now up to $186. A couple of days go by and the pixels on the left side of the screen go out. So I take the phone back again to request another replacement. The kid said bring it back tomorrow so his boss can look at it. Well I havent put a screen protector on yet because I didnt want to waste one. Between yesterday and today, the screen got scratched. They are trying to convince me it has voided the warranty and that I will have to pay another fee to have it replaced. By now, I could have just bought a new phone and not have to deal with anymore hassle.

They were able to get us in quickly and fixed it in a little over an 1hr.

I had my iPhone11 Screen replaced and the screen started to fade and have issues for me. The screen had fading where it was still usable but very bleached and white. I wen in to see the shop and they said Thats not normal and wouldnt be caused by dropping or anything else. After research it seems like it may be a bad connection on the screen. Since My phone was 8 days out of warranty they wouldnt do anything. I can go down the street and they informed me that I will pay the same $200 and It will be warrantied for the life of me owning the phone from these kind of issue. Dont shop here when there are better shops that give better warranty.

I called a few days in advance to get pricing, when I arrived I was told a higher price. The new screen used has a very low quality and yellowish tint. All that aside I would of been happy to get along with life but now my phone is incredibly slow, it’s not the internet connection, it’s the phone (3 weeks old - purchased brand new). The lady working was rude and rushed me in and out. Sure I saved $20 from the competitor but in the end I’ll be replacing the entire phone. Won’t be back.

Best place to get your Phone fixed. Jose doesn’t charge unreasonable prices like other places that have charged 120 for an iPhone 7+. Gets the job done in 30-45 minutes. This will be my go to for any phone repair. Highly recommended!

I have had two screens replaced on my iPhone ex by the store in the last two months. The first replacement screen stopped working after a soft drop. The second screen turned green and will show nothing but a green screen after no damage. When I took him to get it replaced Shirley thinking it was a defect, the man working at the store would not except it or replace it or refund my money because he said he had significant wear and damage. The only thing that is wrong with the surface of the screen door with the phone if that didn’t have a small scratch on the screen from where I’ve had it stored for the past month waiting to get it fixed. Pinyan they are showing very cheap replacement parts that are not designed to last or anywhere equivalent to the original parts that iPhone has

Very courteous and fast service. I called several places and left messages for several repair shops. The ones that return my call said it would take 3 to 7 days to fix my phone and others even said it could not be fixed. Priced from $180 to $240. Spoke to Jose who said he could fix it in 20 to 40 min for $100. Actually it took him more like 10 min!! So impressed with the service i will defiantly use them for all of my phone repair.
