I absolutely hate this location. Not sure who the Manager is (some short chubby Mexican guy) was extremely rude. My smart watch wasnt working properly, I had to return BOTH of them twice within a week. So I finally said forget it and wanted a refund. He told me I still had to pay the $55 restocking fee or call Samsung to deal with it. He was absolutely no help at all. I paid it and soon as I got home I logged into AT&T chat and they instantly refunded me back my $55. I will definitely take the time to go to another location next time.
We switched to AT&T when we got married and have been really happy with it. We are especially grateful that this location is close and has such friendly employees! Fred helped us out with upgrading my husbands phone and even remembered us when we came back a week or two later. We will definitely ask for Fred when we visit in the future.
I have never had a better experience than recently when Josh Smith, Retail Sales Consultant assisted me at the Broadway Avenue location in Tyler Texas. I am in my 50’s and only moderately tech savvy. Josh took care of EVERYTHING! He carefully compared my old plan and the cost of 3 upgrades and he got me a BETTER plan (unlimited) for LESS money! He also showed me how to get cheaper insurance on all my devices and found additional discounts to save me on my monthly bill. We walked out with 3 new phones functioning flawlessly and 9 accessories that he made super affordable. I’ve never dealt with a consultant so knowledgeable and personable. He was warm, funny, and treated me like family. Most of all, he was PATIENT — He treated me like I was the only customer there. It’s customer service like this that keeps me coming back to AT&T! My wife needed a new phone so we went to the store in Tyler by the mall. ATT rep was right at the door ready to help us. His name is Emerson and he was absolutely fantastic!! My wife has always used Samsung Galaxy all the time. But this time she was considering an IPHONE 12 Pro Max. And Emerson was very helpful and knowledgeable and able to help my wife with the information that she needed to make the choice. And on top of that, he reviewed out current plan and upgraded the plan they gave us the best with an ultra unlimited and then also saved us money as our monthly service price went down!! He set her phone up for her and explained in a way she would understand since she was new to the IPHONE system. And guess what, she loves it! He also let us know that we would receive HBO MAX for free and so that saves us money as we had this service already so we just canceled out previous account and starting using the deal they gave us.So, just to say, Emerson was knowledgeable, friendly, hell, even funny! Very personable to us as customers as we talked about different movies or TV SERIES we both were fans of! He is a very nice gentleman and I hope that ATT takes care of him and does whatever they have to to ensure he has a long career there! He deserves a good raise ATT supervisors !!My phone is due for upgrade in a couple of months. You know where I will be going to make that happen!Thanks Emerson, you were super great brother! And we appreciate you!psHe also got us the best insurance plan for all 4 of our phones on the account! Anytime we have upgraded our phones any where else over the last 14+ years we have been customers, no one has explained these things with us! This was an all new experience for us! Josh helped me find a kid-friendly phone for my 11yr old daughter, changed my plan to unlimited to actually LOWER my monthly bill even after adding a line, AND he walked me through how to use all the parental controls and he doesn’t even have kids! So knowledgeable... so helpful... I’m happy with my bill, my purchase, and my daughters online safety. It could not have been a better experience! Give Josh a raise! Seriously...

I purchased a phone case for my 11 Pro Max to pick up at the store by the Broadway Square mall. After receiving the email advising me that it was ready to pick up I went up there and was met at the door by Victor a manager. He helped me very promptly and he noticed I had the 11 Pro Max and noticed that the case I bought was not for that phone so was able to exchange it before I even left the store. Above and beyond excellent customer service! Unfortunately it is a rarity these days
Poor customer service. Came in for the new promotion on iPhone 12. It was a great deal, swap an iPhone 8+ for a 12. We came in and told the salesman we wanted the promotion. He helped us through the process and told us to come back tomorrow once we had moved everything over from out old phone.We came in a day late with the old phone only to find that he up sold us a higher tiered phone for an extra 50$ because he didn’t actually have the one that would’ve been free. He gets commission on us an we get stuck with an extra 50$ on our bill. He said like four times that the phones would be swapped out with no extra. Manager, Victor, said he would take the phone back but only after we paid him 55$!These guys aren’t the guys you want to go see when there’s a promotion going on.
Jamee was so much help with ensuring I got the best promotion and deal possible. I highly recommend anyone to ask for her! She was great!
Mitzi DeLeon is the BEST! Wife and I were hopeless trying to get the right plan and phones, and Mitzi worked ALL AFTERNOON directly with US ONLY to get it done, with the right phones, at the right price. She set up all 5 devices, screen protectors and all, and made sure everything was working, and made sure our monthly bill was $125 LESS than the carrier we left. AT&T has a shining star at this store, and has won our business!

Shout out to Jose Bueno at AT&T store 4757 S. Broadway Tyler, TX!! He is helpful, kind, patient and persistent! He was able to solve a problem in pairing a second Apple Watch under Apple’s new Family Share plan, after being told by tech support it couldn’t be done. We have spent over 14 and a half hours inside AT&T stores and Apple Store over the past week trying to get this accomplished. Thank you sooooo much Hosea for not giving up and seeing this to resolution!
I want to give a huge shout-out to Brandon, Josh & Mitzy. They assisted my elderly parents to find a plan that worked within their budget. Josh looked over their existing plan (with another provider) and explained all the options that would work for them. He was very patient and knowledgeable about the plans. When he had a question about a bundling issue, he checked with his manager, who came out and explained the details to us. We were not quite in a position to make the change, so we left with a lot of information to consider. The next week when ready to make the change, Josh was not available. We made an appointment with Mitzy and she was AMAZING. She met us at the door at our appointed time and spent a great deal of time helping transfer their devices to AT&T (no easy feat). She even downloaded the needed apps to their phones, making sure everything was ready for use. She gave us her business card and told us to call if we had any questions. When my mother received an email from AT&T, we called and left Mitzy a message. She returned our call quickly with the answer to her question, even though it was her day off! Service above and beyond!

Josh was a baller. Our account needed some serious work and he was very professional even though we were there sooo long.
I took my 90 yr old mother to look at phones. The first thing against them was the lack of a wheelchair ramp. Shes not in a wheelchair, but walks with a cane. So she had to walk up steps. when we get in there they put her on a waiting list and they have no place to sit down and want us to go wait in the car. Now that makes no sense at all. If they want to keep customers they need to fix all of this because we left. Unless of course they dont care about the older or disabled people to be customers. Stairs at 90 years old thats not real good on a person.
I have been with ATT for 10+ years and ever since my first visit Jose Bueno has been there to help me. He has always provided answers to all my questions and provide solutions right away when there were issues with phones or billing. Today was no exception as we went in to do an upgrade

This location is awful to say the least. My husband went there and was treated with disrespect. One of the lousy associates was pointing to an item with her foot while telling him which one she recommended. Needless to say we won’t be going back there.

Do not shop at this store - they tell you one thing about charges (guarantee) and what your monthly rate will be and then it is something entirely different - and they wont call you back after you have signed the contract. I will be letting everyone I know about this dishonest service.

DirecTV customers for more than 24 years, I was attempting to resolve issues with DirecTV for unending hours and days and suffering rude supervisors and loyalty department reps who were of no help and lied to me on numerous occasions, our last resort was to stop in at a corporate at&t store. I was expecting more of the same and was prepared to simply do what one of the DirecTV loyalty department supervisors suggested that I do and that was to “terminate the account right now.”We entered the Tyler store on Broadway and were immediately greeted warmly and introduced to a manager, Jamee. And from that moment, we received interested and kind responses AND HELP! Jamee and Mitzi took the time to listen and act on our behalf. It was nearly unbelievable and their help literally brought me to tears! These two were incredible!! I know I will be able to seek help in the future from these two ladies should DirecTV not follow through with all we put in place.It’s my personal opinion that anyone who needs help from DirecTV not waste their time by calling DirecTV. It was horrendous and lasted for HOURS and from December 6 through December 31!! It was horrible beyond words!BUT Jamee and Mitzi at the at&t store were MORE THAN knowledgeable, helpful and kind!!!
Yall, these people take care of their customers. Our last two visits we were taken care of by Mitzy & Jamee. They have been so helpful and patient with us! We recently switched from Sprint to AT&T and have loved the in-store customer service! The plans are better priced, the cell service is way better than Sprint, and the stores are just better (and less ghetto)! I wish they provided internet in our neighborhood so we could bundle! One of the worst retail experiences I have ever encountered.Went in to the store looking for help and the person that met me was totally inept at sales. Couldnt wait to get me out of the store.So I went to the other end of Broadway and bought a new iphone.I will never go back in that store and will tell everyone I know that is looking for a phone not to go to that store.

Went in to store about a phone that was received as a replacement that is now glitching and having issues. I wasn’t sure if it would be covered by the warranty or the insurance. The rep didn’t even pull up my account and told me that it would be the insurance. I asked him if they could do anything in the store, I figured he would at least take a look at the phone which he didn’t, and he said no and to call 611 from the phone. I asked him if he could give me the number to the insurance and he said to just call 611. I know that is not the number so I left and did some searching on the internet and found it myself. Very disappointed in the lack of training and knowledge and how long it takes in the store.
This store is great, the only corporate store in Tyler. Mitzy was extremely helpful and is always helpful when I come in. #ITCANWAIT
