Alonzo has replaced my screen 3 times now, at a very good price. I recommend Alonzo/Prados to everyone who needs this service. I have been quotes at some of the other repair shops around and theyre always more.

I like how Prados Repair attended me. The gentleman told me exactly what part he would replaced and showed me how it looked like. He gave me an estimated time and he delivered. I really loved my experience, if I have any further problems I know were to go.

IPad Air 2 screen repair.I wish I took before and after pics because the screen was WRECKED before the repair! It had also started to chip away around the edges, exposing some of the hardware behind the screen. Paid a deposit to have the part ordered without leaving my device while it was shipped. Dropped it off on Monday and it was ready the following day (before the estimated two-day turnaround). Screen is perfect. They even had a glass screen protector on hand and applied it for me. So pleased, will be returning soon for my iPhone.I’d also like to add they have very competitive prices. I saved a little over $50 compared to other places I called.

Fast, cheap and actually did the job. Went to 3 other places they and they said it would cost +$75 and 5 to 7 days to fix it and this place did it in 45 mins n half the price.

I would give them 5 stars because of the service they provide, but my screen is having errors and is Not functioning correctly. I go to take it in because I can’t use it just to sit there for 30+ min left and came back still no one at the door .. sign say they open at 10 the mail wasn’t even able to be delivered due to the door being locked.. I love the work but it sucks when you operate your own business with your phone and you can’t access it and LOSE CLIENTS .. I suggest changing the time on the door if you won’t be open at that time or providing a second number to get ahold of someone when unprofessional activity’s start to take place.

I also own a cell phone repair business. In another state. I rely on Gil to solve problems I can’t solve myself. If you’re in the area and need a phone repaired don’t even consider taking it somewhere else. These folks know what they’re doing and are more than fair with pricing. Very fast turnaround and dedication to their customers.

I can’t say enough about this place. Recommended by a friend, I went in because the “charge portal” I think it’s called on my IPhone was faulty. Basically sometimes it would charge and sometimes it wouldn’t. When it did, I had to get the cord charge plug in it just right. Fixed it in an hour for a very fair price. He also fixed my ringer switch that was broken without even telling me. Service was 💯!

I love this place. The guys know about iPhones and iPads. We are a family of 7 and the iphones and iPads we have/had number in the double digits. I have taken both in for repairs. They have replaced screens, charging ports and done other repairs. These repairs have saved me hundreds of dollars. They do the repairs quickly and I have not had any problems after the repairs were done.

Knowledgeable and Trustworthy! I have taken several of my familys iphones there and Gil has always been able to fix them. He has always replaced our screens the same day or while we wait! No better/cheaper place to have your screen replaced or your iphone fixed! (He has also repaired my sons ipad and replaced his screen.)
