Customer service was great! Sales guy was a real friendly person. Fair and reasonable prices. And definitely worth it all the way! Im definitely not going anywhere else for phone repair!

He was very unprofessional as I walked into the store, he asked me to leave out for a few minutes as he handle some legal matters over the phone. I sat outside in the heat for about 15 to 20minutes. I called to see when my screen would be in he told me Friday or Saturday which was a week later. So, I just called back today which is Saturday August 13, 2016 @ :22 pm, he answered the phone and put me on hold immediately. As I was places on hold he hung up. So, I attempted to call back twice after he hung up and my call was forwarded both times. The third time he answered the phone and was giving incorrect information. He were telling he have told me certain things and which he havent so, I preceded to say no you have not informed me of these things, and that you have me mixed up with another customer. So, then he stated that well it will be Monday or Tuesday because was shipped to the old location. He have had my number and he could have made me aware of the inconvenience. I dont think he has been professional since the first day i walked into his business.

I currently posted using my sisters Terlisa Woodard email address. Today August 26, 2016 he was more than willing to right his wrongs. He accommodated all my needs. He was very apologetic and sincere about his service and what has taken place. He was very respectful and professional. I will do business with them again. Thanks alot.
