My experience at this store was bar none when it came to the superior customer service that Gerardo and his manager extended to me and my family. Gerardo is a friendly, understanding professional that answered all of the questions that I had so that I would understand my service with AT&T. I did not feel pressured or influenced as one can sometimes feel when walking into the store fronts of the other competing celll phone company stores. Gerardo understood that, me having a business, it was important that I had a catchy or easy to remember phone number, so he went out of his way to search the data base and find me the number I wanted. Never fails that I find amazing customer service here. With no headaches or errors, they were able to help get scheduled for internet service installation for when I move. Even saved me money with promotions I didnt even know about. My family has always been with for phone service and if it wasnt for spectrum being in control of our current address, wed have switched everything else to AT&T by now as well.

Chris F was my service provider today and he was extremely helpful. I can’t hear very well, so he made sure that others speaking to me spoke louder as well. I thought this was very personable. He set up my new phone and switched me to AT&T TV which I’m sure my husband is going to love. He also knew I had a fairly bad day and took care of everything he could just short of entering my password and SS number.I thank Chris for his excellent service. It was very much appreciated today.

Everything went fine until I received an email from Google Maps that my review was responded to by the owner. I had not left a review. Hassan also enrolled me in AT&T Protect Advantage($15/mo) which was never mentioned. Kind of shady.

I recently switched from T-Mobile and Jordan was very helpful during the whole transition, he explained the plans very well and knew what he was doing when he ported over the numbers over to AT&T.Very satisfied overall.

He took his time with us and answered all our questions (we are seniors and it was lots of questions!)We had the new phone and many accessories in no time. Plus Chris gave a good description of the new AT&T TV packages, of which my friend was interested but didn’t want to handle today.My friend said afterward she wished she had done this months ago! From the moment I first walked into AT&T 20 minutes before closing, Chris verified my account, quickly assessed my tech problem and assured me he would personally handle the following day.The next morning Chris addressed all the issues regarding my phone.If I asked him questions that seemed outside of his job scope, he quickly used his resources to either ask a colleague or research quickly before moving forward. Undoubtedly, Chris has the potential to quickly thrive in his current position. His overall insight is definitely not limited to just the customer before him. At my age I can recognize a scripted sales pitch. Chris is very friendly and professional at the same time. I imagine it is at times a difficult balance when dealing with customers in the communications and entertainment arena.My experiences at the AT&T Campus store have always been positive.This time was exceptional as Chris resolved more than my phone issues. He not only walked me through the steps in syncing my data, he helped me understand the process of a claim as well as returning my non working phone.I also felt confident in requesting optional accessories I had been interested in.In addition to my cellphone issue being resolved, he multi tasked and refreshed my AT&T bundle to a monthly amount with an outstanding contract deal. The customer service that I received in the AT&T store from Chris was exceptionally well, the staff was very friendly and the sales rep Chris took his time and made sure to explain all options available to me and helped me with deciding which option worked best for me, I’m not into technology but he made sure to walk me through everything making it easy for me to understand the process that was taking place throughout the whole transaction, he was very professional, patient, kind and thorough from start to finish. The staff here was friendly. They acknowledged me as soon as I walked through the door. I noticed that as customers came in they would tell them hello and get there name so that they could be put on a queue list. This assured that that the customers were helped in the order that they arrived.

I was helped by the manager, Martin, and another associate, Bryson. They were both able to help me switch over everything on my iPhone 6s Plus onto an iPhone 8 Plus that my dad had sent me. I also let them know that I was having poor reception in areas that I shouldnt have, so they also replaced my SIM card. They were both helpful and didnt make it feel awkward while we were waiting for everything to load on my phone, and even engaged in conversation with my 8 year old son that I had with me. A great experience overall.
