If you live in the area of this store you will have horrible service due to a tower is down in our area. This was reported to me by the representative, however they would not unlock my service since my phone was new. I purchased new phones because I thought I was having problems because my phone were older.So since I run my business through this phone I will be buying service from another carrier and purchasing new phones.Do not purchase phones or service is my advise.

Nicest metro pcs store I have ever seen. Two women by the name of Carmen and Ana assisted me and they were extremely helpful. they gave me a deal I couldnt refuse and they helped me get all my important info transferred all under 10 minutes. two thumbs up

Horrible customer service! I would not recommend this store I bought a phone and 4 hours later it wouldnt turn on, now I have to wait for a new one they would not replace it in store.

They overcharged me by 20 dollars, the manager, knew i was getting overcharged, and she let it happened. Go to another Metro store, my advice
