The guy here is a scam, dont come here, use another store or even better use a better service.

Person on the phone was probably having a bad day. Sorry buddy but you can not be rude to your customers. You just lost one customer who needed a phone. Hope the rest of your day gets better.

These are the facts of my experience at this business (Upland Boost Mobile Store) and therefore you be the judge. My wife and I visited this store to replace my broken phone. The fast-talking employee or owner, recommended that we change to a family plan in order to save money. He conveyed that since he was helping us, could we help him in return by going to the nearby ATM to pay him with cash as well as write a positive Yelp review of his business. We replied that wed be happy to do so. All seemed well until a few days later when my wifes cellular service had been suspended due to non-payment. Consequently, my wife paid Boost Mobile directly via automated system to turn her service back on. As a result of this, we called this business to ask for a refund for the money paid for her service. The employee/owner spoken to said that was impossible as he had already paid for the service. He asked for my wifes pin number, although she didnt feel safe providing it to him especially being that he didnt explain why he needed it. Previously while at his store, he seemed to have a habit of asking very personal questions (i.e., home address, credit card number, passwords) which was a bit alarming. Since we declined providing this information again today (changed password after our first encounter with him), he said a few angry words and hung up the phone. In the future we will only do business with Boost Mobile Home Store to potentially avoid this type of unprofessionalism. Also, just realized that the folded sheet of paper given to me after the purchase was not a receipt for the cell phone, it was only a printout of the type of phone purchased. So now it adds up why he asked for payment in cash. Shame on him.David G.
