I would highly recommend this T-Mobile store they have great customer service very professional and friendly. I went to a different T-Mobile store before this one and they were horrendous and left me as an angry customer. So I decided I would try this one out and Im so glad I did because they were on point! Definitely come to this T-Mobile store before different one.
I was shopping around, decided to try a new CEL phone company carrier, went to this store just to check it out to possibly make a change, I received a warm welcome and great service at the store from Jovana & Jennifer, they both work very hard helping me with the transfer and with all the details. Just a Wonderful experience, I’m sure SPRINT must be very proud of them. Without any doubt 5 stars!! Thank you. Gracias.

Pretty darn good service from the staff
Went in last year due to some service issues. I am told I can have this Sprint Drive for free. I didn’t have any interest but the guy said I get it so I took it. He didn’t tell me it takes up one of my lines. Now I can’t buy an Apple Watch, 1st world problems I know, without paying to cancel a thing I don’t use, once it drops off I’ll just switch to a new provider. Conveniently everyone was recently fired from that store I was told, guess that makes this store unaccountable for what happened. I was never told that Sprint Drive uses a line. I thought it was a driving tracker, I have never used it. Thanks for training your staff to shove garbage at their customers instead of resolving issues.

Love this store had a great service over allI came in switching my plan to save money and Sandra gave me the best plan that fit my needs and offered discounted new iPhone 8 . Which was a buy one get one . I was pleased Cause not only I changed plans but got phones that was affordable on my bill . She’s amazing !!! Even sprint offers accessories bundles that helps you pay off accessories you need for your device . I’m glad she offered that deal, cause I certainly don’t want my phone messed up .. I love sprint, y’all are tripping .. at the end of the day the reps are there to help us out and provide us the service we need and offer us great deals so we leave protected on our devices .
Ive been a customer for 3 years never liked going in to pay my bill until the New Management. Dre Howard, is an amazing manager and his staff is the friendliest i have ever seen!! I bought a new phone and I Pad from Santana and i already new Adam from a previous visit. Im so happy with the customer service i am now happy to go out or my way to this location.
As a Corporate store it should operate with higher standards. The employee at this location did not know or refused to aid with an account issue I was made aware of at a third party store. It took me calling the third party associate to assist in resolving the issue at this Corporate location.
HORRIBLE store!!!! Yesterday which was 3/15/18 around 3 pm, my mom decided to go here since she had a questing about our bill. This was her second time coming here, the first time they explained it to her and she thought she understood the contract but when she got home decided to double check. The contract said something different so she decided to go back (which was yesterday). She took the contract and just her luck it was the same rude lady that helped her the last time. That lady was aggressive and said I already explained it you before, you have a lease! (My mom is a senior and it takes her a little longer to understand technology and things surrounding that) my mom insisting for her to at least read her contract and that lady refused!!! Their was another couple complaining about their billing as well, and they decided to ask her what happened, as she was telling them what happened. The lady that was helping her was hiding from her in the back and never came back out. Another lady came and told her you need to leave!!!. I am soooo upset with how they embarrassed my mom and how awful those girls are!!! Shame on them for mistreating an 11 year costumer that is over 65!!! I called corporate to complain about this incident and I hope something will be done. These girls need a lot of training! They need to know how to explain things better and have patience!!! Shame on those girls!!! I will be calling in tomorrow to complain to a manager to make sure something will be done!!! I wish I had their names to let everyone know!

HORRIBLE SPRINT STORE - STAY AWAY!!!! I was given an offer to upgrade my phone to iPhone X and as a BONUS a Harmon Karden speaker and accessory (phone case). I paid the difference for the phone case I wanted at the time of the upgrade in the store. When my bill came out I was charged $43.36 for the accessory that I was TOLD WAS FREE!!! (not to mentioned my normal $175 bill was over $400) I called customer service and they referred me back to the store. The store tells me that it was on a piece of paper I signed. THEY ARE CROOKS and screwed me for a case that I could have bought cheaper at Apple directly! Do NOT trust this store, they will say ANYTHING to get a sale. YOU ARE OFFICIALLY WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay away from Sandra at the Sprint store off Mountain, she clearly was boosting her commission!Also, the good reviews MUST be Sprint employees trying to boost their ratings because there is NO way anyone had a good experience at this store. They should be closed down for their crooked antics. If I could have rated this 0 stars I would. Unfortunately I had to give them 1 star to post this review.UPDATE: 7-2-18 (4 MONTHS LATER) just found out that I have been secretly charged for the FREE Harmon Kardon speakers that they gave me as a promo. I am paying $43.18 additional each month for these damn speakers that I didnt ask for, never wanted and NEVER agreed to pay for!!!!! Check your bills guys, this store is run on its own, and should be closed down for these scams that are putting on innocent customers!

Watch out for this stores questionable sales practices! I went there to check out the new phones for an upgrade. They had a deal customer loyalty deal for me as a long time customer with Sprint so I went ahead and upgraded with a phone lease. Carlos was the sales rep and this guy is to be avoided. He tacked on an expensive glass screen protector and a case leading me to believe it was part of the lease agreement to protect the phone and said that the activation fee could be waived by calling the Sprint customer service. He lied on both counts!I just got off the phone with customer service and they called him to verify the waive and he denied ever saying it. Customer service told me he lied about everything just to increase his commission and there is no provision in the lease that requires a case or screen protector. She also said that she flagged him to their corporate office.Stay away from this store and Carlos!
I went in last week to find out about the buy one get one S7 deal and how much it would cost to add a line to my existing plan. I was told 140. For down payment and activation fees. OK fine thats cool. When I went back in the next week like I told the girl I would. Even waiting till she would be there to give her the commision she told me double the price. When I told her what she had told me and that I couldnt do 280. She just kept asking well how much do you have. I told her I have the 140 you told me it would be and that is all. Im sorry but she seemed shady trying to get extra money or a bigger commision. Needless to say the next day I am a Verizon customer now 2 s7 phone for 110 dollars I saved 30 bucks.
Brett and William are the best helped me so much with my new phone Brett helped me understand my phone he is just a doll he went above ands beyond.
This is by far the worst Sprint store Ive ever been to what a joke. This store is where they train new DMV employees to be useless.
One nice employee but other than that, bad. I just had something simple. Couldve gotten that taken care of. 5 mins tops probably, but nope. Long wait! Not many sprint stores. Never again will I come here. Not many chairs. In pain. Wanted to be in and out. If someone is just buying an accessory, help them first instead of waiting 40-45 mins. I am still waiting. Ridiculous. Get more people to work and more chairs.
By far the worst Customer Service I have received from Sprint in a while. I purchased a new phone and upgraded my plan. As an incentive to upgrade my plan, Raul said he would waive the activation fee of $36. This never happened. I upgraded my plan over two months ago and have been follow up with Raul in order to obtain he promised. He ignors my calls, texts, and has dropped off the face of the planet. Thank you sprint for the wonderful reminder of why I need to find a new cell phone provider.As if having horrible coverage and 4G service wasnt bad enough.Thanks again Raul...
Horrible customer service at this particular store, Dre and Yolanda really made me consider canceling my service today. All I needed help with was with a change of ownership form. I will be canceling with Sprint soon.
