They told me to bring my car in at 9am. i did. then they said they had things to finish but my car will be done by 12. 12 o’clock comes and they say they can’t find the piece to fix my car. but only bc i called for an update ! they did not let me know they didn’t have the piece on their own. when i called 2 days before !!!

These guys are crooks. They roll the odometer back so that they could charge more for a car. Found out through carfax that the car I bought a few years back had over 200k miles at that time... The odometer said it only had 74k. So they rolled back over 125000 miles!!!! So make sure to ask for a Carfax if youre buying a car.Reply to comment: I bought the car at this address.

This Guy had a terrible attitude on the phone. Was not friendly at all and didnt even answer the phone right i do not suggest anyone to go here they have terrible customer service and prices are outrages

I was referred to M&M by my neighbor. We had a flat tire and a terribly stripped lugnut. It was a very hot and frustrating day but I felt so taken care of. Miguel explained the issue and ordered all new lugnuts for the wheel. The guys got the tire off and put on my spare. They are a hidden gem in Urbana!

Dont by nothing there there cars are junk been waiting 2 months to get my car fixed and tv replaced that all are lyers

Its a disgusting workshop they charge as professionals and they dont know anything as they changed my engine gaskets because I threw oil a year and its the same but if they charged me 1 291.11 if you want to lose your money take them your car they are experts in charging
