The price of the tires was great but they broke a sensor and said they didnt do it everything worked before they changed my tires.I feel like it was a scam to get me to pay another 120 bucks. The price was ok but will not own up to there mistakes

Great! When all the other tire shops in town did not even answer their phones during business hours or call me back when I ordered tires from them, I went there. Probably the only tire shop in town I’ll go to now. They have appointments so there aren’t 4 hour wait times like at tire barn and they are professional. Highly recommended.

Brought my 05 Honda in for a noisy wheel well issue thinking it could make for a big expensive repair, but they didnt take advantage of me and were honest, found the issue (which turned out to be a rusty part that was ever so slightly out of place), and repaired it quickly for free! So glad to have found Urbana True Tires. I dont know much about cars and Ive been afraid of being taken advantage of in the past. That is not the case here. They are very straight-forward about what needs to be fixed and why (they have always answered my questions well too). Their prices are very reasonable. I have never felt like I was being sold more than I needed and their oil change loyalty program is awesome.

These guys are the best! I brought in a tire Id bought in another state that went flat that was practically brand new. They found the puncture and when it was clear it was not repairable helped me assess if it was worth going back to where I had a warranty on it (a 1 hour drive) over the cost of just replacing it with them but not having to put in all the time and gas to get to where I bought it. When it was clear it was a better deal for me to drive an hour away they were honest about that and happily loaded my tire back into my vehicle for me. Very polite, very honest - next time I need tires I am buying from them!

Fast service, great people. Got me taken care of quickly and for as little money as possible, none of the upselling or crazy add ons you get at other places.

Had a slow leak in a tire. Stopped in and asked them to take a look. They found a puncture in between the treads of the tire and patched the tire. A couple months later and no further problems. Cost was a very reasonable $35 and I was in and out of the shop in under an hour with no appointment (stopped in late in the afternoon, after 3pm). Very satisfied.

Ive taken my last three older cars to them for more than a decade, and they are always affordable, friendly, very honest and trustworthy. They do way more than tires! My 97 Hondas cooling system failed this weekend, and they quickly diagnosed and replaced it within 2 days. In the past Ive had my brakes done, used car checks, dock sensor, wiring issues, new tires, and they even fixed my broken hood latch once and didnt charge me. I always trust their recommendation. Before I found them the places I had been taking my car always left me feeling unsure if they did a thorough job or if they were fixing things unnecessarily and overcharging me.
