I would not purchase a car from here I bought a car from them over a year ago and within the first two months the transmission went out I had planned on paying the car off in full when I got my refund but since the transmission went out that had to get fixed I didn’t get a extended warranty but they paid the cost to get it fixed and added it on to my loan! So I definitely could not pay it off, long story short I’ve had problems with the car ever since I first bought it after that got fixed my car kept shutting off so I had to keep getting jumps until my roadside assistance would no longer cover it so I took it over to Napleton to get a full diagnostic on it and they told me that it was a wiring issue so I had paid over 800 do get it fixed thought that was solved and now my car is doing the exact same thing! I did look at the car fax and test drove it before I decided to make a purchase but I highly do not recommend this place they will sell you a car with major mechanical issues and not tell you!

What a great car buying experience! I purchased a used 2004 Subaru Forrester and traded in my 2008 Nissan Altima. I needed that extra space. Tony Blacker made the transaction quick and easy. Hes very laid back and reasonable. He didnt hit me with any silly fees like some shops do. The Subaru I purchased had a minor issue pop up that Tony was very responsive in assisting with. Ive purchased 2 vehicles from them and considering a third. You get what you put into the cara they sell, but nothing less. Great customer service and Tony is really honest. They work with you on price as well as addressing minor issues the may have (ex: the air was a bit weak on the van we test drove. He threw in a free air conditioning charge).We keep going back and have had no reason not to at this point.

I am on my second car from them. They are very honest and easy to work with. And I would but many more cars from themm. They are out to get your business not your money.

Please look elsewhere for a car. My mother has been making repairs contstanly on a car she is leasing here. Even with the warranty she is having to come out of pocket to fix prior issues with their car. She hasnt even had the car for 4 months. Tony would not even consider a loaner vehicle or giving her a different car. Please beware as they are trying to get people to fix their bad cars.
