I bought a wafer cookies from there. I noticed a weird taste. I saw the expiration date and it was expired See the pictures. I went back to the coffee shop and I was surprised the other one is expired too? I asked the barista to throw it.We students are busy and we really dont have time to be sick. So, please be courteous and watch out for your food you sell to us.

It’s sad that now their service is worse than it used to be. Staff changed and now it just seems like they don’t care about their customers, no smile or warm greeting, not offer punch card or mention their daily special unless asked, I’m usually not a picky person but I do sense the coldness every time I visit since the change of ownership.

Is the cafe located in underground at the library? I would get a cup of coffee at the cafe 6 years ago and had a terrible experience.A beard male with blonde hair did not give changes to me and saved changes in the tip box without any comment. I can’t believe still now how rude he was!

I paid $10 for a small latte and a parfait so its pretty expensive. The cashier was very rude, I know were college students, but it was my first visit and I felt she couldve been much more polite than she was. Probably wont go back.

These guys used to be good. But they consistently get my order wrong, and are way too over priced to have to deal with that kind of inaccuracy

Pay attention to how much they charge you. Ive experienced many times that they charge me more than I ordered. So unprofessional!
