Thought about buying a car from here, but the salesman I worked with got EXTREMELY pushy towards the end. I said I was just shopping around and he seemed to have understood that. That was until I test drove a car and then he got more pushy. I know its a commissioned job, but being pushy makes people uncomfortable. I just wanted an estimate of a monthly payment. Then, he added a car that was $1,000 more than what I wanted to pay (it was $20k and he chose $21k). After that, he increased my rollover amount. Yeah, no. After I said I was going to think about it he said whats there to think about? Oh, and he wouldnt let me take the paper that had MY income, MY SSN, MY credit score, MY address, MY current place of employment, and everything else with MY personal information with me. I ended up buying elsewhere and treated much better by someone not as pushy and was honest with the price.

We are so proud and confident to be purchasing our car with such an AMAZING company, thats how the whole entire staff made us feel no pressure into doing anything. I have done this before, but Im pleased to do it one more time. Good experience with Joswha. The veh was not detailed, but maybe enterprise doesnt do that, so I did when I got home. The license plate bolts on front plate were stripped & 1 fell out, so I replaced them with larger bolts & all is good there. The trk bed still contained a lot of snow & ice, but I put it in my shop & thawed it out & cleaned it.These may be minor items, but worth mentioning.Over all I felt the deal was fair & no pressure as you find at dealerships.

Overpriced with pushy salespeople...is what I would write if I went anywhere other than here to buy a used car!!What a great first car buying experience! Chuck was a huge help in finding exactly the car I was looking for. I wasnt able to find the RAV4 model I wanted online so I reached out to Chuck and he found one in Omaha that met exactly my specifications and could be transferred to Urbandale without a transfer fee! On Monday I expected the car on Friday/Saturday, but it arrived Wednesday spick and span shining like a diamond.Both Chuck and Edin were extremely helpful and knowledgeable through the whole process and were able to answer all the questions I had. I felt very confident in my purchase when I walked out the door!Would rate 6-stars if I could.

I am so grateful for the team at Enterprise Car Sales in Urbandale, IA! I was in a car accident on 9/24 and was without a car for two weeks after my backup vehicle died unexpectedly! Fair price, good service, no pressure. Since they transferred my vehicle in, they offered an new oil change. When I did the test drive, I noticed a slight pull. They offered to get alignment checked.Things I learned... I wish I would have saved the web pages & photos describing the vehicle I decided on.I thought the truck had a receiver hitch, but I looked at so many, I could not be 100% sure. I tried to look for the photos & description but they where already taken down. Also, check if they added rust proofing when vehicle was purchased if that’s important to your area.Overall, I’m satisfied w purchase process. I will check their webpage again when the next time I need a vehicle.

My wife and I were treated very friendly and professionally by all staff.I did not have to find out what hassle it might be getting my $500 back since I bought.Whoever does your detailing though does not do a real thorough job. Under the middle 2 seats the carpet was dusty and the carpet floor on the drivers side had a burn or stain that was gray. Could have been touched up with a little black to match the carpet. Other than that, the car seems to be in good shape.

Vehicle was in great condition. the process did not take very long at the location as most of the details we done in advance. This is a great group. I have a family member who told me Enterprise sells cars so that was the only reason for me to consider them at first. I shopped other dealerships as well as direct competitors who claim no-haggle and this group distinguished themselves through service. A competitor I dealt with were no-haggle simply because they were going to give me a bad price on my trade-in and they would not budge. Tim, Ryan, and Chad went at KBB value which I saw as more than fair so we didnt have to discuss it further.Tim helped me with the transfer process, it really felt like he made my car his priority. It was spotless, he insisted we take a test drive and check for any issues and followed up on all my questions. Chad and Ryan assisted me with financing, when I wasnt happy with a rate, they got to work for me and found me a better one. They stayed after hours to make sure I was taken care of and went at my pace. There was no pressure, they worked with my trade-in, worked with financing, and the whole time I never felt pressured. Im an analyzer, so it takes me time to come to a decision, especially with large investments. Through professionalism and over-the-top customer service this team managed to make this process smooth and comfortable.I dont usually write reviews, but when something as serious as buying a car is handled so well you have no problem letting others know.
