At this point I am beyond frustrated with the whol Stew Hanson family of dealerships but in particular Stew Hansen Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram FIAT has really pushed my buttons today. When we bought our van we had the dealer install a tow package. Almost immediately the wiring started failing but I figured it was the adapter so I just kept buying new adapters. After the last adapter “failed” after only a couple months I figured out the problem was on the van side after testing both trailers (I tow equipment trailers for two non-profit musical organizations). I took it back to the dealer since they installed it. $189 diagnostic fee—Highway robbery, but fine, that’s what I agreed to. After having the vehicle overnight they called and wanted $440 to replace the vehicle side wiring harness (diagnostic fee included). I told them that was too much and pointed out that I could get a whole new wiring system installed by U-Haul for $160.75 with a lifetime warranty. They wouldn’t budge. Not a way to earn repeat business. I encourage all of you to take your business elsewhere.UPDATE—10/2/2021– The service manager, Todd has been very responsive and we are working towards an amicable resolution.

Received a call Saturday morning from Tim Tinkle about a vehicle we were looking at online. Stated if we are interested in the vehicle he could deliver it to us since my schedule is very hectic with work. Long story short, paperwork was done Monday morning, waiting for delivery today. Very excited to see vehicle. Service so far from all staff has been outstanding. I should also mention, we live 2 hours away.

I will never understand why anyone would buy a car anywhere else. They are amazing. Ryan in sales and Cory in finance were a dream to work with, as always. The service department was excellence. Love the friendly staff in the service department. Jordan was great for taking care of me. Love the video that they take and show you when they are doing the inspection of your car and the service tech Jon Le was performing my car inspection. They spotted a few nails in my tire and took care of it. On my way home I found another nail on my tire and I called them and they took care of that as well. I would recommend buying the oil change package, it is one heck of a deal since the synthetic oil is 89 dollars and the package is only 179 dollars and it is good for 2 years with 3 oil change.

First, I called Stew Hansen collision center at least 2 times myself to schedule an appointment. Each time I called, the receptionist lady told me someone from the center will contact me soon. However not a single phone call from this place. I had enough of this and complained to Farmers about this issue. Even an employee from Farmer couldn’t get nobody from collision center to contact me. He had to call the place at least twice. After the 5th attempt, someone from Stew Hansen called me.FINALLY!!!!!!

I very rarely write reviews for people but Alex Webb over at Stew Hansen has been the best salesperson Ive met and worked with at any car dealership. He was always very communicative and very frank with me. It also helps that he listened to me and took my car buying experience seriously. Much better than when I went to other dealers and got laughed out of the building. This resulted in a new factory order for a vehicle from Stews. Delivery was prompt considering the chip shortage and delays due to Covid. Pricing was fair to MSRP and whenever there was a small issue Alex would immediately be in touch with me so we could talk about it. Its very rare that I find a salesperson that I feel I can trust to get things done. Would highly recommend the guys over at Stews and especially Alex Webb.

I cant begin to explain how great our experience was. We had an issue with our Ram Ecodiesel that could have left us stranded for the weekend, but Matt and Dylan in the service department were able to squeeze us in and the mechanic found a simple repair to fix our problem (not big $$$). They were friendly and took the time to explain everything and ensure they had all of the details needed to diagnose the problem, even though I know we were messing their schedule up completely. Horrible experience with trying to lease through here. The sales person immediately tried to say that leasing a palisade calligraphy would be a higher payment than buying it. Offered a ridiculous payment and when I stated I would put 3k more down only lowered the payment by $50 a month. The dealer showed no interest in trying to work with me in leasing. I contacted the general manager, but no response. 10 out of 10 for would not recommend

Excessively slow, dropped off at 10am and haven’t even done the oil change by 5pm. Also not looking at anything else I brought the truck in for. Just doing the oil change. Bringing it to them is suppose to be convenient but at 6-7 hour oil change is anything but that. This was a scheduled appointment as well not just a walk in. Seems like they bite off more than they can chew.

I found a used vehicle that had what I wanted. The employees are very friendly and informed of their inventory. I was helped by Elhadji Thiandoum and he was wonderful. This is the 2nd time in a year we have needed repair work to a vehicle due to impact with a deer!! Horrible Business! Our experience with Stew Hansen’s was terrible. We had searched for weeks to find the exact truck we wanted. We contacted Stew Hansen’s because they had just that. We are from out of state. So we got everything together, contacted them before they even had the truck at the store, it was still in transit, and we started paperwork. The quoted us for our trade in and shared the financing options with us. We agreed to have our credit pulled and move forward. The BIG DAY ARRIVED. The truck came in we were sent a video of said truck they put it in there sold lot and we took the next day off from work. We wake up that morning and come to find out they had sold the truck the prior night at 9pm right out from underneath us. What does the dealership do.... try to sell us another truck. They did not want to admit there mistake to another person and left us out to take the hit. My fiancé and I are now left with a hit on our credit scores, no truck, no fixing the issue, and a horrible feeling for a company. This was a very unprofessional experience and I hope this would not happen to anyone else.

Stopped by to see if the collision center could get a decal off my Jeep that i had a ton of trouble getting off before as well as get a quote to get my door fixed (a bad dent from another car door hitting it). The guys came out, took the decal off in no time for free and I had a quote emailed in like an hour. Great team at the collision center and that’s why I bought my jeep from stew Hansen and plan on getting my next vehicle there too.

I have had horrible experiences with salesman and dealerships all around....until now. Ryan Curtis and James Reynolds made this the best experience I’ve ever had. When I initially expressed my interest in a specific car, Ryan had went out and taken several detailed walk around videos for me (since I couldn’t see it in person) he kept in constant contact, answered every question I had within minutes and was nothing but helpful. I flew over 1000 miles to get the car I’ve been searching for from them, they came and picked me up from the airport and brought me to them. James was so easy to work with, wasnt pushy like most finance managers and was so easy to talk to. It’s a shame these guys are so far away, I would be sending everyone I know to them and buying every future vehicle from them if I could.

Customers vehicles are their second biggest investment most of the time. When folks have trouble with their cars or trucks they have no idea the difficulty involved with the extremely complex systems on todays vehicles. Not to mention that the customer has to talk to a service advisor, who has to interpret what they are talking about and then wright it down for a technician to read the concern, who then truly has to apply himself to diagnose the issue on a rolling 47 or so computer/module laden vehicle. So whats my point? I have bought 9 vehicles from Jerry Bill since 2011, not once have I left Stew Hansen Dodge with a doubt I was taken care of start to finish, Sales, Service, Parts department and Body Shop, all four departments have great people in them.

I was there today. Worst customer service. I waited 20 mins but no sales person came for help. I had to go ask for help. Finally sales guy came for help. He took us out to show other cars saying I get discount on the exact same car. I didn’t like it. As soon as I came in to see the car I was originally looking at it. They changed the price tag. I was sooo upset. Will never recommend this dealer to my friends and family.
