Pat Dillon is the best contractor we have ever worked with. His work is absolutely superb. When he leaves your home/project, you will be hard pressed to tell if he was ever there; it is impeccably clean and installation is perfection. I had Clear Choice put in windows, siding, roof, and gutters. Gutters are installed incorrectly and Ive been promised multiple times over 6 months that someone would come to fix them. Then I never hear back. The last 2 emails Ive sent have not even gotten a response. 5 pieces of siding fell off the house within the 1st 2 months and it took multiple emails, pictures, begging, and pleading to get anyone to come reattach them. One window is broken. Also, they broke my radon mitigation system and promised to pay to fix it. I have still not been reimbursed for that cost. We signed a contract for this job in January 2020. It is still not finished as of October 2020.

I had 12 new windows put in and 2 new patio doors which required some reframing. I read the reviews prior to making my decision. Ill admit I was a bit nervous, but the price was right for what I wanted to pay.Now Jeremy, Sales Guy, was great and really did his job and seemed very honest and knowledgeable. Our Installer, Pat, he was fantastic!!! He had to do some trim work on the interior and reframe the patio doors and it turned out Great! They were in and out in 3 days.Now, was everything perfect, no. But nothing so far has been even on a level of below average...So far Im very happy with my decision!

The best Christmas gift! We are very satisfied with Patricks work. Similar to other reviewers, we also received quotes from three different window companies. Clear Choice offered triple pane windows and a hybrid installation approach within our budget. The custom windows are high quality and the new wrapping around the exterior makes our 1940s home look like a new place. Patrick replaced 19 windows, including a significant amount of rotted wood, and all metal work in about four days.We finalized paperwork with Jeremy in mid-October. The team started the replacement on December 19, right on par with their eight week estimation for window arrival.The warranty is excellent as well. Jeremy, our salesman was great!Professional, very thorough, and knowledgeable. However, he is genuinely being handicapped by a LOUSY office staff that has no clue what follow up or customer service is! They say they will call prior to delivering material but then just show up unannounced. We have half our garage entrance and driveway blocked and have heard NOTHING about when the dumpster and crew are to arrive! Their lack of communication is unacceptable! Unfortunately, my elderly mother also had her garage done and experienced some of the same issues with one added bonus. The crew apparently thought it was okay to urinate on the side of her garage that has a privacy fence to block the neighbors view for the two days they were there. The smell was disgusting and we had to bleach the area to get it under control. They even showed up early in the AM, unannounced on Mothers Day! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! To top it all off, one corner of her garage was incorrectly installed. She was told the would be back to fix it an now they wont return her calls!!!We are STILL waiting for the job to begin on our garage but, we are prepared for just about anything at this point!UPDATE: This company is a three ring circus without the benefit of a ringmaster! The crew showed up around 10am on Thursday, a day late! Our contract was for removal and installation of siding on our garage. The crew began arguing with us saying that they were not supposed remove the old siding. We called our salesman and were instructed to tell the crew to call the office and talk to Salina, which we did. They either didnt understand or didnt care because the next thing we knew, they were handing my husband a phone with a man on the line who spoke in broken English telling him my guys dont remove siding, we need the old siding to make it level. What a crock! My husband called the office telling them the problem and that if they couldnt do any better that this to get their crew off our property and send another! The woman who always answers the phone belligerently told him that she would get it straightened out but they were NOT leaving. We called our Salesman again, Jeremy, and he called the owner to get things straightened out. Finally, the crew began tearing off the siding. The siding looks very nice but the stress was UNBELIEVABLE!They severely damaged a rose bush that we had marked and had warned them about that we brought back from not mother-in-laws garden 3 years ago when she passed away, we arent sure yet whether or not it will survive! Threw away two trim pieces the window crew left for us to give then we and had to dig them out of the dumpster! We will felt like we had to watch every step of the job to prevent further issues or damage! I recommended them to my mother, prior to our siding install, because of Jeremys fine salesmanship and the beautiful install of our garage windows but, would NEVER recommend them to anyone again!

First, let me say that our sales experience with Jeremy was great. So much, in fact, that I recommended to my dad. Everything since then has been a nightmare.* $7,500 worth of windows ordered end of July 2020 - estimated for installation 8-10 weeks=September 2020. We paid half.*No contact from anyone; I reached out end of October and was told they were very backed up and shipping date was set for 11/25. They would install my windows as soon as they received them.*11/30 - no contact from anyone. I reach out and am told they should be on the truck this week and theyll let me know when truck unloaded.*12/8 - no contact from anyone. I reach out.*12/9 - salesman tells me my windows finally came in and to call the office. I call the office and they cant be installed until 12/30 because they are booked out too far.*12/28 - WINDOWS INSTALLED! Pat did a great job BY HIMSELF installing ALL the windows. He finishes after dark. I pay, reach out a couple days later letting them know Im unhappy with how the trim looks. There is one spot where it is actually broken a little bit and many of the painted trim needs touched up. There are also some wood discolorations that really detract from the beauty of our windows. Also had a screen with a hole delivered that needs to be replaced.*Owner lets me know that it shouldve been clarified to me that this was stock wood; a second coat of paint would be needed to finish the windows. (If I would have understood that I might have picked the wood option or even painted them before they were put up. There is one piece on two of the windows that is an extremely different color than the other section as well.) He said hed look at contractors schedule and have him stop by to fix the nail holes and broken trim.*I reach out again on 1/13/21 to see when contractor will stop by, after no response.* I reach out again on 1/24/21 to see when nail holes and screen will be replaced.*1/28 they offer for contractor to come by. He does - without the screen. He replaces the broken trim piece but says the nail holes are just the way they are and will need painted. He says someone will come by another day with the screen.*I reach out on 3/5 to see when screen will arrive. No response.*I reach out on 3/12 again. They write back and say they have re-ordered the screen.*I reach out on 3/25/21. No response*Today I have reached out again for my screen replacement. IT HAS NOW BEEN 9 months and the window project is not complete. :(

Amazing sales person, walked us through everything and was very patient. Installation was terrible. They broke one window and didnt order another. They left debris all over the inside of my house and outside. They did not install the trim on all the windows, and there are gaps in the installation where we can see daylight and have drafts big enough to move our blinds. We have been waiting four months for the broken window and the one they forgot. We call periodically, have to leave messages, NO ONE CALLS US BACK!! Terrible customer service after the sale. They come today to install the two windows, they forgot the broken one? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DO NOT USE!

They helped repair a sash that would not stay up on a window that hey installed. Steve quickly repaired the problem at no charge. Very helpful-would recommend for siding, windows, roofing or any other job

Clear Choice put my roof on in a timely fashion. They disconnect the cable to do it and reconnected it after they were done. The cable connection was not properly done so my cable was screwed up. When I approach Clear Choice, their response was it was my problem and I should of known this would happen. I hope my roof lasts because with this attitude I dont they will fix it i.e. I should have known.

We hired Clear Choice for a complete tear off. The salesman Jeremy answered all of our questions, and the installation crew arrived exactly when he said they would. Clear Choice was knowledgeable and efficient, the clean up was very good, and every time we had a question, they answered us immediately. Clear Choice put on new roof and gutters Fall 2020. Paid for roof in full.Owner Steve Dillon agreed to install gutters and have us pay for them when our federal tax refund arrived. Rob Nevitt refused to honor payment agreement, his company called us for months asking us for payment that wasnt due. Five days ago, 3-12-21 Owner Rob Nevitt also called and threatened us, saying he wanted his money that day, and not as agreed upon by the other owner Steve Dillon. He said he was going to start charging us interest, even though the bill was not due until our tax refund arrived, which it hasnt yet.BBB shows 19 complaints against this company, and if it wasnt for my husband watching the roofing job, Clear Choice tried to put on left over felt from another job, and not the correct felt we ordered and paid for. We caught the problem, and called to complain, and Steve Dillon made the crew remove the wrong stuff.

DO NOT USE CLEAR CHOICE! ZERO STARS.I had all windows in my house replaced. My kitchen has 8 floor to ceiling style that had to be completely reframed due to rot. Pat the installer charged me $250 extra for each window frame that needed replaced which I was ok with. I had to do the drywall myself. As I went to start the drywall I noticed 3 columns in between the windows were protruding out over an inch which caused the drywall to also protrude out to far for the trim to be installed.First I was told to use spacer (which would have been very noticeable) Then I was told I would have to pay to have them to fix thier mistakes.. I had to shave off an inch of the center king studs so the drywall would be flat.Next issue,the window in our bedroom has defective latches and leaks air very bad. when I first called them about it they sent a guy out to GLUE THE SCREWS IN!Now that that has failed, as expected I am supposed to get a replacement sash and its now been months...Piss Poor service!!!!

Clear Choice Exteriors did a tear off and replace of our shingles. They did a great job and are very friendly people to do business with.

We decided to go with Clear Choice because the salesman told us the entire process of getting new windows and siding would only take 2-3 weeks. It took months. We were told that the day after the windows were put in, the siding crew would come. Then the day after the siding was done, the gutters would be put on. That did not happen. The window crew arrived when they said they would. they did an excellent job. The siding people, they didnt show up when they said they would, they changed dates on us 4 different times. Once they did finally arrive and start replacing the siding, they did a good job. It just took a very long time for them to start. The gutter crew were to come the day after the siding was complete (according to salesman), they didnt come till about 2 weeks later. We had a couple hard rains, and no gutters. Once they did arrive, it didnt take them long to install the gutters. I just wish people would show up when they say they will. We were very frustrated.

I love my Clear Choice windows! I was really impressed with the company representative and the installers. All totally professional. They were very helpful when I wanted some of the window sizes to be adjusted. I created a picture window out of three sections and it is now an amazing view. I love the construction of the windows; the one lever closing system and the way the screens are made. And, last, but not least, the price was right! I certainly made the right Choice!

After a pretty exhaustive search for bids, we signed a contract with Clear Choice Exteriors Des Moines. They had the best price and warranty and all the features we were looking for. We have a sunroom we could barely use because it was built over an exhausting deck, so either super hot or super cold. The difference we felt in the room was immediate. Windows facing west in the afternoon are cool to the touch. We cannot say enough about the installation team of Pat and Diamond, they we so professional, and kind, and we really liked them....such fun personalities. But what we liked most was the care they showed our home. If you’re looking for new windows, you MUST call, you will not be dissatisfied with this team, and these windows. 5 ⭐️ from us!!

We received quotes from three different window companies. Clear Choice was the only one that offered triple pane windows. We even changed the number of windows we needed and they came back out and re-quoted the job. They were not the least expensive, but were very competitive and the only ones offering the triple pane windows.The installation went very fast and smooth. We had 19 windows replaced and the installer got it done in a little over 2 days even with bad weather. He did have to replace some of the wood framing because it had been ruined due to water leaks around the old windows.Be aware the windows are custom ordered, so they do take a while to arrive then about two weeks to get on the installers schedule; so be patient. They tell you this before you order, but it really is true so dont expect them to be early.I would recommend Clear Choice for quality windows at a reasonable price (even though windows are always expensive) and with excellent installation. These are quality windows and we can feel the difference in our house. We had multiple rooms that were hot in the summer and cold in the winter, but now the house maintains a much more uniform temperature. We are very happy with our purchase.

The sales process was pressure-free & informative, the product is impressive, and the installation crew was professional & efficient. Clear Choice Exteriors recently installed new triple pane windows at my house. The sales process was easy, and the installers worked around my schedule and cleaned up after themselves. No more plastic over the windows next winter!**Now that cold weather has arrived, I need to edit my review. While the glass on the windows is great at keeping out the heat and cold, there is some leakage around the bottom corners where the windows connect to the trim. I added some caulking, which has mostly fixed the issue, but its still a bit disappointing.

This was our 1st time hiring out a job and it was an average experience. Our salesman was great, and once we made the decision to go with clear choice after a few other quotes getting the windows ordered was a breeze. Then we waited, and waited. After giving ample time for windows to arrive and when estimated date came and went, we started inquiring about an update. Then it was the next week then the next. After a month of waiting we had a day set up for installers to get started. And we waited some more and about the time they were to arrive I get a call that installer had family emergency and we needed to reschedule. I get it things happen but this did not make us happy, luckily my husband and I had taken a random Wednesday off so they could get started and wed be home. Day one of install went pretty well and needed to continue into the next day. They next day installers didnt show up til about noon and stayed til 9PM. I commend them for sticking it out and getting the job done but after some inspection some of the trim on the inside of the windows was damaged and looked pretty bad and had they been able to start sooner then things wouldnt have gotten rushed. Overall we are happy with the new look of our house, and we are satisfied with the product themselves, the company on the other hand could communicate better and make sure that their customers are taken care of in the specified amount of time.

Poor customer service. I advised that windows were crooked and they wouldnt even call me back. I guess thats because I paid too promptly. 😠 UPDATE - 6 weeks and my issues have still not been addressed. I still have crooked window frames, a wavy exterior window sill and am missing 6 interior pecan colored screw plugs. Please just send me the screw plugs. Im still quite displeased with your lack of communication. If I get the screw plugs within 2 weeks I promise to change my rating to a 3. FINAL update.. All of my issues have been addressed. Very nice workers. However, the owner of the company should take a class on customer service. He gets a rating of 1, workers get a 4. All of this drama could have been avoided if someone would have called me back.

We had Clear Choice Exteriors install windows and a front door and couldnt be more pleased. Everyone Ive had contact with - from the sales person, to the in-house installation crew was extremely personable, and professional. The windows came in on time, installation was scheduled for the following week. Installation crew answered all questions and cleaned up during installation. The windows are great, we have already noticed a difference in sound and temperature. I dont write reviews often, but I thought it would be especially important for me to do so here. Cannot recommend this company enough. Great people. Great product.

Just got my new windows in this week (June 27 & 28) They are absolutely beautiful. Justin came to my house (with a sample window) and explained carefully how the whole process would go. There was no pressure at all to buy with them. I had 20 windows replaced and Pat and Tyler installed them in one day! Believe me, these guys know what theyre doing because they did a fantastic job. They next day they came back and wrapped the windows and finished them all out. It was some work for us taking down window treatments/blinds, moving furniture but it was so worth it. The communication as far as ordering time/installation of windows was poor. The window installation was top notch. Very friendly employee. The installation looks wonderful and there was no mess at the end of the day.

The windows are great! Clear Choice Exteriors did a wonderful job with helping me find the correct windows and makeing sure I had the look that I wanted. The only issue I have with Clear Choice Exteriors is the time it took for my windows to come in. When the ordered my windows I was told 8 week, I called them at about 11 weeks asking where my windows? I was told on the phone, oh this time of year it take about 12 weeks, I told them I had been informed 8 weeks. I called them two weeks later and my windows still where not on their way. I was told a different date about about 2 weeks later. I called them after this date of window shipment only to be informed that my windows still hadnt been shipped. I had to wait 5 months in total for my windows. I understand that manuifucturing was the hold up and that Clear Choice Exteriors had no control over this, but they could have been truthful with the time frame of 12 weeks and then followed up with me when it was going to be after that instead of making me call them so many times looking for them. The installer was great, he told me he would probably need another day to complete the work. They had told me 2 days and he said he would probably need a 3rd as my old windows were not coming out easily. He worked extermly hard in cold tempertures to get my windows in and it looks very nice and my house looks so much more appealing now with the old windows gone. They are nice windows and I the finishing touches were much more than I expected. I am very happy with my windows and the work done, just not so happy with the extened time.

We got 7 new windows on Sept. 21st. The 2 guys that put them in was great. They would answer any and all questions, cleaned up behind themselves. We are so happy with our new windows. To soon to tell how they work thru the winter, I had to cover my old windows. Thank you to all the people at Clear Choice everyone was so nice.

They gave us an estimate with a time frame on when the project would be completed. They stayed on schedule and were very cleanly and accommodating while on the job. I will have them replace additional windows in the future when needed.

Got new windows for my basement in an old home. The windows look great and the installation process was very smooth. Workers cleaned up after themselves. The only reason for 4 vs 5 stars is I waited much longer than originally understood for the job to be complete. Have suggested Clear Choice to several clients since purchasing my windows.

Guys who worked on the siding were efficient, courteous, and kept me informed about the project every day. They were experienced, knew what they were doing, and the house looks great! Super happy!

What started off as a decent relationship has turned into one where we have been taken advantage of and theres little room for compensation of any kind, including a standard amount of acknowledgment of the situation.For a cool $7000, we had most of our windows replaced on May 22nd. One of the new windows was broken on the truck -no problem- and I was told a replacement would be another 4-6 weeks but would be rushed. Fast forward almost 18 weeks and the window has just been replaced.The first reorder, the window came back (EIGHT weeks later) on July 22 incorrect (was white vinyl instead of wood grain vinyl). No window or news until Aug 23rd, when I was told by the rep that the manufacturer had lost the order, then found the order, but it was being processed.Fast forward FOUR more weeks until Friday (Sept 20) when I was finally told that it was on the truck to arrive Tuesday the 24th, that Id get a call immediately. It took me calling, two days later, to finally speak with the rep about it being installed. Guaranteed, if I hadnt have called, we wouldnt have a schedule date.Id like to note besides once on Aug 23rd, I ALWAYS had to initiate a phone call. When I finally called the owner, Rob, on Monday of this week, he was nothing short of rude, 100% ostentatious, SO condescending, and demeaning. You cant assume we operate like Amazon with a two-day shipping schedule. He said this no less than 3 times. He was adamant that Clear Choice NEVER refunds and NEVER credits an account (again, hes not Amazon with free returns!), but that hed call the manufacturer. After a return phone call, he said the only thing they would do is a $100 credit.The lack of communication, the EIGHTEEN WEEKS it has taken to get a window install scheduled, and the lack of compensation is embarrassing. Clear Choice should be ashamed; they lost a repeat customer as we have two more LARGE windows to replace, and gained a wonderfully negative review.

We had windows, siding,soffits & gutters replaced. Every one was professional and answered any questions we had. Cleaned up behind themselves inside & out very pleasant workers. Only down fall was the weather putting them behind schedule, nothing anyone can control. House looks wonderful. We highly recommend them. Will have them do our roof when the time comes

Steve came out and measured our windows, gave a quote and all was true to our estimate. The installation team was precise and especially did a great job of installation and cleaning up which made for a great project. We ended up using them for 3 of our rentals after my main home then also our apartment building of 10 units!

This windows installation I used Clear Choice for, should have been, an uneventful job/installation. The salesman was great (Ron). Early on, Jordan was great with letting me know promptly that the order arrived and scheduled an install. The scheduled install is where everything has since gone south.Scheduled the installation date for 06/10/19. Jordan advised it would be a one day job, and gave me a timeframe on when the installers would arrive. I take the day off work to accommodate the project. The 8-10 timeframe passes, no call and no show from the installers. Call Clear Choice, advised I got bumped to the afternoon, to accommodate another “small job” with another time window. I was a bit annoyed at this point, but accommodating. Time window passes again, nothing. Call Clear Choice again, they check. Installer calls, gives some excuse, and said it would be a two day job. That was opposite of what Jordan stated. I wasted a day off for nothing.Got another appointment scheduled for 06/29/19, that I had more flexibility. Installers showed up, albeit 15-30 min past the time window (I have a pet peeve for that by the way), and no call saying they were on the way. Got two windows installed without incident, did find one with a manufacturer defect, which could not be detectable while wrapped in its packaging. It happens, I get it, the installers did catch it while doing the install. Start on the rest of the (smaller windows), none of them were the right size. Found that to be weird since the measurements were correct on the work order. Best thing that could be done was finish up on the windows that did get installed. Jordan did call back the following business day, did advise the incorrect windows were for another similar name. Again, it happens, especially with a common name. Got another accommodating day to finish the job, and was under the impression the defective replacement was also getting taken care of.Installation day for the rest of the windows, done without incident, with the exception of the defect, because the replacement never arrived. Also slightly annoyed, I was not communicated of this prior to the install job, nor was I communicated the installers were en route, again.Get word the replacement for the defect is in, schedule a date (08/30/19) to replace and finish this window once and for all (including the final wrap). Long story short, no advance call by the installer, no call back from Clear Choice when asking on the status. Took me another call to get some excuse why they did not complete the job.After the first missed install, which Jordan and Rob both admitted was on the company, and “is not how we do business,” the proposed resolution by Rob was never delivered, per an email after the 06/10 missed appointment. I called and asked for Rob on the recent scheduled date to complete the job, which he was out of the office. The person on the phone stated that she would have him get a hold of me. However, after reading other negative reviews which stated that the company never returned their calls/messages, I have my doubts that Rob will voluntarily call me right back without really escalating this issue. I have given Clear Choice the benefit of a doubt. No more!As of the current date, no returned call, no resolution, no nothing by Clear Choice. It is obvious this company does not care about their customers after the fact. Clear Choice should be ashamed of themselves for running a business like this!

I had new Windows put in last summer. ×2 delayed. Damage to 1 window. They send sales rep ×3 to do repairs. All 9 windows.Have cold air comming in. One window Did not level.out Im told its my house Been tring to get them back for 2 months to see why air is comeing in. They keep say.the person is out. Rob and Jordon. Verry rude. They now tall me if the wind is blowing hard any window will all we cooled aid. Basicly not there problem. I should have gotten the more expeive window. Last remark from. Steve

I went into this skeptical of window companies after reading to many reviews. Ended up very satisfied. Windows came in almost to the day of what I was originally told, even though I was hoping for sooner. After installation I had some complaints that were addressed right away even took a couple return trips for one issue but was finally done to my satisfaction.Thank you Rob and his guys

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. We just got our windows and a sliding glass door put in. When I got home and looked at the wood they stained to match other wood, it looked horrible and did not match to my specifications. They told me they would not come out and fix the problem because my husband said its fine. They do not stand behind their word, that they will take care of something if it doesnt look right. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Unlike they claim, they do not make happy customers. If I could give less than one star or no star I would. They did a great job selling their products and services, but what a nightmare of an installation process. They were late almost every day, a two day job (which we didn’t believe when they told us that) ended up taking 20 days, the installers were unprofessional, had a fist fight in my yard, took out windows that weren’t being replaced, didn’t even know how the windows worked so he had to come back and adjust them all, and the list goes on and on. They never made it right. Don’t use this company. The windows as a product are great, but you can get great windows from a company that has great service. That’s not this company.

While they did a good job on the siding and windows. They did not clean up after them selves and we are still picking up nails and pieces of siding from our landscaping and yards. They also broke our furnace vent pipe, and some exterior lights they we had to pay to have fixed. We had to call them every few weeks to get every thing resolved 6 months later. They would tell us one thing and never follow through or communicate with us about it. Very bad customer service. I would not have them do another project at my house.

Its an excellent company I recommend doing business with them, they have excellent communication and customer service.

We have no complaints about Clear Choice. The have installed 5 windows in the past year. We have been replacing the original windows in our house in stages. We have had 8 windows installed by ACRI but have found that CLEAR CHOICE was $100-$150 less each than windows we purchased from ACRI.The windows were installed professionally and quickly. We will return to CLEAR CHOICE in the final wave of replacement.

Scheduled an estimate for 10am this morning. At 10:10am I called into the office wondering why they werent here. Was told oh yeah I see you down here but we dont do appointments on Monday morning. I can get someone there in 40 minutes. Ive had a good experience in the past but I shuffled my entire day to make this appointment work. Why book an appointment you have no intention of showing up for in the first place?

On time and delivered what they said they would deliver. Over all pretty happy with the windows and price.

Have no problem with the window, its the service, thats not so good, we have been getting window in sections of five or more at a time . first time went ewell and all was done correctly.., second time took longer and when they came they didnt have all the materials to finish, said they would come back soon, well a year later and after several calls, was finally done, in the mean time we had a sash that failed and was waiting for it cause they are garanteed for life, well that was 2 1/2 years ago and still dont have it... we also had some more window measured and they did it 3 times cause they lost my file..

Overly impressed with the job. Contractor took the time to show us all the repairs that were made and the reasons why we made the right decision. I would highly recommend Clear Choice to everyone!

They told us we would have our window the week after the new year and here we are still waiting. Weve called and called and they tell us the window hasnt been delivered to them yet. Time to cancel and get our money back! Biggest joke of a business ever.

BEWARE of Clear Choice Windows (Des Moines, IA). My husband and I had our house for sale and negotiated replacing the windows as a condition to the sale of the house. We chose to use to use Clear Choice because they had reasonable prices and promised an installation date that easily fit into our closing timeframe. The windows werent delivered until 3.5 weeks after the initially promised date. During that time, the sales people wouldnt return our calls, and even went so far as to tell the receptionist to block our calls (which she even told us). They continually blamed the manufacturer and refused to accept responsiblity for quoting a timeframe which was completely unrealistic. In the end, we were forced to push our closing date by two weeks (approval by the inspector and appraiser could not happen until this was completed), causing us to have to make an additional mortgage payment that was not planned. When asked for an apology or explanation, they just demanded to know where their payment was. I am consumed with disgust for this company.

Horrible. Dont use them. We ordered our windows 13weeks ago after being told it would only take 6weeks. We have had no communication what so ever with the company, other than the times we have called to check status. When we called to complain, and spoke to Jordan, he seemed less than concerned with our complaints. They are no cheaper than the main companies, go somewhere else and save yourself the stress.

Clear Choice took over six months to install our window. They came to our house to measure prior to ordering, but somehow ordered the wrong sized window TWICE before getting the correct window.I would’ve cancelled our order but we already paid half for down payment. We asked for a discount due to the inconvenience and were told “no”, and that the errors weren’t their problem. Disappointed in their customer service and wouldn’t use again or recommend.
