My car buying experience with Rosner Motorsports was unbelievably easy and pleasing. First, the GM, Mike Martinez, was a perfect gentleman and extremely professional in all my dealings with him over the phone since I was located over 100 miles away. His level of transparency is very difficult to come by in the car business. When I arrived everything was EXACTLY as he had promised. NO SURPRISES. Everyone greeted us with a smile and offered refreshments. Major, another associate was also incredibly kind and professional. And as if it werent enough, the owner was there on a Saturday afternoon, with whom my wife, daughter, and I chatted about his favorite lunch spots in the area. The Porsche and customer service were impeccable at Rosner. Will most definitely recommend to friends and family. A 5 star experience. Oh, and they were very fair on my trade-in vehicle.

All I can say is WOW! What a showroom of incredible cars, in a huge air conditioned facility! It was like being a kid in a candy store! Went to buy this incredibly well priced Porsche 911 I found advertised by them, and when I got there, couldn’t make up my mind between 4 cars. Al and Andrew were incredibly friendly, patient and helpful with the process. Brought all the cars out one by one for me and my wife to test drive and take our time with. Never pushed us or tried to sell us, just offered great suggestions. We finally decided on another car which was too good to pass up. They worked hard trying to get us the best financing rates, which they did, and the whole buying experience was incredibly great! Even after it was purchased, we said our goodbyes, and Al followed us out to the car and offered another half hour of his time explaining all the options of the car we purchased, which he really didn’t have to do. I contacted Rosners on Friday about driving a couple hours to take a really good look, on Saturday, at one of my bucket list cars; a 2014 Maserati GranTurismo convertible. I spoke with Andrew Maslak about getting the car on a lift to inspect the undercarriage. Being that would be a Saturday, the service garage was closed. However, Andrew asked me to hold and the said he’d have someone come in to put up on a lift before I got there. I checked out the car, did the test drive and then sat with Andrew to do the traditional price dance, lol. We were able to meet at a good place for both of us, I believe. Andrew and his staff were all very accommodating and friendly. They helped me feel really good about making a purchase that I had always dreamed about being able to make someday. I just received my Mercedes E550 convertible from Rosner Motorsport. It was shipped from Florida to North Carolina . I want to thank Andrew Maslak the salesperson who helped me get the car that I have looking for over a year. I am very particular about the purchases I make online and Andrew went the extra effort to assure me of the quality the car which is, Andrew took the time to videotape the car send me pictures and Carfax, I felt comfortable throughout the entire procedure even though I was over 600 miles away from the dealership. This past Monday at Rosner Motorsports was the best car buying experience I’ve had in my life. They had the perfect car for me and treated my wife and I like family. Andrew and Agata were so helpful and understanding when our bank had us jumping through hoops. While we were waiting on our loan paperwork I browsed Rosner’s amazing show room that was full of beautiful cars: Shelby Cobras, Mercedes McLaren SLR, Ford GT, Ferrari, Porches, Jaguars, Bentleys, BMWs, etc... they even had a vintage Maserati motorcycle! The quality of the cars were only outdone by the quality of the people at Rosner Motorsports. I can’t recommend them high enough! Thank you Andrew, Agata, Al, and the whole Rosner team!

Rude doesnt begin to describe how I was treated. I had been looking at one of their cars for some time and had spoken to a sales person on two occasions about the car and decided to drive over and take a detailed look at the car and was planning on buying it (it was a rare color and the exact model I wanted). I walked into the dealership and two men were on the couch chatting when I walked in. One of them looked up at me when I walked in but didnt acknowledge me so I figured he was a customer. I walked up to the front desk and waited, stuck my head into the showroom and looked around, walked back to the front desk and nobody acknowledged me. I began to walk out and the one guy (who turned out to be the owner) asked why I was leaving? I said that nobody even said hello, we will be right with you so I guess im not welcome. He said I only deal with one person at a time to which I said thats fine but if you came into my office and I was busy I would say Im with someone but Ill be right with you, have a look around. The owner said I dont do that. I walk the door realizing I dont want to shop here based on the brief exchange and he follows me to the curb and he said You know what, dont fing come back here. You probably cant afford to shop here. I then shared with him how I felt about Rosner Motorsports and left. His sales person called me about 45 min later and said he saw the entire exchange on the security cameras and apologized and was embarrassed. I dont write reviews but based on this mans approach to me although he knows nothing about me, his rudeness to me as customer, and the fact that he feels its was fine to insult me and pass judgement on me and my ability to afford a car leaves me wondering why this is okay?
