They primarily carry I phone products. But most of the store is clean and put together. Im not an I phone user so this doesnt work well for me.

This business was professional at first until I receive my device back and still had issues. I asked for them to do a cleaning and repair to a hdmi port. Waited to days for nothing. She stated that the company let the device run for two whole days with no issues. The technician stated that there was no issue with the hdmi port. But when I placed 5 hdmi cords and 4 different TVs to this device it still has the same issue. I also used all theses other cords on 3 other devices and other TVs with no issues. Called back and the technician and she stated that she would no longer do service with me. I believe this company has gotten caught up with shady business. Also they are supposed to be closed on weekends but yet there’s someone in the store after hours on the weekends

My iPhone was damaged by condensation after being in a Magellan waterproof case while we were on vacation. I thought, no big deal, I have everything backed up to the cloud. The crew at CPR are awesome. Whether its my sons iPad (that he uses to communicate with) or my business laptop, they repair it to like new condition and fast! We made the mistake of taking my laptop to the big box electronics store and after a week and $150 just to diagnose it, it still wasnt fixed. CPR had it fixed and replaced the harddrive in less than 24 hours. For way less than the other guys. Highly recommend CPR Cell Phone Repair!

They were unable to fix my screen without ordering parts and going to my provider was cheaper. The girl who helped me was polite but unable to answer my questions without referring to someone else - I felt like we should of just skipped the middle man.

I accidentally swatted my husbands phone out of his hand trying to get a fly out of our vehicle. We turned around to pick it up. The screen was completely shattered. I was able to get on the website and make an appointment for the next morning. We came in and within 30 minutes his phone was brand new. Thank you so much CPR yall are life savers. I had a Samsung galaxy Note 8 fixed here. They were done with in 45 minutes. They fixed the front and back screen. The damage to the phone had my screen unresponsive to touch and I had to use the s pen stylus to get anything done. The screen also was half white and half my back ground and had a bunch of burnt in images on the screen. Now the phone works like it is brand new and it was way cheaper than replacing the phone completely.

Took a phone in to have a new battery put in. It had no other problems. Now the charger port will not hold the cord in it. The speaker and headphone jack does not work. I was told I would have to pay for repairs. Repairs on thinks that worked when it was taken in. Last but not least. The new battery will not hold a charge for more than an hour.

Called to see if they can fix my device. I already knew what the problem was, but they insisted that I pay $50 so they can “troubleshoot” to find the problem. They said it’s a lot of labor to look at the iPad because they have to open it. I explained that the iPad was already open. All I needed was a motherboard repair, no troubleshooting necessary. They will just try to milk money out of you. I don’t recommend going here.

I got my iPhone 5 screen replaced by them & a week later it was so loose I could pull the screen completely away from the phone. Horrible hours & customer service. They are only open from 9-5 making it hard to get by there if you work. When I tried to call them about it the girl on the phone was incredibly rude. Needless to say, Ive had my phone repaired else where. There are too many other businesses that are willing to preform the same service with better quality & customer service to waste your money here.

I went there yesterday 8/26 for a cracked iPhone 5 c screen. I was quoted a very reasonable price and had the work done by them. I was quoted 30 minutes and the phone screen was replaced and done in 10 minutes!!I highly recommend them and if I ever have any other issues they will be my first and only choice!!

This place really disappointed me today. I had used them before for other phones but after today I no longer will. I had cracked the screen on my iPhone back in September. I took it to them, paid for the screen and then waited a couple days for it to come in. They called and I took it to get replaced, and the time wasnt too bad for the replacement. A couple days after the screen started messing up so I called them and let them know that I was out of town and very busy with my 2 jobs and I would bring it in when I could. Well fast forward to today and a couple other phone calls checking in with them, I was told that there was only a 30 day warranty and I would have to purchase a whole new screen. She said it didnt matter that I had called I needed to bring the phone in. Even after I said the screen was faulty from the beginning they did not want to stand behind their product. I even asked for a discount and she said no they cant and the screens are cheaper now (like that made it better), so I said I will just take my business elsewhere and she said ok. No customer service at all and they definitely donot care about happy customers. When I took my phone CellOn the lady their guessed where I had been even without my telling her. Bad business

Only use them for VERY basic repairs, and even then double check absolutely everything after they give the phone back to you.I took my phone to have its charging port replaced, which they did and it works, but upon retrieving my phone they had failed to put the case together properly which caused me an additional 20 minutes of waiting in their lobby as they sought to fix their mistake. Additionally, one week after this repair the camera on my phone no longer functions.I called them to inform them of this issue and they essentially described how they replaced the charging port: which required them to remove the camera and place it back into the phone after they finished soldering the new charging port into the phone. After this they explained that they could order a new camera for the phone, but that it would cost me because it was working when we last had it.Im terribly sorry, but a camera that has worked flawlessly for many years only to cease working after a repair which required the temporary removal of said camera screams of shoddy work on their part. The fact that they refused to take responsibility and take pride in their work is incredibly disappointing.I will not be coming back to this place again and I strongly advise you not to go here unless you have no other option for your phone. Its an amateur operation at best.

Horrible!! Dont waste your time! Looking else Where for sure. My screen was still under warranty it was detached from my phone and they blamed me really! One person wouldnt even take my case bc it was hard to get off, and actually handed my phone back like seriously! there was no visible damage, so someone else tried and 5 secs later bam its off. I mean could you be anymore lazy. They looked at my phone since my tempered glass was cracked but THEIR SCREEN that was warranted was perfect and they refused to fix it!!
