The young lady that waited on me (the only one there tonight (03/05/2021) was excellent! I had some serious issues regarding my account; she went to great lengths to get the problem fixed and she was successful! A couple weeks ago in Port lavaca,Texas, I would in no way be able to make the same comments about the service I received there! It was because of the terrible service that I received there in Port Lavaca, Texas, that my account was in such a mess to begin with.The store I went to tonight in Victoria Texas, I give five stars!!!

If I could give this store a 0 I would the worst customer service by metro PCs I ever been to dont appreciate getting yelled at and my wife and I was explaining the issues and my wife talked a little louder to make sure the lady working can hear my wife but she refused to help us and told me to get out of the store as soon as I was leaving she told me not to come back

Needed to cancel and open a new line of service. Amanda was cheerful, thorough, and very professional. I was in and out in under 20 minutes! THANKS!!!

This place is not very helpful. I bought a brand new ZTE MAX only had it for a week . i would text somone 1 time, it then would send literally 100 duplicates. It would let me send or receive messages after the second day of purchasing. They did not replace or reimburse me for what was at the end about a $200.00 loss. SMH. Poor Satisfactory
