Today was my final payment due largely to the customer service received in this store. Below is my original review. No one contacted me. Nothing happened. The best I got was the canned reply of “oh no dear me oh my, we’re sorry you didn’t have a good experience.” Good riddance.— Original Review —It’s pretty disappointing that the employees are more interested in texting others on their phones.The manager, with her back turned, couldn’t be bothered to speak to actual customers.I’d love a reply, and a direct number to speak with you, Manager on duty 10/05/2020 2:00pm-4:00pm.

Got back with our old buddies. Tried several others and came back.

I went to Walmart looking for cell service. The worker Martin was dishonest. I didnt understand a lot of what he said. But a phone for $4, waived activation fee. I got my first bill and bill was doubled what he said would be. He totally backtracked when I went back.

Everyone so nice. No matter your need they work until your well taken care of.

First time at the store,great help on gitting a new phone plain.

Miranda did an exceptional job teaching my 81 year old Mother how to use an iPhone. She is awesome! She was clear and honest about costs/fees--no tricks or fine print surprises.

Crystal Flores is very helpful and personable. She was very patient with my elderly mother who needed an upgraded flip phone 🙂. Painless after dealing with unhelpful people at other stores.

Man with USMC tattoo on right arm is rude and unwelcoming to customers. Was unhelpful and a reason they lost several purchases today. Hope they get better employees soon.

One employee working to actually help people during lunch... when people actually have a break to get there?!?!? Guess you aren’t supposed to notice the other people standing around doing nothing. Have to wait to talk to a “sales rep” Makes you want to switch to AT&T. I will take at the phones when someone actually gets around to helping me but I would never spend a penny in this store. EVER!!

Depending on who i was speaking with at verizon i given totally different information. After waiting five days for new phone to be delivered, ups supervisor guaranteed it would be delivered yesterday. Then i learned yesterday afternoon verizon put a stop delivery on it. Two different times when i contacted verizon they assured me they did not stop delivery. Well, just spoke to ups supervisor and Yes, they did. Now watching my hair turn gray while on hold to again argue that they did stop delivery and I need the phone I ordered

Manager is rude and hateful. He is power hungry. Went in and i am on oxygen 24/7 and i am exempt from wearing a mask. He was rude amd hateful told me i had to wear one. He said its store policy. I called Verizon and they said anybody with health conditions where they cant wear mask is exempt. Even the Governor said people with certain conditions are exempt.

Store not open, have billing questions, cannot talk on phone need in person.

Better cell phone. U might think the company r great. Thats fine, I had all them. They good near tower. But u get in the Desert in the middle of no where.

I have been with Verizon for over a year and a half and I must say that I am highly disgusted by the behavior displayed by the manager at this location.I arrived at just before 7 however had to park and get my documents together so by the time I reach the door it is 7:03 I watched the gentlemen lock the door,my phone is broken by the way so I tell him hey look I dont live around here my phone is broken I need it to get home the man acted as if I was a bum off the street he still had people inside did not want to open the door then threated to call the police I wonder what harm a pregnant person can do why would someone who is in the right be scared I literally sat outside and just cried until the police came and said that he wanted to trespass me. What does it cost you to just help someone whos just going through some things all this shows me is that Verizon is truly just a check or a way to pay the Bills for this man. I would tell you all dont come here but it seems that this is the only one for a 80 mile radius

I showed up 30 minutes to close to ask a simple question and the man working at the time had saw me pull up. He went and then locked the door and then proceeded to leave the store floor. Im not pleased. STEP YOUR GAME UP VERIZON!

Horrible service--- I go in this morning planning to pay out 2 phones and purchase 3 more and a childs watch. When asking about the s8 & s8+ I am told that they were moved to the back and only the note 8 is out on display. I am big on comparing specs and rather than go to the back and pull me one I am informed by customer service helping me that they are virtually all the same. That is not an accurate statement. So as I say thank you and goodbye someone says I guess we should put the display and phones back out. My question is this, why would those phones be in the back? That is not the usual store method. Either way 5 lines may potentially be gone from Verizon due to this incident.

Dont sign up with this company, when you decide to end your service they will keep billing you for a service you dont have anymore and then when you call they put you on hold forever. Sending a bill for services you dont have is mail fraud verizon.
