Loved it here good service got two of my phones from here and had no problems what so ever

I must say after years of service with Cricket, I prefer Veronica or Maria to help me. The others have either been rude or hasnt helped. It would be nice if theyd answer the phone so it would save me driving the 12 miles to Vidalia Ga just to be treated rudely.

I have had a moxie hot spot for the last 3 months and it only worked for the first about 2 weeks. I have called customer service 3 times and the last time I was on the phone with them for 45 minutes to have them tell me that they would once again call me back. The first time they told me they would call me back I missed the call ( I do have a life). So this last time the guy told me answer your phone. I wanted all day the next day and they never called. I am so made because I went to pay my cell phone bill and they told me I couldnt not pay my cell phone bill without the moxie bill also. So I have paid for this thing and only had 2 weeks of internet. Im ready to say forget Cricket altogether.

I like cricket but DREAD going to this location. Literally I drive out of my way to go to other crickets. The staff is not helpful or friendly and they will lie about how plans work, and insurance just to make a sale, you literally can not handle anything at this location, if you have an issue, call another store!

Manager is nice did help me. But dont appreciate how she let one of her staff speak to me on facebook. About how my phone was acting. He kept dying and they replace the first one and the same thing happen. No its not their fault & I simply posted on the facebook was anyone having issues with Lg Escape 3. And manager ask one of the girls who work their Name Nancy was she having any issues. And I felt like I was being attack by her. The way she worded her words. I have screen shots to prove the conversations. I really thought it was very unprofessional to act this way. I think things could have been handle. Lot better the way it did. I left 2 stars because how it was handle. Would I recommend anyone to cricket. If you live in town Maybe. I complain about Verizon and went back to cricket. But it was a big regret. Should have stayed with Verizon. Like my husband told me to. Well lesson learn. Like Nancy stated. We cant please everyone. That is true.
