My experience here was bittersweet. When my daughter and I arrived around 3:40 the technician advised me there would be a 2hr wait. No problem there. We checked in and was informed that he would call us when it was time. We did some shopping. It actually didnt take a full 2hrs. He called us around 430 and assigned my station. Im thinking his call meant he would immediately start on my nails, however I sat at an empty another 40mins before he came to assist me. He got started but then left to tend to the reception desk. This occurred throughout the whole service. After about an hour, another technician was able to work on my nails. She took her time and did a great job. Then my daughter had to wait 45mins before hers were started. To make a long story short, we finally left about 7:50.The final results were great but not worth the wait. I only got a fill in. What shouldve only taken 45mins took almost 2hrs. That said, I dont think Ill be returning.
Ellie goes above and beyond to help us with any issues we come across. You can tell she cares about her customers, theyre also her friends so to speak.
I went to the Vidalia AT&T store to upgrade due to my hometown store not having the iPhone 12 Pro Max in stock. I was assisted by a lovely young lady named Ellie. She was the only employee working due to their COVID-19 policies and was so pleasant and such a joy. As soon as she saw me walking up to the door, she came to unlock it and greet me with a warm welcome. As I had already researched what I wanted, I proceeded to tell her what brought me into the store, and she gladly assisted me with purchasing the exact phone I went in for. From the time I walked in until I left, she was amazing. We talked and laughed all while she was helping me to not only get my new phone but also all of the accessories I needed. She even replaced the SIM card in my new phone when she noticed that it was only connecting to the store’s WiFi and not to AT&T’s network. I honestly cannot say enough about how amazing my experience was and how awesome Ellie is. I will be making the 45min-1hr trip to Vidalia just to see her if I ever need anything else. Having a pleasant experience with such a sweet, humble person is well worth it!
