The guys at Verizon were super nice and were the epitome of customer service. Trey was very kind and patient, and he helped me and my mom get our old phones switched over and even stayed past his shift to make sure we were good before he left. I mean, he’s the best! And Evan was super helpful and seamlessly swapped over my brother’s information to his new phone without a glitch!

My friend had to get herself another screen protector for her iPhone 12 Pro Max, cause the one she had cracked and the gentleman didn’t argue, he helped her and put on the screen protector for her. His name is trey, don’t know his last name but wish I did cause he is very outstanding. He is very friendly and he is really great with handling with the costumers.
