I brought my daughters phone in there about 2 months ago to have the screen replaced and she still cannot use the top left and right corner of her phone that worked just fine before we brought it there

I am a senior citizen with limited technology know how. I took my phone in for a screen replacement repair and was given the usual assurances. I have been waiting weeks, and still dont have my phone back. I did get empty promises and conflicting responses to my queries, from the clerk on duty. I left several requests to speak with the owner, he never returned any calls.UPDATE: Now they say..heres your money back, come pick up your phone, we cannot fix your phone. That is after they wiped out all the info I had stored on my phone. Dont trust them with your phone and with your information stored on it. I will be taking it to another repair shop. More updates are possible.

I have taken numerous devices (different brands) and have been told each time they would not touch it. My nephew took his phone in to get the charging port replaced. The phone worked and charged but you had to wrap the charger just right. He had already taken the phone apart but decided he shouldnt proceed. He bags the phone and all parts and we go to idoctor. So the employee argues that it isnt the port that needs to be replaced, he hadnt even looked at the phone yet! He says he will call when its fixed. My nephew goes a couple of days later to get his phone. NOW the phone will NOT charge at all, the port wasnt replaced and he is missing screws that holds everything in place. They still tried to charge him full price. The phone worked when we dropped it off. I will not go back!
