Customer service is terrible! Every time I go in there to get something for my daughter the gentleman working is very short with his responses or answers and acts like he hates his job. Even my 5 year old said to me why is that worker always so rude? Thats a problem when a 5 year old girl notices. This is the main reason I travel almost 45 minutes just to go to another store to get better service. You all need to do something about this guy because he has and is still hurting your business. ***Dont go to this store if you are expecting to be greeted and have good customer service ***

Screw GameStop. Dont waste your time. If youre only into physical media go to Best buy or other places to purchase your games. Nowadays with everything being digital it makes shops like these obsolete. Last time I was in was to ask a specific question and the employee so I was talking too was rude, disrespectful, and condescending. Staff is not knowledgeable at all about the products and services out in todays gaming market. They push for bogus warranties and services that borderline on scams. Avoid this company all together. In a few years we can hope they just go away altogether. No one wanted to buy GameStop as a company so it only shows where its going. Best thing to do is not support them and dont purchase anything from them. Let the company dissolve. If I could I would give this rating a 0

With receipt in hand from online purchase and item still in cardboard box from being shipped, staff refused to refund money. Said my only option was to receive store credit or pay for it to be shipped back. This is why stores like these cant compete with Wal Mart and Amazon. Terrible customer service
