Lies, about service area. We where told we would have service spent hundreds of dollars for nothing! Ah then try to port or get your phone number back!! 2 days. It took 2 days i repeat.. also phones u buy there we where told you could port. No u cant. Wheres there honesty? I would fire every liar scamming in the place. I could go on and on. We live 37 miles so it wasnt so easy as a disabled person to hop in my car and fix it. Pay attention to every detail and make sure the service is in your area.

Went get my daughter a new phone and pay bill service was great people were very friendly.

Friendly....But we need cell tower here outside Graham Georgia no service. And we thought maybe metro was the answer to a family type plan. As we received great deals on our 3 phones. But No service. So we where told metro is adding towers?. Hopefully! Then we could say we werent sold wrong.and wouldnt have a complaint. But thats a pretty big deal if you have to use your sepreate service of house wifi. To use our phones. And that is our complaint. More information should have been given about no service.in we feel a bit cheated. Graham Georgia

Great products not so good service in an emergency

For starters if you go 2 miles outside of Vidalia in any direction the service dies...secondly, I wasnt able to renew my plan for a couple weeks due to a family emergency and when I went in they took my $50 and gave me only two weeks of service, now Id love to know how a pre-paid plan can charge you for 2 weeks that I had no service....but the best part about this particular location is that the women who are employed there are ignorant as hell, are completely unable to help in any way other than taking money, and everytime you drive up theyre sitting outside smoking..........very professional NOTDo yourself a favor and just go somewhere else, an Obama phone would be better than MetroPCS in Vidalia Georgia!!!!
