Took my car in for an estimate and was told that they would take care of the airbag light that came on due to being rear ended and when I decided to not have a scratch on the rear bumper repaired, they refused to diagnose and fix the airbag light, causing me to have to drive it unsafe and had to pay out of pocket for the dealership to diagnose and turn off the airbag light. Completely unprofessional and too willing to let someone drive an unsafe vehicle not knowing what was wrong with the airbag system.

Would highly recommend this body shop to anyone in need of repair. I bought a new car a little over a year ago that has a unique color. The first large scratch I put in the door, I decided to get fixed. I was looking all over for a body shop that could certify matching paint and I ran across Vienna Collision. Mark and his team did a fantastic job matching and even improved the clear coat application vs. what the OEM provided on the car. I have since had to take this same car to them after getting rear-ended requiring some fairly significant body work. Again a flawless match! In addition to delivering excellent results on their work, they are very family friendly/people oriented and are real joy to work with. Would send anyone their way with no regrets at all.

We took the car in on Monday morning. They replaced the rear passenger side door skin, matched the paint perfectly, and even fixed a couple scuff marks on the rear bumper. We had the car back on Friday of the same week. Polite and courteous staff and would definitely recommend them if youre in need of collision repair.

Professional and friendly.....really go out of their way to please the customer....timely and efficient. Would definitely refer this business.

Would not recommend. I took my saturn in for a quote on body work, and after a few weeks of hearing nothing back from them I called them. I was told that they hadnt heard anything yet. Another two weeks go by and I call again, and am told they cant find parts for the car, which wouldve been nice to know weeks ago. These people are hard to deal with and waste so much time. I couldve had the car fixed somewhere else a month ago.
