I took my car to Bruce for estimate and also asked other top 3 recommended body shops in Falls Church. All three was lazy to spend time on looking at my car just gave me an rough estimate. Bruce at Auto Body of Vienna gave me a written estimate with all the details. Geico estimate was $1100 for the repair my total bill was $2800 and I only paid $500 deductable. He even fix the scratch on the wheel caused by accident. Car came out like brand new from dealer.I highly recommend this body shop, special thanks to Donna and Bruce. They make you feel good.

Just wanted to post a rave about the great work Autobody of Vienna did on my 1988 Saab 900. Ive been a customer of theirs for various collision and other ad hoc repairs for 25 years, and wanted to get this car painted as the capstone to a complete mechanical and cosmetic restoration. This car is my baby and I would only entrust it to the best! The owner, Bruce, gave me a very competitive price/estimate and a reasonable turnaround time (both of which they met). The crew did a fantastic job and I couldnt be more pleased with the final product. Every single door-ding and defect accumulated over 32 years was smoothed out and rendered invisible. This was a single stage, old-school paint job that gleams like it had a clear coat! The tiny dots are raindrops beading up on the mirror-like finish; I took this picture just as it began to sprinkle.

Amazing service! We were about to leave town so I did not have enough time to schedule repairs, but they were so nice they actually helped us with a temporary fix right there for some damage on our car so we could get by until we were able to get it into the shop for real. Thanks!!

Whether you have been sideswiped on the Beltway by someone in the left lane who is about to miss his right-lane exit, or a member of your family busted a fender running over the curb at Starbucks, Auto Body of Vienna can fix the problem quickly and at a very reasonable price. The estimates are always detailed and the work explained thoroughly. The turnaround times and the customer service are both excellent. I have used this place a few times and am always extremely impressed.

I have never been treated so nicely at an auto body shop before. They agreed to take on my odd job which was clear coat for some large stainless steel panels. We chatted through a rough estimate and timeline on the phone and we agreed on a dropoff day. They stuck to the schedule and the budget and I picked it up, everything looks great. I will definitely come back in the future for other work. The team at Auto Body of Vienna was a pleasure to work with.

If there were six stars Id give this business a six. Weve used them on every car we own and theyve always done great work at a fair price. But what really sets them apart is their attitude. They get service and they get how to treat people in a way that makes them feel that their business is really appreciated. Most recently, I took my car in for a water leak from the roof. The took 1/2 hour of their time to figure out it was a windshield issue which they dont fix. Did they charge for the time? No. Chris (the owner) said happy to help, heres a referral to a glass place, and have a nice day. Do yourself a favor and talk to these guys next time you need bodywork. The experience will make your day.

This business can only be described as fantastic. The work done is of good quality and the customer service is no less. They also did a slight adjustment on the part I had replaced afterwards free of charge. My car was returned in the same condition it arrived in, plus the replacement. The price was very reasonable as well. Its clear that they aim to impress every customer here.

Bitter experience with my vintage 1976 BMW 2002 at ABV. Would never give them my business again nor refer anyone to them for body repair. I am a local Vienna resident who reside 2.5 miles form the shop and have used them one time before on my newer BMW and referred some friends. My vintage BMW 2002 was dropped off on 6/8/20 and returned to me on 10/12/20 for a paint job with some surface rust repair on a car that was already 8/10 condition when it went in. One of the owners met me and wanted my business due to Covid as his business was down 60%+ in May and took PPP. So we talked, looked at my car and I decided to have the entire exterior painted based on the e-mailed estimate that day.Shop had the car stripped in a day or two and then all of a sudden pause, BS, excuses after excuses, sloppy work on completion and delivery. I expressed my frustration but at the same time exhibited enormous patience as I wanted them to do the job right (which they didnt). Its not like they had many cars to work on due to Covid as the lot was much emptier than usual. I felt totally used, betrayed, disrespected and pushed to the back over and over again. I even provided them with many of the trim parts, tabs, seals, bumpers, carpet, etc. which they did not have to deal with. I really got the feeling that they worked on my car on the weekends with some inexperienced tech doing it as a side job and took me for granted.I will give Chris the owner a five star for communication (text/in-person visits) but one star on doing job right the first time and in detail and zero star for post delivery customer service. So many processes had to be explained and they had no refernce on how to be proactive and had no methodology based on what I saw and my communications. They did provide some extra complimentary services due to the delay which I deeply appreciated but that caused more unnecessary delayTo top it all, they broke and replaced my hazard switch during center console removal which affected the turn signals, damaged and ruined my no longer available vintage sunroof wind deflector made for this model with heat gun when in fact the deflector was straight and true. I have owned the car for 27 years and everything worked and was factory condition. They tried to hide this particular damage by storing the deflecor in the trunk as it was on the car the last time I visited the shop and I only noticed it thereafter. If thats not a con/fraud approach I dont know what is. Furthermore, rear deck vinyl was not installed by windshield gasket. looks like junk, A pillar vinyl cover was not installed and looks like horrible dangling as the tech most likely did not know how to when he replaced the windhsield. The windshiled was perfect when it went in so my feeling is that they broked it and I had to pay $250+ for a new windshield. The car also had a nail in the rear right tire so I have a car sitting in the driveway with a flat the day after it was delivered. There are many additional items that were not properly installed, missing and does not function properly (sunroof/door). Many unprepped paint work which are noticible.My gut tells me that this shop is taking on more than it can handle and cutting corners even though they have been extremely reputable in the past. They must be employing cheap inexperienced labor or are bleeding money like many small busineses. No reputable shop in DC metro would deliver a vintage BMW worse than it went in except paint. Upon sending Chris Copans (one of the two owners) multiple texts informing him of my issues and comments, he send me a text with the name of his lawyer and his phone number. What a great way to do business with a scheister. Avoid this place at all cost.

I brought in my car for a bumper fix and the team was absolutely professional, on time (even earlier than expected) and everything looked great. Chewy was so helpful! I had quotes from auto body shops around and they said it would take a week to fix. They popped the front end of my car up in 30 min with some screws and clamps and it was good to go. And I paid a fraction of the price I was told. Highly reccomend!

Wow. going to an Auto body shop can be very hectic and nerve racking. I went to Auto of Vienna and Donna greeted me with open arms for my vehicle. I was well informed of what they were doing and a round about of when the completion would be. I was updated on the progress of the work and got my vehicle back on the day promised. The work was clean and look just as good as if I purchased it from the dealer. The boss, Bruce spoke to me and gave me a run down on the repairs. the way they made this more personable was my deciding factor on my rating. Most places do not do well for customer service for a business that typically need customer service to get business. Auto Body of Vienna was simply fantastic and I will recommend them for any car repair. Great Job Auto Body of Vienna!!!!

I dropped by Auto Body of Vienna during lunch on a Tuesday to get an estimate on some minor damage to my hood and door, and they were able to repair it within just a few minutes. They also cleaned my very cloudy headlights, which now look amazing. The price was really reasonable, and everyone was so helpful and friendly.

My daughters car was impeccably fixed and we are relieved and less stressed with no more noise or brake damage whenever we drive the car. We are grateful. Based on what was done for us, we will from now on commit ourselves to only this shop going forward, trustworthy, competent, and reasonable price given the 5-star delivered for us.

WE LOVE Vienna auto body!I backed my car into a tree, completely shattering my black windshield & the staff could not have been nicer. They went out of their way, after “estimate hours” to get me an estimate for the damage, went above and beyond in ensuring the repair was the most cost effective, and gave me a courtesy call to update me about any new information about my car.I LOVE this company and seriously will not go anywhere else.

The rating on Google and Yelp are so great, so I went there for an estimation by Jeff Dow. I was told that my car will be repaired by 4/13/2018 for sure by Donna if I can drop the car by Tuesday night, so I drop the car there on Tuesday (4/3/2018) after hours. I did not hear from them on next day, I wait until Thursday around 4:30PM to call them to get an update and make sure they will keep their promise that I can have my car back by 4/13. I was told in all likelihood they can give my car back by 4/13, but no guarantee. Since I have to leave town on the weekend 4/15/2018, I really need my car back. I will write a complete review here and and at Yelp after I get my car back. I got the car back today (4/16), though I think it would be much better with a daily text to let me the status, in the end, the work is done well, the car is deeply cleaned, and looks good. I changed to 4 star.

I picked this company to fix my car after it was rear-ended; damaging the hatch, bumper and the under carriage tire storage. I chose them after reading reviews on several sources, and speaking with Donna over the phone. Although I had to wait to get the car in, the wait was worth it. The work was done on time, matched the insurance payment, and looked fabulous. Fast forward 3 months...I have an issue with water coming into the rear passenger area from heavy rains - nowhere near the damaged/repaired area. I called to see what could be done in case it was related to the hit and hadnt been noticed. End of story - I was asked to bring the car by so they could see if the problem could be found, although it didnt seem like it was related to the accident. After some initial checking, the car stayed for further examination. They were intent on helping me resolve the issue. Turns out there was a tiny unsealed seam under the rear end where heavy rain run-off was entering. All fixed - plus they dried out the interior using the bake room. Above and beyond. Great service. While I hope I never need them again, they have my business and recommendation for life!

I have tried a few shops in the area and Bruce over at Autobody of Vienna is a good guy to work with. The entire staff is great. The work they have done on my Challenger has been spotless. Paint, dings, scratches. They go above and beyond.

Revised Review: Since they have resolved all the issues that were brought to their attention and were also very nice in the process, I have updated my review. After the second round, all issues were resolved and the work looks great now.

Great, fast service from a friendly staff -- this is a true local business gem. On my most recent visit they did the entire repair -- labor included -- for just over half of the best price I found for the part alone on the Internet. The time before that I went in because I had a dent and some scratches on my bumper and they heated and pressed out the dent and painted over the scratches, all in 15 mins and for no charge.

You can trust these guys. Very dependable!

I damaged my passenger door yesterday in a small backing-up accident. Door could not be opened or closed. I started an insurance claim and chose Auto Body of Vienna to do the work based on friends who had work done there. When I arrived today, one of the workers carefully bent the door back into place and smoothed out the body damage using just a few tools a few minutes of his time. Door now works fine. No charge. Awesome!
